  1. Well, if spman is doing it, how could I possibly say no?! I'm in.
  2. Terrible news. There's nothing worse for an actress's career than a DWI conviction. Unless, of course, she starred on "Growing Pains".
  3. I'm sure if you show us any pictures, they would have been taken before the hot girls arrived. Of course. And make sure they're dressed the right way. If they don't look hot/cool, stay far away!
  4. That has to be one of the most unintentionally funny posts I've ever read. "Yeah, man. We're going to have girls. Hot girls. Who will probably kiss. And beg us for sex. And we'll have alcohol. Lots of alcohol. To drink. And vomit up. And drink again. Haha, and we'll like....play music. Loud music. To wake up the neighbors. So cool. And you're not invited.......so HEY!"
  5. Three big matches in the OAOAST "Road to the Elimination Chamber" tournament will be taking place in Nashville, Tennessee! With his crushing loss to Crystal on September 9th, and his surprising defeat at the hands of Leon Rodez on September 16th, Drek Stone has been on a freefall as of late. He's desperate to end that freefall anyway he can - but he'll have to try to get through the OAOAST 24/7 Champion if he wishes to accomplish that this week. Gunner Sharps has been on an amazingly hot streak as of late, and he's not looking for it to end anytime soon. The 24/7 Title will NOT be on the line - but Round Robin points definitely will be. You don't want to miss this! Last week, there were only two men that wound up scoring any points in their goal to get closer to the OAOAST Heavyweight Championship - and, this week, those two men will face each other. Leon Rodez, currently in first place in this tournament, will be taking on Panther in a match that could quickly become one of the more important ones in this entire tournament. Will we see Rodez shelve his humorous personality for one week to keep his first place position? Will Panther's sudden mean streak continue, just so he could do his best to grab the reins at the top of the tournament? These questions will be answered on Thursday! Finally, we will be seeing The Blurricane and The Mad Cappa - two men who have been distracted with their own problems as of late - fight it out to put some points on the scoreboard. With Stephen Joseph breathing down the neck of The Mad Cappa, and The Machine following The Blurricane at every corner, these two superstars have certainly had a lot to think about. Will any of their problems have an effect on their abilities this Thursday? Will Stephen Joseph or The Machine have an effect on this match? Or will we actually find out who the better athlete is? You'll have to tune in to find out! The Round Robin tournament continues at full-speed this Thursday. You'd be wise not to miss it!
  6. Just so everyone knows, King Cucaracha wrote the majority of the Drek/Rodez match. I tacked on a few spots at the end, but the entire beginning and middle part of the match can be attributed to him. Feedback for the show later.
  7. I sure hope some blame is going to be put on the father for putting his three-year-old daughter in danger. Let me get this straight: Unless this man has been living under a rock, he KNOWS that this might be one of the most brutally divisive Presidential elections in U.S. History. So what does he do? He brings his family - an 11-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter - to a Pro-Democratic rally and hands them "Bush-Cheney" posters to be proudly displayed. Keep in mind that this is a crowd full of people with no larger desire than to see Bush out of the White House as soon as possible. What was he thinking here? Freedom of speech is one of the principles of this country - but there's no excuse for bringing your three-year-old daughter into something that could be so dangerous. If he wanted to get involved with trying to ruin this Democratic rally, fine. But it is just completely irresponsible to force your family to possibly put their well-being in danger as well. The man who ripped the sign up is a douchebag, agreed. The father who would make his toddler daughter do something like this is an even BIGGER douchebag.
  8. Gauntlet Match Worth FIVE points in the Round Robin Tournament Panther vs. Gunner Sharps vs. Drek Stone vs. Leon Rodez vs. The Mad Cappa
  9. Oh, man. Rico's going bald too. What's with this worrying WWE trend lately?
  10. ::GRABS A STEEL CHAIR.... .....and sits down, quietly pondering some of the actions that have gone on in this thread::
  11. That's exactly what the announcement is going to be. The brand extension isn't ending, folks.
  12. There's only one way to solve this problem. I'm going to pretend like other people have commented on the Drek/Crystal match. It's so simple - yet so perfect. Stephen Joseph really good Main Event with Drek/Crystal. the action was handled very nicely. And that's the truth, Ruth! Hoff OMG! THAT DREK/CRYSTAL MATCH WAS THE R0X0RS!! The Mad Cappa Awesome match! Almost as good as the forever-classic Drek/Cappa matches! Is there anything you can't do? Patty O'Green good stuff. good stuff. Thanks for the comments, guys. Your positive words really make all my efforts worthwhile. CanadianChick I should SOOOOOO job the title to Drek right now. Really, NYU! There's no one better than you! Now, now....I wouldn't go that far, CC. You're pretty good, yourself. I take back all my previous statements about this feedback thread being pathetic, no one commenting, etc......Awesome feedback, everyone.
