Lord of The Curry Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 I don't think Billy wants any of E, weird as it is to say it. Billy looks like a 12 year old girl could handle him fairly well.
cd213 Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 I also loved when Billy walked past the fake Coke and he tried to taste it, like it would be real.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Better than anything from the forgettable Season Three (Both parts, though the second was a lot better) and maybe my favourite episode ever, right along there with the episode where they meet Walsh for the first time and the Sundance episode.
A Happy Medium Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 The movie looks better than Aqua Man, though. I hope it just achieves moderate success.
DrVenkman PhD Posted June 20, 2007 Report Posted June 20, 2007 Wikipedia has episode synopsi for I think the first 6 episodes of the season. I'm sure there from an official source like HBO or something but even the brief blurbs are somewhat spoilerish. IIRC, Cannes is episode 3
In Credible Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 I'm starting to seriously hate this show. It's too damn good and too short, it gets me pissed off after every episode that I have to wait another week to watch again. I could seriously watch each season in a day without any trouble.
mfn Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 That is the only problem I have with the show. The whole, shortness factor. However, It always keeps me wanting more and I always tune in the next week to watch again. I have high hopes for this season, and I hope it delivers.
Youth N Asia Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 Agreed on the short thing, a half hour just seems like too little time. However an hour would probably hurt the show, so what can you do. Loved Drama's part at the end "Let's kill this motherfucker!"
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 "Better than anything from the forgettable Season Three" The Episode with Drama's TV premiere, his moping, and the final "VICTORY!" was a classic episode.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 I actually did like that episode, and the second half was decent, if a little inconsistent. But that first half totally killed the momentum that Season Two built up. So many different convoluted storylines that just didn't go anywhere. Pretty bad television.
J.T. Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 I liked the Aquaman stuff at teh beginning of Season Three. Then it trailed. The Vegas was a money episode, but a one off. However, Season 3 did provide the three greatest lines in the series history 3. "Marlon Brando used to come over twice a week to stick it in her ass, and thats before it was fashionable" 2. " I dont care if its a porn shoot where he is being gang raped by a gaggle of silverbacked apes." 1. " I exploded on her face like a Jackson Pollick"
mfn Posted June 22, 2007 Report Posted June 22, 2007 "Better than anything from the forgettable Season Three" The Episode with Drama's TV premiere, his moping, and the final "VICTORY!" was a classic episode. Yeah. That was possibly my favorite episode of the season. The whole, drama being all nervous about the pilot and everything. The ending was perfect. I love when Vincent asked Drama 'Where you goin bro?' Drama's response: 'Wherever the road takes me' so, drama. so good. so far this season has delivered nothing short of great episodes. the whole documentary angle they did with the filming of medellin was absolutely fantastic.
In Credible Posted June 25, 2007 Report Posted June 25, 2007 Ari part was good rest was kinda boring. Filler episode.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted June 25, 2007 Report Posted June 25, 2007 I was fully expecting Ari to break shit on his way outta the school, but................... nothing. Sad.
Mik Posted June 25, 2007 Report Posted June 25, 2007 Billy Walsh was again incredible, but the rest was meh.
Lord of The Curry Posted July 1, 2007 Report Posted July 1, 2007 " Episode 3: Malibooty- Billy submits Medellin to Cannes, but Eric thinks the film still needs major editing. Vince gets in over his head while hanging at a Malibu beach house. Drama rekindles a romance with a '90s party girl, and brings Turtle along as his wingman." I cannot stress enough how awesome this season has been because of Billy Walsh. Make that dude a regular.
Mik Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 "You play your cards right and by 4:30 you'll be sitting on her face like a bidet." A+++ episode between Hopper, all the shit w/ Drama, Turtle and Lisa Rinna, and Billy Walsh had a brilliant 30 seconds.
fairtoflair7 Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 Turtle is a lucky man.....I'd love to bang Lisa Rinna...definition of a milf....
cd213 Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 Very entertaining episode. I am really interested to see where this whole thing goes with Vince/E/Walsh. Loved the whole Turtle/Drama stuff. That was great that Drama was gloating about getting laid by the good looking older woman and he ends up with the overweight salad tosser.
Lord of The Curry Posted July 2, 2007 Report Posted July 2, 2007 That was a good episode with a weird ending. Clearly they were building up to "Vince gets pissed @ E when he finds out he tried to sell the movie and fire Billy" but instead it goes all happy with "Hey, we got into Cannes" which makes me believe that the Vince and Eric storyline is getting placed on the backburner but I wouldn't say it's forgotten. I'm thinking they're building up to either Vince formally firing Eric as his manager or Eric quitting, possibly because he gets a legit offer to manage another movie star.
Mik Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 "Deny til you die." And the TMZ.com ending was fucking classic. Next week looks killer.
Lord of The Curry Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 We don't get a preview in Canada, what's going down next week?
Mik Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 Everyone is bidding for the film, but Ari has something more specific in mind. They also have a role for Vince but another agent steals it out from them for his client (unnamed) and Ari goes ballistic telling Lloyd that it's time for "agenting 101: sabotage" That's about it. Oh, and an E/Billy Walsh rumble in the jungle!
UZI Suicide Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 "Why would I buy a black cock?!" - Ari classic line.
Black Lushus Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 missed last night's episode but I want to go back to the previous week...was that Colleen Camp? She's not REALLY that fat now is she? That was a fat suit, right? Good lord, does anyone remember how she USED to look...she was Yvette in the Clue movie for god's sake!
Darthtiki Posted July 9, 2007 Report Posted July 9, 2007 Lushus, judging by her IMDB headshot....sadly that's not a suit
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Walsh is a crazy mother fucker. I love the tattoo on the back.
Craig Th Posted July 16, 2007 Author Report Posted July 16, 2007 They should just make Walsh a regular. He is fuckin awesome.
Lord of The Curry Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Agreed. When he whipped off his shirt in front of the hotel I freaked. The best non-Billy shit in this episode was Ari and Lloyd merking Weinstein.
Guest EvilAngelus Posted July 16, 2007 Report Posted July 16, 2007 Great Episode ... Drama's walk on Saturday Night Fever song & Billy's Suit Sucks t-shirt has me rolling on the floor
