Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted August 1, 2003 Flik are you playing on hard or very hard? Haven't gone pro yet, but playing on hard. Now that I'm back from the outside world (hell, it's hot in Edmonton), I figured I'd return to my favorite passtime. I think I have this figured out now, so I'll be building up my new Cult fed real nice. *Gets called to do dishes* ...gr... *Gets back about 15mins later* Well now that that's over with. How about I continue with what I was saying? Maybe I'll get luck this time around, eh? Hopefully, Supreme Wrestling Federation stays around for more than three months. I actually have enough wrestlers under written contracts that I can do house shows, but I also have enough open contracted wrestlers that I can put in some relative talent if I need it. Although, I'm signing the talent I want to actually be apart of my company when I get bigger. Currently I have 18 people on written contracts and 14 people on open contracts. Of those 18 people on written contracts, six of them are currently in my developmental camp. With this many people on written, I gain money for house shows. Not much, but it's worth something. Now then. Onto my bigger question that I have. Is this roster a good roster? What I mean is, will this keep me afloat in PI or no? My Roster Currently with little tidbits: Aidans Nathans - Written in for a year. Developmental. Good all-rounder but low overness. Air Paris - Written in for 2 years. Uppercard. Hopefully will be one of my future stars. Aki Mann - Written in for a year. Developmental. Good stats but low overness. Austin Lee - Written in for a year. Developmental. Great stats but low overness. Bison Smith - Open contract for 40000/a. Uppercard. Good guy, but tours with NOAH. Chance Beckett - Written in for a year. Developmental. Good stats but low overness. Chris Michaels - Open contract for 34000/a. Lowercard. Part of a tag team with Sean Casey CM Punk - Open contract for 31000/a. Midcard. Part of a tag team with Colt Cabana. Colt Cabana - Open contract for 25000/a. Midcard Part of a tag team with CM Punk. Danny Dallas - Written in for 2 years. Lowercard. Charismatic bugger. Derrick King - Open contract for 36000/a. Midcard. Part of a tag team with Jason Lee. Harry Smith - Written in for 2 years. Main Event. Just average, but I needed 2 solidified MEs. Insane Dragon - Written in for 2 years. Lowercard. Good stats. J.R. Ryder - Written in for 2 years. Midcard. Great stats. Jason Lee - Open contract for 47000/a. Midcard. Part of a tag team with Derrick King. Johnny Kashmere - Open contract for 25000/a. Midcard. Part of a tag team with Trent Acid. Jonny C. - Written in for a year. Developmental. Great stats but low overness. Lance Silva - Written in for a year. Developmental. Good stats but low overness. Leo Branford - Written in for 2 years. Midcard. Created. Low Ki - Open contract for 52000/a. Main Event. Great stats. Marc Mero - Written in for 2 years. Main Event. Good stats. Other solidified ME. Marcus Chavayada - Written in for 2 years. Midcard. Created. Messiah - Open contract for 30000/a. Midcard. Good stats. Samoa Joe - Open contract for 50000/a. Uppercard. Good stats. Sean Casey - Open contract for 26000/a. Lowercard. Part of tag team with Chris Michaels. Shocker - Written in for 2 years. Midcard. Good stats. Spiffy Sean Stylez - Written in for 2 years. Midcard. Good stats. Steve Corino - Open contract for 67000/a. Main Event. Good stats. Tito Ortiz - Written in for 2 years. Uppercard. Good stats. Tommy Suede - Written in for 2 years. Midcard. Good stats. Trent Acid - Open contract for 21000/a. Midcard. Part of tag team with Johnny Kashmere. Xavier - Open contract for 31000/a. Uppercard. Good stats. Can anyone see anything wrong? I also have come across another big problem. Steve Corino, Low Ki, and Samoa Joe are all with Zero One. Thusly they will not be able to compete at my first PPV on Sept. 28th. That's no big deal. I planned it as such. Also Bison Smith will be unavailable at this time to coincide with my plan. But will it effect their feelings towards me if I don't put them onto this month's show? I mean, I certainly don't want to anger any of them and lose them being in my company. Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted August 1, 2003 Still no *****, but I think that I'll be getting close. AJ Styles v. RVD is a hot feud, and the matches are just getting better. Lance Storm has a new gimmick and has gone from a 65 to a 79 in two shows. And Chavo/Tajiri are a tag team in a hot feud with Haas/Benjamin, which has already gotten ****1/2. But Dames ripped my Hurricane v. Rico match. DAMN YOU, DAMES!!
