a moment that embarasses me as a wrestling fan (is that possible?):

Tommy Dreamer shouting "EC FN' W" right before DDTing Raven

I know, I know, there were worse moments, but everytime I see that clip, I cringe...

But they were already a publicly traded company with the Get the F Out campaign...and the Katie Vick angle...and the Kiss My Ass Club...

Remember he is trying to build ECW to attract more advertisers and turn a profit. He has to cut down on some things to make it more appealing to advertisers. ECW is already a tough sell already.....so I guess he is trying to be safe. But who knows....maybe he doesn't care and is doing this just to piss fans off. But what I said in the beginning is probaly the real reason.

Besides the Get the "F" Out campaign wasn't actually meaning the f word, but the dumping of Federation. It was up to your own interpretation. While you know what the F in ECW FN' W is trying to point out ;)

Many people in WWE loved Mick Foley's promo. Many were saying that it's amazing how good a promo can be when a guy can write his own material instead of having to go by a script word for word.

That was one kick ass promo.

That said, many people in WWE creative hated Foley's promo.

Fuckin' figures.

He did say EC FUCKIN W didn't he? Or did he actually say "F'N"? That never really bothered me . . . I mean 10 seconds later he was getting his ass whooped anyway.

He said the curse word in full.

And it made sense since he was taking out Raven, who was about to leave for WCW.

Now...it's personal

By Zack Zeigler

July 12, 2006

Now...it's personal is a new WWE.com feature that will appear on the second Wednesday of each month. Discover lesser-known facts about two RAW and two SmackDown Superstars or Divas and two Extremists or Vixens as WWE.com asks a series of questions to find out what these men and women are like outside of the squared circle. This week's participants are WWE Champion Edge, Candice Michelle, Mr. Kennedy, WWE Tag Team Champion Brian Kendrick, Paul Heyman and Tommy Dreamer.

Edge

WWE.com: Favorite beer?

Edge: Sleeman Clear, a Canadian company based out of Guelph, Ontario. Best beer known to man.

WWE.com: What’s on your iPod?

Edge: I'd love to tell you, but it got stolen at a gym yesterday in Omaha, Neb. by some bastard who also has my wallet, all my credit cards and my driver's license, as well as gifts, bracelets and watches that were given to me.

WWE.com: Last book you read?

Edge: Bob Dylan’s Chronicles Volume I. Still reading it.

WWE.com: PS2 or Xbox?

Edge: Neither, I don’t waste my time with video games.

WWE.com: Favorite cereal?

Edge: Multi-Grain Lucky Charms

WWE.com: Favorite actor or actress?

Edge: Angelina Jolie for her looks and her lips. I’ve always loved Cameron Diaz. Actor, I think Brad Pitt is very underrated because he’s a pretty boy. I’ve always been underrated because I’ve been categorized as a pretty boy, but if you look up close, I’m not.

WWE.com: Baseball, football or basketball?

Edge: What in the f*** are you thinking? Well, there are other sports than what you Americans consider to be the major ones. There’s something called hockey, and it takes place on ice, and it takes place with sticks, and it takes place with a frozen puck with shots that get taken at 100 mph, and an insane goaltender with very little padding on has to make a save. Fighting is allowed, and referees don’t stop it. Zack, for putting that question in there (without hockey) I want to hockey fight you. I want to pull your shirt over your head and throw about ten uppercuts and show you what the greatest sport besides this is.

WWE.com: Homebody or night owl?

Edge: Homebody

WWE.com: Last concert you saw?

Edge: Buckcherry at a little club in Texas.

WWE.com: Favorite guilty pleasure?

Edge: I think it’s what everybody’s guilty pleasure is, but I just do it better than everybody else.

WWE.com Note: Edge, thanks for the wallet and iPod, but O-Town and Boys II Men are anything but R-rated. I’m guessing by the answer to

my sports question that the autograph I requested is out? Humbly Yours, Z

Ken Kennedy

WWE.com: Favorite beer?

Mr. Kennedy: Bud Light

WWE.com: What’s on your Ipod?

Mr. Kennedy: About 864 songs.

WWE.com: Last book you read?

Mr. Kennedy: Da Vinci Code

WWE.com: PS2 or Xbox?

Mr. Kennedy: Both

WWE.com: Favorite game?

Mr. Kennedy: All of them.

WWE.com: Favorite cereal?

Mr. Kennedy: Lucky Charms

WWE.com: Favorite actor or actress?

Mr. Kennedy: Gary Oldman is my favorite actor, and my favorite actress in Angelina Jolie.

WWE.com: Baseball, football or basketball?

