You wouldnt think they'd not let him bond out if it was something as petty as pinching a girl on her ass or even grabbing some tits. Not saying you shouldnt do those things, bc you shouldnt obviously, but those are generally weaker things. I'd say the girls settle out of court for some of Bam's money. Colorado does seem to press charges and find facts later...ask Kobe Bryant. I wonder if when Vito was arrested, if he was thinking it was a trick by Bam?