  13. As promised, I'm finally back. *cue crowd applause* Hopefully, this will inspire at least someone else to give feedback, because this thread has possibly been the most pathetic I've ever seen it. Hopefully. -Great segment with Hoff backing out of his scheduled match with Chris Stevens. I liked how the humor at the beginning of the interview quickly turned into a segment that showed just how much these two men have grown to dislike eadch other. The buildup for the eventual Hoff/Stevens blowoff match has really been done brilliantly. I am genuinely interested to see where this thing goes next. -Interesting promo with Watts and Father. It set up the stage nicely for the handicap match later on. -The entire segment with Hell's Hitmen and Chicks Over Dicks was just incredibly well done. From the bloodchillingly serious promo from Jingus at the beginning of the match to the uncontrollable beatdown at the end, everything was very well-written. I also liked the match itself. Jingus & The Sadist were really put over as monsters here, but Alix & Krista showed just how smart - and how tough - they were by outsmarting Hell's Hitmen. With certain touches in the match like Krista biting down on the Sadist's forehead, this also did good in establishing that Chicks Over Dicks might be even more violent than anybody had thought. -Good hypeup segment with Zack and Axel. Nice job in building up interest for HeldDown in Australia next week. -Interesting match idea from The Mad Cappa. I thought it would be explained a little more here, but either way, the mystery of what the battle royal actually entails is a good storyline to be heading into next Thursday. -Strangely interesting stuff with Rick Shirley this week. I'm having trouble getting a firm grasp of this guy - whether he's ever going to be thought of as a serious competitor, or is willing to forever be a comedy wrestler - but I suppose those questions are what Shirley wants people to think anyway. -Very good handicap match between JAE/Cain and The Blurricane. I liked the story of Blurricane getting the advantage when he used his brains to fight them, but would quickly get squashed if he tried to fight straight-up. The action was nice - realistic for a handicap match - and the finish was handled well, with Blurricane finally outsmarting JAE and Cain in the end. Father/Blurricane should be fun. -Great segment with Calvin and Darrick Chandler. Like Patty said before, Darrick seems to definitely have the makings of being a good manager in the future. It's nice to see that Calvin is starting to realize that he needs to drop Zack if he wants to ever be successful in the OAOAST - and this continuing dissension in Thrillogy should lead to something great. And, on a side note, "Rock'em, Sock'em" robots are definitely pretty awesome. -Very good handicap match between JAE/Cain and The Blurricane. I liked......wait, this all feels way too familiar.... -GREAT match between Axel and Calvin Szechstein. There was some amazing action, and some of the near-falls were definitely believable. After the previous backstage interview, I thought Calvin would be reluctant to accept Zack's help, wanting to win this match on his own. But it was good to see that, in Calvin's eyes, winning might be more important, so he took what he could get. Axel looked like a million bucks here, and this match did a lot in putting both guys over. That Mystery Tag match next week should REALLY be something..... -Odd contest between The Love Doctors and The Trekkies. It was a fine match and all, but......come on now, when do the Love Doctors actually win? That being said, this was good for what it was. I really liked the "devastating" effects of the Vulcan Nerve pinch, as well as the foreign object loaded ear. And, if this match might lead to the Love Doctors actually getting somewhat of a push, that could help a Tag Division that's continuing to thrive. Good stuff. -Fantastic match with Sean Bryant and Nate Tether. The action in this thing was non-stop the entire way through, and some of the highflying moves were actually pretty amazing. In recent weeks, Sean Bryant really has become one of the biggest assholes in the OAOAST. Even tonight - from passing out Monopoly money to the fans up until choking Nate out at the end. There should definitely be some big things from SB in the future. -Good segment with Black T and Los Infernales. The rivalry between these two teams continues to successfully grow with each week, and I do want to see where this feud might go. -AMAZING DREK/CRYSTAL MATCH! OMGASKJSASaJSAK! FIVE STARS! *****!!!! -Finally, as you all probably know, any feedback on the Drek/Crystal match would REALLY and HONESTLY be appreciated. We both worked hard on it, and I really want to know what people thought about the match - and the storyline throughout the night - in general. Let's try to get a few more opinions in this thread now.