Mr. Kennedy: Football

WWE.com: Homebody or night owl?

Mr. Kennedy: Homebody

WWE.com: Last concert you saw?

Mr. Kennedy: Bon Jovi

WWE.com: Favorite guilty pleasure?

Mr. Kennedy: Ice cream

WWE.com Note: Mr. Kennedy, I, too, am a homebody...a homebody! There's no reason to feel guilty about eating ice cream. It's going to the Bon Jovi show that should cause the guilt.

Brian Kendrick

WWE.com: Favorite beer?

Brian Kendrick: Guinness

WWE.com: What’s on your iPod?

Brian Kendrick: I don’t own an iPod.

WWE.com: Last book you read?

Brian Kendrick: It was a Kurt Vonnegut book, but I’m not sure which one.

WWE.com: PS2 or Xbox?

Brian Kendrick: PS2

WWE.com: Favorite game?

Brian Kendrick: God of War

WWE.com: Favorite cereal?

Brian Kendrick: Count Chocula

WWE.com: Favorite actor or actress?

WWE.com: Baseball, football or basketball?

Brian Kendrick: Football by leaps and bounds.

WWE.com: Homebody or night owl?

Brian Kendrick: Homebody

WWE.com: Last concert you saw?

Brian Kendrick: White Stripes

WWE.com: Favorite guilty pleasure?

Brian Kendrick: “Taking care of myself.”

WWE.com Note: Brian, good choice with Count Chocula, but have you tried his relatives' cereal--Boo Berry or Franken Berry? Delicious.

Paul Heyman

WWE.com: Favorite beer?

Paul Heyman: I don’t drink beer.

WWE.com: What’s on your iPod?

Paul Heyman: Naked pictures of your wife.

WWE.com: Last book you read?

Paul Heyman: An Unsatisfied Woman, by your wife.

WWE.com: PS2 or Xbox?

Paul Heyman: PS2

WWE.com: Favorite cereal?

Paul Heyman: Kosher Corn flakes

WWE.com: Favorite actor or actress?

Paul Heyman: Traci Lords and Robert Duvall

WWE.com: Baseball, football or basketball?

Paul Heyman: None of the above. I don’t like any sports that are fake.

WWE.com: Homebody or night owl?

Paul Heyman: Night-body

WWE.com: Last concert you saw?

Paul Heyman: Rob Zombie

WWE.com: Favorite guilty pleasure.

Paul Heyman: ‘Taking care of myself.”

WWE.com Note: Paul, your favorite book is one of the best works of fiction in modern history. Oh, and do you think you can email me those pictures? Thanks, Z

Tommy Dreamer: Van Halen 1984

WWE.com: Favorite guilty pleasure?

Tommy Dreamer: Jenna Jameson

WWE.com Note: Tommy, do you realize the last time you went to a concert Reagan was in office? Turn Jenna off and get those dancin' shoes out of the closet.

Candice Michelle

WWE.com: What is your favorite beer?

Candice: Miller Light, Bud Light, Coors Light.

WWE.com: What’s on your iPod?

Candice: Everything, I have everything from Barbara Mandrel to hard house music. It just depends on the time and the mood.

WWE.com: Last book you read?

Candice: I don’t read.

WWE.com: PS2 or Xbox?

Candice: Neither. Nintendo—old school.

WWE.com: Favorite cereal?

Candice: I like Peanut Butter Captain Crunch.

WWE.com: Favorite actor or actress?

Candice: I have a new one. I think Uma Thurman is really up there. I love Angelina Jolie and Halle Berry—they’re smoking hot and good actresses—but Uma Thurman’s got it goin’ on. She’s very diverse. Actor, Johnny Depp. He really goes to another level in creating a character. I think any actor can look up to him.

Gotta like how Edge gives long rambling answers and everyone else pretty much were one word answers.

Probably wanted something to distract him from the jackass who jacked all his shit. God, that sucks.

But where's the entertainment?

Spankys favorite beer is Guiness, thus making him instantly cooler then everybody else on that roster.

And fuck Edge for pimping Sleemans instead of Steam Whistle. Sleemans is pisswater.

My thoughts exactly. Creative probably didn't like it because a) they didn't write it so they couldn't claim any credit or b) Foley doing a decent job (I wasn't blown away by the promo but it was still good) without their help might cause other wrestlers in the back to start thinking "why can't we have the freedom to do that stuff?"

No, because if that is a legit height, and she wears heels, she'll make all the guys look short. Can't have that, can we?

Well, with how WWE has been bringing back gimmicks, they could have the story with her be that she's decended from Amazons...or is an ancient Amazon unfrozen.
