I know this sounds lame, but at a WWE House Show a few months ago in St. John's Val was one of the most over guys of the night....and he was wrestling Dan Fucking Rodiemer!!! His pop rivaled that of John Cena that night.

 

Then again, that was one town, and most places couldn't give 2 shits about Val......too bad

Probably. All the same, Val tried a Russian Leg Sweep and Rodman blocked it, so the crowd started a mad "Russian Leg Sweep" chant, and after Val hit it, we all went ape shit. The crowd then chanted for a Russian Leg Sweep during every match for the rest of the night, with only Johnny Nitro doing one (Who also got a huge pop for doing it)

Hey all...NOOB here (try to take it easy on me HA!). Anyway, I passed a limo on the way into work this morning and had to speed up to get around it. Didn't want it to blow up while I was near it.

 

I was re-watching Raw from last week and was wondering: Who the hell is that big s.o.b. standing next to Charlie Haas? I have not seen him before, but he looked pretty intimidating. If anyone still have it TIVO'd and can watch it again...let me know who this guy is! I have just started watching wrestling again a couple of months ago (kind of a stress reliever...and I don't have to watch my wife's shows with her! YEAH!!!)

WWE.com has added Cade & Murdoch vs. Hardys and Melina vs. Candice to Vengeance, but still nothing on the rumored match for the vacant ECW title. Also, as of now, no Sandman in the Main Event. Although I doubt he will be added, he has as much right to be there as Lashley does...

I didn't see Umaga/Santino earlier. I don't know what the logic is on that one, other than Masters went to Smackdown. Umaga should crush Marella this time and that just makes the very little he's done so far worthless, but at the same time, Umaga can't afford another loss to "the fan". I don't see a good outcome on this at all.

I assume that The Majors Brothers will upset D&D on Smackdown this week to capture the titles, to set-up the rematch for Vengeance. D&D can make an open challenge saying that London and Kendrick are on Raw, as is Regal and that means there is nobody left for them. Majors accept and presto.

 

Reguarding all the British Wrestlers signed to developmentals - There is talk of a UK developmental territory opening.

It only counts if you held a WWE title. ECW's belt wasn't WWE property during Sandman's reigns.

Dave Meltzer stated on his Wrestling Observer Live radio show Sunday night that Sherri Martel did not die of natural causes, and the case is still under investigation by law enforcement. Meltzer said the police were in abundance at Martel's mother's residence in Alabama where the WWE hall of famer was found dead Friday morning. As a result of Martel's death, WWE did discuss, in meetings, the possibility of dropping the Mr. McMahon "death" story line.

So, Cor Von v. Benoit, Punk v. Burke or Punk v. Benoit for the title. I am fine with any of those.

Either that or some sort of accident. Considering the amount of police that is mentioned, it might not be an accident but that is just speculation on my part.
