This has probably been done before but since that would require me to go back and use the search feature and i already started typing here, bite me.

 

 

Well, i was on IMDB the other day and someone asked the question, what was the most disturbing scene in film that you have ever seen. I have seen all types of fucked up shit including droves of Japanese "disturbing" films that seem to have a thing for graphic rape scenes and skin removal. But oddly the most disturbing thing that I can think of, the thing that really got to me more than any thing was Wade dying on that hill in Saving Private Ryan. I wish I could explain why, but I really can't. That scene is the one that hits me more than any other scene that I have ever seen...scene and seen sound too much alike for that sentence to flow well buy you get the point.

 

So whats yours and stuff.

The scene in Total Recall where Arnie and the girl's heads are about to explode due to the lack of atmosphere and their eyes get all buggy and puffy.

Honorable mention to the entire movie The Dentist with Corbin Bernsen. That movie is disgusting and I have problems with my teeth anyway, leading to a harrowing viewing experience.

Tom Hanks' character in Saving Private Ryan just lifelessly holding up his pistol and firing at the approaching German tank as he's been mortally wounded already. The look on his face and sheer futility of his actions wrecked me the first time I saw it, and still bothers me.

Also the scene with the Ceti Eels in "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan" freaked me out as a kid and I haven't been able to watch that scene since.

That reminds of the scene in "Mountains of the Moon" (about the real life expedition of Richard Burton [not that Richard Burton] in Africa in the 19th century) where his colleague John Speke is sleeping and some disgusting desert insect crawls deep into his ear canal. Then the only option left to them is to stab a sharp thin instrument into his ear to get it.

The incest scene that opens VisitorQ following the title card "Have you ever had sex with your dad?"

 

First I was uncomfortable because I wasn't expecting it to start with such a bang.Then the shaky claustrophobic camera work along with the way the scene plays out with the daughter calling the dad an early bird for cumming too early was just FUCKED UP.

 

After that the mom creating a swimming pool in the kitchen by having her breast milk squeezed out seemed perfectly normal.

 

 

Just a fucked up movie from beginning to end that I don't really enjoy but can't bring myself to part with the dvd for some reason.It's been a few years so I think I need to re-visit it

Why put a spoiler tag over the whole post? Now if people want to see what movie you're talking about, they won't KNOW if they've seen it or not, so they have to skip over the whole thing. I'll help out, this one is Saving Private Ryan as well.

 

I can't really think of anything at the moment, but I will say that Kathy Bates naked in About Schmidt was horrific.

Well thats just mean.

Yeah, that's basically it ... put a tube into the vagina, let rat enter said vagina via said tube, remove tube and sit and watch rat claw it's way out from the inside.

From that same movie, I found the scene where one guy bashes the other guy's head with a fire extinguisher much more disturbing. I literally turned away the first time I saw it.
