  1. BIG win by my Kings against the Spurs at home. That game was, at alternating moments in time, both the ugliest game and the most beautiful game I've ever seen the Kings play. Webber played some of the best defense against Duncan I've ever seen. Now we go to New York to start a four-game road trip which, if we get off to a good start, we could easily sweep: Jan 4 @ New York Jan 5 @ Toronto Jan 7 @ Atlanta Jan 8 @ New Orleans
  2. [Montgomery Burns] Eeeeeeeeeexcellent! [/Montgomery Burns]
  3. Well, I'd like to think that we'll write a match that will please people and get feedback.
  4. Not that kind of love! Contrary to what you may have heard, sailors don't get down like that (well, submariners might; I don't know about that lot).
  5. No accent my ass; to Ben Hardy, WC has an accent, and I'm willing to bet that Toxxic does, too.
  6. I assure you, Dace, we can and will... C'mon, man; where's the love for your ex-stable mates? You've totally "big-timed" us since you got bumped... And Toxxic, on you; do you write with an accent?
  7. Actually, yeah, I do. My strength as a writer is being able to stuff a lot of spots into an economy of words; the more I have to write, the harder it is for me to sustain any kind of match quality. Hence the reason, as I've mentioned previously, that nearly half of my career losses have all come on PPV, and the reason why all of my legit PPV wins, except for one, have been tag team matches.
  8. Eh, I was a little pissy about it at first, but I'm over it...
  9. You beat us in a multi-team situation; good luck trying to beat us in a straight-up tag... You also beat us on PPV, where my personal weaknesses as a writer are exposed; unless you plan on blowing off the C'Fuck, or avoiding our match until FtF, you're in trouble...
  10. So... Toxxic and R-0 are looking past W&D for Martial Law? That's cool; I'm sure you guys didn't really want those belts, anyway...
  11. I'm pretty sure he was from Finland.
  12. Well, I'm not sure whether or not you were actually looking for feedback, but the thread isn't locked, so here goes: Speaking as someone who doesn't go into chat much, on the rare occasions that I have ventured to log in, I've found it to be entirely too cliquish for my tastes. I mean, you pretty much have the Austrailian Mafia™, Zed, Thoth, Kibs and Drea, and just about anybody else foolish enough to wander in tends to get "tooled," as you guys put it. That might be funny or cool for a few minutes, but to me, it gets really old, really fast. There's also the issue of a lack of common ground. I've found that, outside of this fed, I'm simply not interested in the same stuff as a lot of the rest of you, so whenever discussion gets "off topic," so to speak, I tend to end up figuratively twiddling my thumbs while I wait for you guys to bring the conversation back around to something I've heard of and/or am interested in. To be perfectly honest, after the last abortion of an angle I tried to run, I'm a little reluctant to run an angle with anybody. The next significant thing that I do, storyline-wise, will probably be to put somebody over on my way out, and since I haven't exactly decided when that's going to be, my only plan for the immediate future is to win matches and/or titles. What happened to that e-fed directory that we were supposed to subscribe to? Kick ass; I loved writing King in the JL... Plus, I finally get to pull "Clown boy" out of the mothballs! Why don't we name one of the lesser PPV's after him? I don't know how anyone else feels about it, but I happen to think "SWF Grand Slam" sounds better than "From the Fire," anyway.
  13. .... And that just goes to show why I'll never be World Heavyweight Champion; my writing isn't anywhere near that complex... A have a tremendous degree of respect for anybody that can incoporate that kind of subtlety into a match... and it didn't even win...
  14. I downloaded the latest version of Ad-Aware from their site, but there seems to be something in the program that is incompatible with their OS (Win98... don't ask...); every time I run Ad-Aware, it crashes Explorer. I also ran Spybot, but that doesn't appear to have been very effective.
  15. I'm visiting my relatives for the holidays, and my parent's PC appears to have some sort of spyware loaded on it that randomly causes words (or segments of words) to become green links. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, what program causes it to happen, and how can I get rid of it?
  16. Get your nomenclatures correct, Show; I'm the old coot around here... Muzz is just bitter.
  17. Kid, huh? You're lucky you're a Molly fan, Max... :: shakes fist ::
  18. Damn; straight left your partner out to dry...
  19. Yes, it does. Now, go bother someone else...
  20. This reads strangely; like you're saying that Sean Davis and Toxxic are two-time tag team champions. Aside from that minor complaint, very good work.
  21. Well, since Van Siclen is being all secretive and shit, let me be the first to congratulate... the NEW World Heavyweight Champion, Landon Maddix! Outstanding work, kid!
  22. Chicago's been doing a lot of shit for the first time since Jordan retired in the last week or so...
