LJSexay 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 alright, outside this Vince McMahon madness crap, the worst crime - REAL crime of the evening is Mr. Kennedy being stolen by RAW. Goddamnit. I even protest it for months in my signature and all for nothing... seriously though. Edge feud. Edge feud! Why does this company pull some of the dumbest moves ever? *replays Vince's final scene* oh. that's why. Anyway here's to hoping the supplemental draft makes up for the horrible choices and decisions made tonight. heh. note: Anyone feel that the draft should be done every two years? I really liked the fact that, for the most part, these choices felt like notable changes to the rosters, if only because we have had most people stay on the same show for quite some time. I mean, Ric Flair, Kennedy, and to a lesser extent Booker, have been on the same show.

MrRant 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 You know, this is probably all just a stunt to tie-in with the Jackass shit they're doing for Summerslam. The Jackass fools are going to blow themselves up in a limo and then no sell it by climbing out and laughing while doing a stop, drop and roll?
Downhome 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 gary floyd, the only way you could improve that .gif in your sig would be to add the little girl who had a reaction something like that to go along with that little boy. Darth Vader 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 I wonder if they'll do a "tribute" show for him complete with 10 bells and everything. But instead of heartfelt comments just have them all talk about how they are glad he's dead now.

Ha ha HAAA hee hee heee, heh, ha ha haa haaa HA HA HAAAA, HAHA coughcoughpantpant HA HA HAAAAA HEEHEE HAHA, HAHAHAHAH, BWA HAA HAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, MWA HA HA HAH HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. ...giggle... giggle... greatest Sopranos parody ever. Also, seeing Bret Hart and Bob Costas was pretty fucking unexpected. But, to address one thing: yes, the WWE did death angles already. Katie Vick, Al Wilson, Paul Bearer, Tim White. They should bring in guys that Vince screwed over in the past. Imagine seeing Verne Gagne, Bruno Samartino, and Ted Turner spouting off on how much Vince sucked. That would be must see TV. The Niggardly King 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 With the way they book Smackdown, they're not going to be hurting for long. They lost one of their best hands in Benoit, the entertaining Booker T, and the guy they wanna push in Kennedy. MVP will easily go into Kennedy's spot, Flair gets Bookers... but it's hard to figure out who gets the Benoit role. And they better turn Lashley after this. He should feel guilty over this and have the rest of the McMahons and Coach take advantage after that. All the time Lashley has spent against McMahon, you just have to go down that route. 2GOLD 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 It didn't really feel like a draft, more like an episode of PRESS YOUR LUCK. Maybe the Whammy blew up Vince? He was always blowing himself up and everyone's money total. He could have forced Snitsky back to RAW and blew up Vince all in one night.

AntiLeaf33 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 Aside from the messed up Vince angle at the end, it was nice to see an episode of RAW with 9 matches!!!
Dobbs 3K 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 I liked RAW last night, sue me. The matches were at least decent, and some of the Vince "tributes" were entertaining, particularly Bret Hart's. Yeah, Smackdown got shafted, as expected, but we'll know more about how the show is affected come Friday. There's still that supplemental draft on Wednesday (though I expect someone like Stevie Richards or Eugene will be the biggest name drafted), and maybe they'll announce a trade or something later this week like they have in past years. I wasn't expecting the limo explosion...I thought maybe Vince was just going to walk away, with no one knowing where he is. I guess this is the same thing, in a more roundabout fashion. AntiLeaf33 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 I wonder why they are doing the supplemental draft on Wednesday afternoon and not this afternoon? Being as there is a SmackDown!/ECW taping tonight it would make a bit more sense to do it prior to the taping so the inhouse crowd doesn't get a "spoiler" as to what will happen at tomorrows draft. Wrestlefreak 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 This week's Raw was weird even without the crap ending. Just 10 drafts in 3 hours? That's crap. Moreover, Smackdown got the worst of it. I couldn't care less about Torrie Wilson or any of the other bloody divas. Khali sucks. Flair is past it. Masters is crap. I just hope that the greatness that is Smackdown isn't affected too much by this. It was good to see King Booker and Kennedy back though. Bret Hart should not have involved himself with Mcmahon's stupid and pointless nonsense angles. Bret is better than that, or at least I thought he was. notJames 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2007 Having not read all 34 previous pages, I assume I'm not the only one who wasn't surprised by the limo blowing up. I hate to sound like the guy who says "I knew it" after it happens, but I could just tell that the excruciatingly long walk to the limo was a set-up for something as ridiculous as what happened. The only real surprise for me was that they actually went through with it. Ugh. I guess SmackDown! isn't the only thing that died last night. If they only brought over Khali so he can squash the "cruiserweights" every week, that's one less show for me to watch. Not sure how I feel about Benoit on ECW, but as he's one of my all-time faves, I'll watch him wherever he goes (except for TNA). And now with Black Lesnar on RAW, who's the frontrunner for ECW champ? Burke? Benoit? Montcus CorBrown? CM Punk? Can't wait to see what they do next.
