I dunno it really depends. And the school I am at is a college, btw.....hehehe....MTI College. We have a job placement service, so it really depends what kind of jobs they are offering at the time, and what kind of base salary plus room to move up in salary and status is being offered at my current education level(upon graduation). I really don't WANT to do anymore school after this, but I guess the job market will ultimately dictate that decision.

Seriously though, James Hetfield is one of the most overrated frontman ever. I just can't stand the way he modifies the notes for certain songs so he can execute it live. It sounds like trash. If you can't execute certain singing/screaming LIVE, then don't sugercoat it on an album......(not like this ONLY applies to Hetfield, but just saying since it is a metallica thread)....

well as I understand weren't higher wage earners making a salary, and not hourly wages which means they never got overtime in the first place? I know my supervisor at work is on salary and she doesn't get overtime even if she has to stay 12 hours to make sure some ques are cleared, it sucks because even though she is a "salary" worker, it isn't like her salary is anything special. I think more details about job classification will also play into this new ruling as well. If people start getting notices about their job titles changing, thus overtime rules changed, you are going to get a mighty pissed off work force.

The man basically had no credentials besides money and support from a party that were just happy to run someone with an ® next to his name. He has already basically given the energy companies a pass on their debt to California, and I seem to remember him telling Californians that when Bush visited CA a few months ago he was going to "demand that the feds give back money owed to CA" That was surely a success...... The sad thing is that so little has changed in CA, he will probably win again if he runs, due to nothing go incredibly worse, except for certain horrible budget cuts that could have easily been avoided, but most people don't pay attention to that.

Riddick Bowe was a damn good fighter in his prime. I think he had the size and power to give Lewis problems in his prime, but now it would be a sideshow. Maybe if Foreman still wants to make a comeback he could fight Bowe.

Boston better hope the A's win their division so they can compete with Anaheim & Texas for the Wildcard. If the A's don't win the west, their pitching will carry them to the wildcard spot, and Boston will be sitting at home for the playoffs. Anaheim is hot right now. So I'd pick Texas to drop off within the next few weeks.

The Skins btw, laid a nice smackdown on the Dolphins. Held them to 20yds rushing, and under 100 yds total offense. Yeah, their offense is horrid, I know.....but the Skins offense moved smoothly against the Dolphins starting D which is no joke.....ahh preseason is a bitch.......

I think what the article is trying to say, is that technically you won't lose your overtime pay if nothing at your work changes, however........ Supposedly now you will be exempt from overtime depending on job title, which makes it rather easy for companies to get around this......for example: working at a warehouse packing boxes, you would be considered low level, thus would get overtime, however it is as simple as the HR department reclassifying your job title/role to some squeaky new thing like, "Box handler technician" and if it is considered a "professional job" or something, you can be exempt, even though you still do the same thing. I am not sure if this is 100% accurate, but it sounds that starting monday there is just going to be a huge gray area, so we will all have to wait and see what our employers do, if anything.

The sad thing about all of this is that this swift boat nonsense has taken over probably as the #1 focal point right now. Which is probably what Bush wants, because now there is not even a debate going on between the two candidates, yet a debate between Kerry and a bunch of grumpy men who can't decide whether Kerry's service was honorable or if he is a traitor. Funny how $500,000 can take a bunch of bittter, old men, and suddenly give their voice instant validity. This would be basically like the mainstream media giving moveon.org equal time with Bush on the evening news. I am just wondering why all of these swift boat guys didn't do all this when Kerry was running for senator. I mean what, that wasn't a high enough position of power for them to suddenly "seek to put out the truth" Horseshit.

RVD was doing fine, in-ring and with the crowd in 2001. It doesn't matter what workrate freaks or ECW marks, or WWE lemmings etc...think. The proof was in the pudding when you turned on Raw/Smackdown. RVD was over and having decent enough matches. His merchandise was selling quite hot. Vince and the writers weren't ignoring this at all, as he was pushed for a couple of months climbing slowly to the better timeslots of the shows, and then in a flash it all ended and the depush was on. Now I could understand not getting title shots, but all what WWE was use the fans love for RVD to get other people over, like Brock and Orton. It doesn't really matter how and/or why he was depushed the way he was, but the fact of the matter is, if Vince wanted him to be there as champ it would have happened. For whatever reason Vince didn't so he never got the title.

I am kind of looking forward to what debacle of a reason Evolution had for jumping Orton. Considering they should have done it to Triple H since he basically has required Evolution do his bidding and do everything that would benefit his own status......but oh well.
