tbondrage99 Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 Dont worry about us Canadians, we know how to work the internet machine.
Guest Smues Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 They have the internet up there? You learn something new every day. They have to have something to keep them entertained while they wait for their free health care.
AntiLeaf33 Posted October 21, 2007 Report Posted October 21, 2007 They have the internet up there? You learn something new every day. Just John Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Too much Avril hate here. Anyway, my pick goes to... "I Got it from my Mama" (Will.I.Am). How has this song not been mentioned yet? The chorus is grating, and third verse is beyond awful. Not that the other two bring anything to the table. "Ay Bay Bay" is bad too. As far as "Party Like a Rockstar" is concerned... I've heard worse songs, but I don't know if any song better sums up everything that's wrong with the mainstream rap scene today. Too much focus on a "catchy" hook, no substance, poor rhyming/flow. It's like the bastard child of rap and pop.
Lil' Bitch Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Another one I forgot "This is why I'm hot" This is why I'm hot This is why I'm hot I'm hot cus I'm fly you ain't cus you not Lyrical gold! We have a WINNER!
At Home Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Too much Avril hate here. Why are people even trying to justify her music? It's like trying to justify Paris Hilton's music.
Black Lushus Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 "The Way I Are" now hear me out on this one...it's a catchy tune, has a nice beat...but I hate that title. The Way I ARE? Black folks, we're never going to get anywhere in this world if we continue to purposely talk like idiots.

Truthfully, I have yet to hear the full thing, but what I have hear of it makes me want to punch a baby.
St. Gabe Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Worst Song? That Sean Kingston thing.

cd213 Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 "Ay Bay Bay" is bad too. I read an article recently about this. It seems that now the big thing isn't to make music anymore but to make ringtones. The record companies see a lot of money being made from people downloading snipits of songs for their ringtones. That is the reason that most songs today seems to have that same shitty sound. Music is in a bad way if they continue down this road.
snuffbox Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Music would be better if people didn't steal it, though.
Guest Gym Class Fallout Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Say, how about Oink? Sounds like we're all right fucked.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 I was booted for inactivity earlier this year, so I can't say it's that big of a loss.
Guest Gym Class Fallout Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 I'm not a member, but if they can/care to track where these files went, I probably have a handful of stuff that was leaked through Oink.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 I don't think you have anything to worry about.
PLAGIARISM! Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 But to cover all the bases, I'd worry.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Yeah, I was just trying to make you feel better, Czech. ur fucked
Kinetic Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 According to Wikipedia, Oink is the sound that a pig makes.
Golgo 13 Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Another one I forgot "This is why I'm hot" This is why I'm hot This is why I'm hot I'm hot cus I'm fly you ain't cus you not Lyrical gold! We have a WINNER! Nah. Not even close.
Lt. Al Giardello Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Can't Leave Em Alone by Ciara and 50 Cent
AntiLeaf33 Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Can't Leave Em Alone by Ciara and 50 Cent Haven't heard that yet, but there is no way that can end good
TheTomster Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 White folks, gangstas, and the thugs a bay bay And, This Is Why I'm Hot What I've Done Crank Dat Calvary Boy[heavy metal cover of Soulja Boy] And pretty much any popular hip hop song
luke-o Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 Can't Leave Em Alone by Ciara and 50 Cent Haven't heard that yet, but there is no way that can end good I thought that shit bastard wasn't making music anymore.
Guest Gym Class Fallout Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 You know, "Chocolate Rain" has some decent lyrics, but when you hear that guy it's like "what the fuck you're kidding right."
Cheech Tremendous Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 I used to be on the cutting edge of popular culture, but I've grown tired of the nonsense in my old age (well mid-20s). I haven't heard one of these songs. I think I like it better that way.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 That's me, more or less. I haven't knowingly heard any Amy Winehouse, for instance.
Cheech Tremendous Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 I still don't know who Soulja Boy is, what the dance entails or why I should care. My life doesn't feel any less complete.
Nighthawk Posted October 24, 2007 Report Posted October 24, 2007 I am also that way, but it wasn't an intentional exclusion from popular culture. I still wish I were on the cutting edge, I'm just an idiot.
