Wow, this week's SmackDown has a little latino flavor doesn't it. the Main-Event sounds kick-ass. the rest of the show sounds great aswell. I'am definlly watching.

The only thing that bothers me about the show is the complete inconsistency in whether or not they're going to put Paul London on the show. How can he ever get over if they put him on Velocity one week, then Smackdown the next week, then Velocity, then run an angle with him on Smackdown, then not even mention it the following week. It's very confusing.

MNM looks like they're getting a big push. The main event looks sweet. London and Akio on Velocity always makes me smile. So otherwise, I'm very happy.

ripped off his mask wow. I guess they assume the blood will cover rey's face or will they do the "alternate camera angle"?

Don't be upset, they are really not very good at all.

The main event and aftermath sounds really good.

Holy Crappy Show

I second this with the exception of the main event:huh: However, I've been wrong before. This looks completely weak compared to RAW.

This show sounds really cool this week. On one hand it's good to see Carlito actually WRESTLE but yet I'll kinda miss the Cabana this week. Maybe he should do both?

I'm amused by the love for Velocity on here. That's just a show I could care less about. SMDN is the B show anyway and Velocity's the B show of SMDN. At least Heat has a consistent timeslot...I can't ever remember when Velocity is even on.

This Eddie/Rey stuff is really bizarre, almost sounds like some crazy Dreamer/Raven angle on ECW with Raven teaming with Tommy one week, then kicking his ass, then pseudo teaming again....

Hopefully we'll get to see a good RVD-Eddie feud when he returns from his injury. :) I'm sure they'll keep the angle interesting.

The mask wasn't totally ripped off. He looked more like Halloween Havoc '97.

Main event started slow, picked up considerably.

The beatdown was great.

Cena was *by far* the most over guy.

JBL's promo was really, really good.

London/Akio was slightly disappointing, lots of comedy, decent match overall.

Building was about 90-95% full

JBL turned heel and didnt beat his friend or "turn" on him. He just went "well i dont wanna get fired" and screwed Ron.

London/Akio was comedy? Huh.

Well, I'm hoping this leads to Chavo/Eddie vs. Rey/London. But wow, they are going balls out with this angle. It was practically given the whole show featuring other segments. Interesting.

It's because they're trying to boost Rey up the card in a major role, hoping that he can appeal to the Latino audience like Eddie did. According to the Observer a few weeks back, there are/were plans to make him the US Champion, I guess to pull him away from the Cruiserweight Division as part of this push.

Always glad to see my favorite tag team's push continuing as well.

Is the WWE finally doing good again? Putting on good shows. The storylines are going somewhere. Backlash was great, WrestleMania was great, No Way Out was better then expected, Royal Rumble was decent. They are entertaining me big time. Hell, they even made a Viscera/Kane angle work and now people are cheering for Viscera!

Velocity used to be really great, since they'd usually have a couple good cruiser matches, and a decent tag match. It's gone downhill lately by featuring a bunch of stiffs instead, but we occasionally get a nugget here & there (see: the 3 London/Akio matches, the cruisers opening up their movesets a bit).

Also, Velocity has a consistent timeslot: Sat. night @ 11:00.

SD looks pretty good, and I'll definitely check out London/Akio on Velocity (although heavier on the comedy is a bit distressing).

They are doing better but Raw may have set things back in a big way as Christian and Jericho both lost when they didn't need to and Paul London would be perfect for the Rey/Eddie/Chavo thing...how is Chavo involved in two angles anyways...I hope they involve some others into the feud as well as it's getting very good with all the players including MNM...I think that to even the odds Heidenreich should help Rey and Paul against MNM,Chavo and Eddie...

Am I the only one who really views Eddy as the face in this feud?

It looked that way in the opening promo (letting Rey get beat up last week doesn't help, though), but the ending of the show cements Eddie as the heel.

Im suprised that Eddie and Rey got the entire show. I havent seen Smackdown in a month, due to not getting any channel that has it anymore, and this week will be the first time that I feel the hurt from it.