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted August 1, 2003 I've run the gamut of ***** no contests, with one ***** ladder match at No Mercy. Iron Man match at SurSer Eddie Guerrero vs Chavo Guerrero. Match Background: Eddie and Chavo have been feuding recently. Chavo has yet to get an in-ring victory in this feud. This match is for the WWE United States title. Eddie Guerrero has been WWE United States champion since 12 October 2003. The Match: Eddie hits a HARD spinning kick to the jaw. Chavo Guerrero pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Chavo Guerrero strikes Eddie. Eddie Guerrero charges, Chavo moves, and the referee is knocked silly! Diamond Dust from Chavo Guerrero and Eddie is out! Hooks the leg, but the referee is still out! Eddie backdrops Chavo Guerrero out of a piledriver attempt. That took a lot out of Eddie Guerrero. Flying elbow from Eddie Guerrero connects. Flying cross body off the top rope! Covers for a quick two count. Diamond Dust from Eddie Guerrero and Chavo is out! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Chavo powers out of a headlock. Spinning bulldog in the corner and Eddie is down! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Chavo drops an elbow...but Eddie Guerrero moves out of the way. The two competitors end up in the corner, grappling. The referee tries to break them up, but Eddie pushes him away. The ref tries again, and this time Chavo is the one to shove the referee away...and that prompts a double DQ decision from the referee! The fight has started up again! Eddie Guerrero attacks Chavo, and they brawl all around ringside, then into the crowd! They eventually disappear backstage, still fighting. My Opinion: *****! What can I say! It earned EVERY star. EZ \ Mamaluke hold the edge, as they have yet to be beaten in the ring by Low Ki \ Styles during the feud. This match is for the RoH Tag Titles titles. Low Ki \ Styles have been RoH Tag Titles champions since 18 February 2004. The Match: Low Ki slams Tony Mamaluke. Implant DDT by AJ Styles! I will always and forever mark out for that move. Whip into the ladder by Low Ki. EZ backdrops AJ Styles out of a piledriver attempt. That took a lot out of EZ Money. Low Ki takes a flying neckbreaker from EZ Money. Guest mike mayhem Report post Posted August 2, 2003 I downloaded when I finished my work....been playing it since then I normally either have The Scotman or Scott Keith for the reports....But pick the Dames...the Dames is cool his reports give you wrestler backgrounds, good play by play & a very fair opinion of the match that you booked my best match so far has been Y2J vs HBK it got three *** 4.0 rules So what if Adam is charging money for his next game TEW, he's been making freeware for about ten years, its good to see that TEW will make its way on CD......mind you I wont be buying it though...but Here's to Adam
Cherry Blossom Viscount 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2003 The best way to get ***** from Dames is to book matches with people that have the best chemistry. Usually, you'll find this out when people say, "Hey, let me work with so and so." You WON'T be dissapointed. Also, it can add to your on going storylines. iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2003 I just downloaded this today, and I've never played any of the old versions, but I was wondering, is there some way to make a #1 contender match? It's really pissing me off that I can't do it. You'd think that would be more important than adding medics or picking the booker for the developmental territories. Just pick two guys who you want to battle for the contendership, then put it on the line "imaginarily" and then have the winner go on for the Gold.

Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted August 2, 2003 Well, I'd just like to report that I've now gone bankrupt for my third time. Yes people. This is correct. The guy who had all the success in previous EWRs is getting his BUTT whooped by this one. And for the record, seven times down is a lucky charm. I'm thinking anyways. Cherry Blossom Viscount 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2003 People lose heat too easily on this game. My "highlight reel" type show host was interviewing a heel worker and the face she was unoffcilally feuding with came out and attacked her. The heel and the heel host lost four points of overness! Luckily the heel recovered when I had her do an interview with my #1 heel in the promotion.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2003 I can't figure out why, but my Torrie Wilson/Zach Gowen feud's not getting over at all. It's segments continually score in the 40s. Maybe it's because I couldn't officially make it a feud with Torrie being a non-wrestler. Oh well, on the bright side, Zach's so mad about jobbing to Torrie twice in a row that he's on the verge of quitting.

Guest Kingpk Report post Posted August 2, 2003 This version is awesome since the road agents are actually useful for once, telling you who clicks and whatnot. Also, wrestlers give you suggestions and that makes booking a lot easier when you don't have to think about EVERY single match and instead go with what they suggest. I've got a hell of a RVD/Kane feud going. I'm planning to blow it off at SurSer in a First Blood match, but heat has been in the 90s ever since the beginning, so I may let this one go until Mania. Guest Vyce Report post Posted August 2, 2003 Anyone know anything about why the house show income isn't registering for me? If you don't have enough written workers to do house shows, you'll get no income from it. Hence, you need written workers to produce house shows. I tried it as WWE. They are all written. It seems like it doesn't register in any of the games I open up. I've had this same problem. Anyone here care to explain it? I have nothing BUT written workers, and I get ZERO MONEY off house shows. It's as if they don't exist. And before you ask, yes, I waited until the end of the month when they're supposed to show up. Nada. Is this a glitch or something? Guest Kingpk Report post Posted August 2, 2003 How do you know you're not getting money? In the Finances section, there is only one category that covers all ticket sales (House shows, TV shows and PPVs). Am I missing something here?
Guest Lightning Flik Report post Posted August 2, 2003 EVERY GAME AND DOWNLOAD that I try, that happens. Pisses me off to no end. Alright. Firstly, you must wait till the end of the month to gain the house show money. Secondly, check and make sure you ARE charging for the house shows. Sometimes, you'll be charging nothing if you aren't careful. TNA doesn't get houseshow money because they are doing a Weekly PPV and thusly can't do houseshows... for some reason. Hm, I've been picking up the houseshow money anytime I'm a Cult fed or bigger, as long as I have enough written contracts under my belt. Have enough and you'll get the money. Yet, if you are still having problems Rob, I don't know what to say. I thought it was a bug myself, but apparently I'm wrong because I didn't hire enough workers to writtens.
