WWE and Madison Square Garden have a joint announcement scheduled for Tuesday, November 21st. Not sure what it is, but it would seem likely to be a major PPV event in the building in 2007. SummerSlam was originally in MSG, but then moved to the Continental Airlines Arena. I suppose it also could be that they are inducting Bruno Sammartino into the MSG Walk of Fame. Okay, I guess it couldn't be that.

 

Don't have exact details, but Ashley Massaro suffered some sort of an implant injury either yesterday or today on the European tour.

WWE SIGNS FORMER TNA MAIN EVENTER

World Wrestling Entertainment has confirmed that they have signed former TNA headliner Monty Brown. The signing had been expected for several weeks.

Gotta love the the deliberate omission of his wrestling past in another company. Its the 80s all over again.

 

Now I guess its just a matter of when and where he debuts now.

Hopefully they have him head to DS or OV for a month or so of basic training and then debut him with a completely different character and look, a new finisher and never mention "the serengeti"...

 

I could see Kristal debut Monty in her battles with the Boogeyman, however that match would be an absolute trainwreck of epic proportions.

If I was them I wouldn't acknowledge TNA either.......I'm guessing alot of the WWE base has no clue what TNA is no reason to give them any pub.
