USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2006 Right but my point is that apparently its not just the management that hates him. Everyone, from the Taker to Angle to Flair, hates him. If he was suspended for complaining about the Eddie angle, I'd think the locker room would take to him better, rather than hate him.
haVoc 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2006 I'd think complaining about exploiting Eddie would earn him points with the locker room, rather than further alienate him from them. The locker room doesn't suspend people. I suspect that as early as next friday, the story and truth will break. Some in the locker room have power. Hardy has heat with Taker and he's been buried and last I recall Taker wasn't management or on the writing team. Melina caught heat for being a "diva" and brought to "Wrestling Court" by Bradshaw and MNM since have been made a bigger joke and kept off WM. There's countless reports over the years of guys having heat with the boys and being buried. A few select like HBK get away with damn near murder.
reign 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2006 One great thing that could arise from an Orton depush would be the rise of Ken Kennedy, Lashley, Finlay and Burchill(I hope)...with Mr. Kennedy getting the most of the push....these are the future of the SD! brand... haws bah gawd 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2006 One thing has gotten me curious. If Orton is supposedly such an utter dick backstage, you have to wonder why one of the veterans hasn't taken it upon himself to stretch his ass in the ring. In WCW when Goldberg started getting an ego, he had a Nitro match against William Regal, and Regal essentially made him his bitch. I'm surprised Angle or Undertaker haven't decided to work a little extra stiff with the guy to try to teach him a thing or two. Orton reminds me a bit of a school-yard bully. He can talk his shit (to the Divas, and other wrestlers), but I bet if he were put into a real-life situation against one of the guys, he'd be a pussy. Hunter's Torn Quad 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2006 On WOL, Da Meltz said that Orton is going to have be very humble while on suspension and work hard at making amends for his actions, and he definitely can't keep doing what he's been doing, or the suspension will be extended and he might not even be brought back at all. Hawk 34 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2006 Considering that Orton has zero respect for the business or his peers or human society in general, I don't expect him to do that. He might put on a good act for a bit of time but he will slip up and do something stupid again.
bob_barron 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2006 haws bah gawd is inaccurate about Regal v. Goldberg. Regal says that the match happened the way it did b/c Goldberg was lost and didn't know how to do shit.
dubq 0 Report post Posted April 10, 2006 http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/ortonresponse Prior to SmackDown this past Tuesday, Randy Orton was told that he was being suspended for 60 days due to unprofessional conduct. WWE.com recently caught up with Orton to get his reaction to his suspension. Here is what he had to say: “WWE has certain standards of conduct they expect out of all the Superstars on both RAW and SmackDown. Unfortunately, I violated those standards and was not representing WWE the way I should have been. Basically, my conduct was unbecoming of a champion, which is what I will be again when I return.” Sure Randy. Sure.

Refused to put over Triple H & Steph's unborn child 3. Shit in Eddie Guerrero's old gym bag 2. Told Shane McMahon "My dad can beat up your dad!" 1. Randy must have ate the last jelly doughnut. Everyone knows that the last jelly doughnut goes to Vince. And it's entirely possible Randy will straighten up since I don't see him wanting to work Indys or TNA. And he has zero acting skill and those positions in Hollywood have been filled by Paul Walker and Freddie Prinze Jr. So for Randy, it's the WWE or moving back home with Dad. I can see him fixing his act just to keep the only thing he can sorta, kinda, maybe do.

I wasn't being negative, just saying there is a career for Orton outside WWE. He'd probably make good money in that field. It's probably a step-up, if anything. Actually, I kinda like Orton. I have nothing against the guy, but that doesn't mean I'm not gonna point out that he looks like the kind of man who'd give someone a blowjob for money. Or make someone pay money to give him one, either or.
UZI Suicide 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2006 WWE. com is reporting that Kurt angle broke Randy Orton's Ankle tonight and are playing it up as the worst week of his life. The hilarity doesn't stop. The thing I find weird about it is that the WWE acknowledge's he is suspended and is going to be gone for the next 60 days regardless, and even says it in that very article on WWE.com, so there's no point in using the broken ankle as a storyline to explain his absence. I think he may be gone for good

Or we could take the plot further and say Kurt was hired to break Orton's ankle.

Guest croweater Report post Posted April 13, 2006 I'm dying to know what it is exactly that Orton did. Condering how desperate the company is to push him too the top and how seemingly they've done everything to try to get him over. If it's been going on for ages it's a wonder why the hell the kept pushing him. It must be so irritating being in the WWE midcard and continually being over looked for someone the WWE has a boner for, who also happens to be the biggest dick in the company. teke184 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2006 Couldn't happen to a nicer guy... I'm not just referring to his dickishness with the Divas. I'm also referring to him bailing out on the Marines and getting a dishonorable discharge. Him getting a developmental contract right after that was probably the worst thing anyone could have done for him, because it taught him he'll always be bailed out by someone.
