Kind of a fluffy question, but what the heck.

Here's mine.

Flying (a no-brainer)

Mind reading

Shapeshifting

The ability to have infinite superpowers.

-Healing ability (this would also affect my immunity to various poisons and illnesses)

-Flying (duh)

-Willful invisibility (meaning I can turn it on or off at my command; this ties in with flying, since then I can fly invisible and nobody can see me, so I wouldn't get kidnapped by the government)

The ability to shoot beams of energy from my eyes, fingers, and dick. Really destructive beams, too.

Flight with Superman's speed and maneuverability.

The ability to turn lead or other metals into gold.

#1: Selective Mind Reading...this way I don't pull a Buffy from Earshot and go crazy while listening to 20-30 different voices.

#2: Super fast speed, think Flash fast

#3: Insane strength, think Hulk or Superman level

I'd be Timpervious. All Tims, cower in fear as I come passing by.

After that, fuck, what else is there? I'm set.

I would trade all 3 for just a few more penile inches.

I wonder if Ron Jeremy did the same thing.

Excluding having infinite powers, absolute control over everything and whatever else I'd ask for in any real situation in a heartbeat :

1. Ability to produce electricity and manipulate it in every possible way, giving me a ton of powers

2. Eternal youth and immunity to all natural causes of death

3. Ability to produce any existing or invented pheromones in any quantity

Actually, trade my Alchemy in for the ability to get people to believe absolutely anything I say.

Dude, you would get SO bored after, like, the first 100 years.

Friggin right, immortality and invincibility are not good choices for superpowers.

You live forever while all your friends and family die, eventually the universe would end but you would endure, floating forever in a void of nothing, shitty.

Immortality with the option of deciding when your own life ends (selective mortality?) wouldn't be too shabby if you wanted to see the rise and fall of many civilizations, learn everything there is to learn, be a constant in historical records, and strive to always improve in any way possible. It'd also help to have a good imagination so you don't get bored easily, and be capable of extended periods of sleep for when you do become too bored.
