For anyone not familiar, the rules are simple: Pick one team each week that you think will win its game outright (no point spread). If you're right, you move forward to next week; if you're wrong, or if you don't submit a pick, you're eliminated. The only catch is that you can't pick the same team more than once for the entire season. I don't see a really easy pick in the bunch for the first week. It's hard to judge how teams will live up to their hype or negativity from the offseason.
