Kinetic Posted May 4, 2008 Report Posted May 4, 2008 Holy shit, "Teenage Kicks" by The Undertones. An amazing song even if I'm several years removed from the teenage experience. I mean, shit, I could still sleep with a teenager. I look good. I got that dick they need.

Bruiser Chong Posted May 17, 2008 Report Posted May 17, 2008 I've been getting better acquainted with LL Cool J's back catalog. Being a 23-year-old guy who didn't think much of rap until six or seven years ago, LL's best known to me as the "Momma Said Knock You Out" dude who seems to get younger looking with age. But tracks such as Going Back to Cali and I'm the Type of Guy have given me a newfound fondness of the guy.
FroGG_NeaL Posted May 17, 2008 Report Posted May 17, 2008 LL Cool J is Hard As Hell! Yeah, LL is a beast when he wants to be. His newer shit is his best since Momma said knock you out. Everything before that is excellent. Mr. Smith, Phenomenon have some good shit on them. Also, LL is the dude that made it alright to rap to your girl. He ain't G.O.A.T like he thinks he is, but he's up there with the best. Oh, and I'm listening to Eminem - Encore. Say what you will, but the things he does with his flow on this album are fucking amazing.
The Niggardly King Posted May 17, 2008 Report Posted May 17, 2008 Tired of lying in the sunshine Staying home to watch the rain And you are young and life is long And there is time to kill today And then one day you find Ten years have got behind you No one told you when to run You missed the starting gun...
Guest Desensitized Posted May 24, 2008 Report Posted May 24, 2008 Why was this thread un-pinned? I'm against pinning more than one thread, and even then, they need to be either procedural in nature or huge topics like the campaign thread. There's no discussion going on here. You want to tell people what you're listening to? Stick a last.fm in your signature, or give me a reason to care.
Lord of The Curry Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 Gnarls Barkley- Going On This is a good song.
