Guest Tzar Lysergic Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 THIS SATURDAY! 4:30 PM-NBC Washington Redskins @ Seattle Seahawks 8:00 PM-NBC Jacksonville Jaguars @ Pittsburgh Steelers THIS SUNDAY! 4:30 PM-CBS Tennessee Titans @ San Diego Chargers 1:00 PM-FOX New York Giants @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
MarvinisaLunatic Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I was happy the Ravens were able to beat the Steelers and making them face the Jaguars who just beat them in Pittsburgh 2 weeks ago. They'll lose easily. Redskins/Jaguars/Chargers/Buccaneers all win which would/should? set up Cowboys/Redskins Packers/Buccaneers Patriots/Jaguars Colts/Chargers which could easily be the best divisional round of playoffs ever
Guest Tzar Lysergic Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I'm taking Seahawks/Jaguars/Chargers/Giants.
snuffbox Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 Weren't you going to leave, again, if the Ravens won, Marvin?
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I will quit TSM if the Ravens win. Don't let Brian Billick hit your ass on the way out.
Danville_Wrestling Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I like the Seahawks over the Redskins, the Jaguars over the Steelers, the Titans to upset the Chargers (that is if Vince Young isn't too banged up to play well), and the Bucs to pound the Giants after Eli throws the game away.
snuffbox Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I'm looking forward to the weekend of games. The Giants beating Tampa Bay woul be the biggest shock of the weekend so it will probably, somehow, happen. I don't want them to win, though. The way Tennessee struggled against indy's JV, I dont think they have much chance...but, Norv & the Chargers are more then capable of blowing it. Pitt-Jax should be full of brutal hits and I really dont care who wins. I think Washington can beat Seattle.
MrRant Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 Seahawks - Though I'm not 100% on this because it will be Hasselbeck's wrist vs the STMPE. Steelers Chargers Giants - Somehow.
Guest My Pal, the Tortoise Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 The Giants are going to fall ass-backwards into beating the Buccaneers. Like, you'll hear somebody playing bongo drums and "wwhhoooOOOOoooOOOoOOOaaAAAaaAA!" as they win.

tominator89 Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 Redskins Jaguars Chargers Bucs What he said.
mike546 Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 Why is it such a huge upset if the Gianta beat the Bucs? The Giants are 7-1 on the road, and almost just beat the Pats. The Bucs went 9-7 this year, and only won their division because its shitty.
snuffbox Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 Probably because we've seen the Giants play this year.
Kinetic Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 That's 9-7 with an asterisk (*), because they rested their starters the last two weeks. I'm with you on their division being shitty and also agree that the Giants winning wouldn't be much of an upset. I'd be upset, however.
Sideburnious Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I think it will be a close game, and it really does come down to Eli. I'd still like the Bucs to go through but a New York win wouldn't completely surprise me.
mike546 Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 I'm just saying the Bucs, beside being at home have done nothing to show that they deserve to be favorites in this game, or deserve people saying that there going to kill the Giants. Their schedule was incredibley easy. The only decent teams they beat were Tennessee and the Redskins (when they were shitty earlier in the year) Eli has been fine this year in normal weather. I say the Giants win this and finally take down Giant killer Jeff Garcia.
MFer Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 ESPN is reporting that Billick is out as Ravens head coach.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 ESPN is reporting that Billick is out as Ravens head coach. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3175037 Nice.
Slayer Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 The Ravens are officially a laughingstock. I wouldn't be surprised if Billick is fired this week, losing to the Dolphins in this manner is beyond pathetic. They already said he'll be back next year. That's owner-talk for "Dead coach walking" *check*
CanadianChris Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 They should hire a defensive-minded coach so the offence will get better. That's the way it always seems to work.

USC Wuz Robbed! Posted December 31, 2007 Report Posted December 31, 2007 They should hire a defensive-minded coach so the offence will get better. That's the way it always seems to work. Unless you're the Bears (omitting the first 5 weeks in 2006).
