DMann2003 Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Someone go down and tell Rex he can stop playing with the adults now
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Well, shit. It was a good run. Too bad Rex Grossman was fucking awful tonight.
Danville_Wrestling Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 After this game I can't help but think the Bears are SERIOUSLY going to look at their QB situation this off-season. I feel that with a more experienced QB they might have been able to win this game.
Brett Favre Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 The Bear defense wasn't that much better. Get the hell off the field.
razazteca Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Tony Romo says "HAAAAAAAAAAAA HA!" to you.
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Why? Did Tony Romo even win a postseason game? You're the dumbest motherfucker alive, razazteca. Kill yourself.
snuffbox Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Jesus, that was really stupid. Has razateca ever had a good post here?
KingPK Posted February 5, 2007 Author Report Posted February 5, 2007 (edited) Allow me to do the classy thing and congratulate the Colts on their victory. Way to keep the conference dominance alive, guys! Â Tom Brady's still the better QB, though. Edited February 5, 2007 by KingPK
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I also congratulate the Colts. They had a hell of a game tonight, especially Rhodes and Addai. I like Peyton Manning, so I guess I'm happy that he finally won it all. Still, though. What the fuck, Bears.
Brett Favre Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I want to get that thing Don Shula and Jay-Z were playing with.
Guest Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Offense (more importantly, offensive lines) win(s) championships.
The Robfather Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Christian coaches, doing it the Lord's way... more important than their race, according to Coach Dungy
UZI Suicide Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 That's fucked up. Addai and/or Rhodes should have gotten it. Manning was going to get it no matter what if they won, though.
KingPK Posted February 5, 2007 Author Report Posted February 5, 2007 (edited) Not a terrible choice, but not the best choice. Â I assume Dungy thanked God, Jesus and the Easter Bunny for winning instead of his players? Edited February 5, 2007 by KingPK
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Manning is the first Colt ever to win the SB MVP despite them having won 2 SBs
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Agent, may I also have an Anti-Grossman name?
Danville_Wrestling Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Well although I'm not a big Colts fan I am glad that Tony Dungy won the Lombardi trophy. He deserves it after John Gruden took away the one he would have gotten in Tampa Bay.
snuffbox Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I won't argue against Peyton getting the mvp. Sanders, Addai, or Rhodes could have also gotten it. Â Not sure what Rex was thinking on some of those plays down the stretch.
snuffbox Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 It was like Neil O' Donnell out there.
Brett Favre Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Not a terrible choice, but not the best choice. I assume Dungy thanked God, Jesus and the Easter Bunny for winning instead of his players?  Thanking God really isn't a bad thing. Better than listening to "We're just that damn good."
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I just found out Super Bowl 44 will be right back in Miami (and on CBS)..
Guest Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Or, "we got no respect, and we proved everyone wrong."
MFer Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I also would have had Rhodes/Addai as co-MVP's. Not a fan of either team but I think everyone can feel good about Dungy winning one. The Bears had an awful gameplan though and failed to adjust.
KingPK Posted February 5, 2007 Author Report Posted February 5, 2007 I gotta say, CBS' coverage was excellent. Nance and Simms were good together, there were no unnecessary graphics to try and spice the presentation up and the game was the star.
Boon Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I gotta say, CBS' coverage was excellent. Nance and Simms were good together, there were no unnecessary graphics to try and spice the presentation up and the game was the star. I agree- I've enjoyed nearly everything CBS did this year, and the Super Bowl was no exception.
snuffbox Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 I agree about CBS' presentation. Alot easier to watch than Fox's high school yearbook type of cluttering graphics.
razazteca Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Jesus, that was really stupid. Has razateca ever had a good post here? I don't know.
MFer Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Ditto on the CBS coverage. I really enjoyed the halftime show too even though I was hardly(or not even) alive when Prince was in his heyday.
