ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2005 OK, last night from WrestleMania, seeing Benjamin pull out all the spots in his match, I had to think... What would be some good WWE vs. TNA matches (even though they'd never happen) A few off the top of my head: Shelton Benjamin vs. "Primetime" Elix Skipper (If let go, these two could have an amazing, at the very least, spotfest) Paul London vs. "Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels (Cruiserweight vs. X-Division. ...did they ever fight before?) Rey Mysterio vs. AJ Styles (I don't know why, but I think this could be great) and just for egomaniacs... Triple H vs. Jeff Jarrett (CLASH OF THE EGOS! >=D) Any others? Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2005 London and Daniels met in ROH, but apparently it was an underwhelming match.
Some Guy 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2005 and just for egomaniacs... Triple H vs. Jeff Jarrett (CLASH OF THE EGOS! >=D) I can see it now. A 40 minute snoozefest that sees HHH kicking out of 17 Strokes and 49 guitar shots, Jarrett kicking out of the Pedigree before the entire roster of both companies run in for a non-finish and 6 guys inexplicably turn heel. Eh, don't know about 40 minutes. Hogan I could see asking for 40 minutes (he did with him and Rodman vs. DDP and Malone...)

Nah, Jarrett jobbing to the pedigree in ten minutes despite the entire TNA roster running in sounds more like it. If Jarrett did hit a Stroke in there, HHH would make sure to kick out at one. Guest BDC Report post Posted April 4, 2005 AJ v Rey would really work with AJ playing his cocky heel bit. Give me Danielson v Benjamin.
ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2005 Thought of another match that we need: Randy Orton vs. Diamond Dallas Page. Hopefully Page would show Orton how to do that move...with STYLE!
natey2k4 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2005 A.J. Styles v. Paul London - (has happened before, but both have changed quite a bit.. and I love these guys. A match today would rule all kinds of ass) Bobby Roode v. Randy Orton - (Don't ask me why, but I think their styles would go well together) AMW v. La Resistance - The Battle of The Tag Teams (about the two only decent ones nowadays, Bashams are better as singles) Just about any mix of the following.. Styles, Williams, Sabin, Skipper, Daniels, Eric Young, Johnny Devine, Bobby Roode, London, Akio, Psicosis, Eddie, Rey, Benoit, Jericho, Christian, Shelton, Charlie Haas,
Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2005 AJ vs Benoit could be a nice hard hitting match, they can both work their asses off and AJ could change pace with a few highspots. Sabin vs Jericho, I just think these two would mesh well. I'd be all for Petey vs Rey as well...but it'd have to be the Rey we saw at Mania, not the Smackdown Rey going through the motions. Michael Shane and Paul London have already had matches in ROH...but they've been very good and I'd like to see more of them.
Guest Rrrsh Report post Posted April 5, 2005 TNA has so few guys that don't have REALLY bad qualities about them. There are more guys in ROH I care about personally. Give me Daniels and AMW, fuck the rest.
Garth 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2005 I'd like to see: Jericho vs Christopher Daniels - I think these two could put on one hell of a match. HBK vs Abyss Chris Sabin vs Paul London - Already happened I know, but I enjoyed the match so much I want a rematch.

haws bah gawd 0 Report post Posted April 5, 2005 Petey Williams vs Paul London AJ Styles vs Chris Benoit - I'd love to see Benoit bust-out some sick German Suplexes here. AJ has already shown he isnt afraid to take a head-bump or two. AJ Styles vs Shelton Benjamin - These two have very similar styles. They arent afraid to take a leap of faith over the top rope, and use the ropes for a lot of their move sets. This would be a great match. Rhyno vs Abyss Rhyno vs Monty Brown Chris Sabin vs Paul London
