  1. It was basically a male diva search.
  2. They wrestled as if their characters were intimidated of wrestling for 60 minutes and wanted to pace themselves and make sure neither made a costly mistake. Made for a dull match, IMO.
  3. If it's not too late to join in, I'll take: 5:30AM - 7:30AM EST on Sunday 4/3/2005.
  4. Well, in all fairness, he didn't even lay a hand on Andre. Maybe he tried holding them up for more money or something. SurSer1987 wasn't a real good barometer to see who was getting pushed anyways . . . The Bees, Stallions, and Steamboat survived their matches despite doing piddly poo at the time.
  5. I don't know if Owen's blood ever stained the ring or not. I think it MAY have been from the hardcore match (Snow/Holly) that happened previous.
  6. RIP . . . seemed like a ballbuster of a guy from the Before They Were Superstars 2 dvd.
  7. Debra started relaying something about what her dad told her before he passed away or something like that when JJ cut her off . . . probably to keep her semi-in character.
  8. I'd give them my address just to get the free flyers/posters/stickers/shirts/ect. But I'd never distribute them out.
  9. In no order: 1. Kashmir 2. The Ocean / Nobody's Fault but Mine --- tied for 2nd 4. Dancing Days 5. The Immigrant Song / When the Levee Breaks --- tied for 5th Never was a fan of Stairway to Heaven.
  10. Was that WWE? I could of swore that was WCW. The only time I remember him saying that was when he challenged Stevie Ray for the TV Title citing he was from the "Mean streets of Calgary, Alberta, Canada!"
  11. The only thing I'd change about WMIV was the outcome of the Steamboat/Valentine match.
  12. Ding ding ding. It's not Mark Jindrak?
  13. FYI, you're thinking of Candace Michelle.
  14. Is that Steve Corino berating Tajiri?
  15. He was also "The Living Legend" shortly after becoming Undisputed Champion.
  16. You mean the night after SurSer 98?
  17. Ah yes, my favorite of which being "The Paragon of Virtue". Damn, I miss Jericho's WCW persona.
  18. He lost it right back at Fully Loaded in the opener.
  19. When was this? After Brock's heel turn in the summer of 2003. It was Vince's nickname for him for a few weeks.
  20. Another fave of mine . . . "The Real" Brock Lesnar.
  21. I believe the blurring begun in November of 2002.
  22. "The Big Shot" Hardcore Holly . . . I actually dug this nickname.
  23. "We're in the sports entertainment business for God."
  24. I'm sure he would have loved to have done that. He'd done it so often in the past when it came time to drop a title, that, in some ways, it was almost like a drug. Not getting his fix would have really driven him nuts.. Until I stopped to think about it, I didn't realize the guy has really gotten out of jobbing 5-6 titles: - 1993 I-C Title (Suspension) - 1994 Tag Titles (Forfeit) - 1995 I-C Title (Syracuse) - 1997 WWF Title (Missing Smile) - 1997 Tag Titles (Not sure about this, but how did the Austin/HBK title reign end? I don't remember them losing to anyone) - 1997 European Title (Prequel to Fingerpoke of Doom) Hell, I may be missing some.
  25. It's the Johnny Rodz rule. Anyone in good standings w/ the McMahons and is willing to make the trip to whereever the ceremony is located is an eventual lock for the HoF.