  14. That feedback I promised for tonight.... .....yeah, that will be happening tomorrow. But that doesn't mean that you all can't leave Drek/Crystal feedback. Seriously now. Hoff, that includes you. Thursday Night Bowling be damned!
  15. We also need people to do feedback! I mean.....Drek/Crystal! Wow, man........wow. ...... ......wow. Mine will be up either tonight or sometime tomorrow.
  16. Ah, this poor and forgotten thread. Died a quick death with our reinstatements into the WWE Folder..... Does anyone want to say a few words?
  17. Ah, well. I still have plans to continue my complete protest of the OAO Raw Thread.
  18. Well, we've finally done it, Nik! We've ridden the WWE Folder of The Czech Republic and NY Untouchable. We sure have, Coffey. No longer will they be able to soil our delightful discussions about Triple H sabotaging Randy Orton's title reign! Precisely. Or our wonderful discussions about how comedy doesn't have any place in the WWE Main Event scene. Absolutely. Be prepared to enter the Golden Age of the WWE Folder! Just what do you think you are doing?! Gasp! Randall Orton! You stay out of this, fine sir, or I will be prepared to engage you in fisticuffs. I don't want to fight you. I just don't understand the reasoning behind the recent suspensions. Not to sound cliched or anything, but honestly......they are just NOT sensible! We warned you. *The lights turn out* .... .... *After a few seconds, they suddenly turn back on* My face! My handsome looks are now destroyed! Ha ha! Well, Mr. Orton, I guess you're NOT so sensible anymore, are you?
  19. I got suspended from a wrestling folder? Ah, yes. Forgot about that. Damned if I know. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like many other people around here know either. Apparently, you're the Spawn of Satan if you try to bring humor to the WWE Folder. A wretched being that must be disposed of immediately, before he commits a grotesque act of brutality to innocent bystanders who only want to discuss professional wrestling serenely and seriously. Or something like that... But to keep the thread on-topic: AWESOME ACTION FIGURE, HOFF!
  20. Quik, you need to tell me about the WWE Folder. I'm starting to get the shakes - it's been almost 24 hours since I've crossed its glorious annals. Have there been any more threads about how Eugene doesn't deserve to be in the Main Event? How the Kane/Matt Hardy wedding is unrealistic in a sport where guys pretend to fight each other? I don't think I can bear the absence in my heart if there was another "JBL is terrible/He's not that bad" thread. Please, Quik, you have to help me out here. Did the entire thread break out in a war cry after learning of my suspension? Has the WWE Folder now reached The Golden Age of Serious Discussion? Is it going down in flames with the same ferocity of a California wildfire? Have Rudo and CMFunk, surely among others, broken out the arrows and catapults, looking to free us from our wretched predicament? Are Nikjohns and Coffey twisting their blasted handlebar mustaches right now, thrilled at the idea that they have ridden the world of their two biggest enemies in The Czech Republic and NYU? You have to let me know. I NEED to know!
  21. This may cause some controversy, but I don't really think I want Nikjohns participating in this thread. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think he likes us very much.
  22. Hoff, that's actually pretty amazing! I really would have never guessed that it was originally Kurt Angle. Great job. Unfortunately, I don't see the Hoff figure flying off the shelves anytime soon. From what I've heard, the people are BEGGING the OAOAST to finally put out a Drek Stone action figure.
  23. Bah, the WWE Folder doesn't need me. It doesn't need Czech Republic. It doesn't need MrZsasz. Hell, it doesn't even need Rudo! The hilarity is still there! Scottkeithjohns!! Oh, man. It could be dangerous if I continue to laugh this hard.
  24. Yeah, I forgot about that first HHH/Eugene match. Unfortunately, I edited the error before you posted your response, but after you had already seen it. Either way, we can now focus on my incredibly witty remark instead. "The OAO We-Hate-To-Have-Fun-While-Watching-Mediocre-WWE-Programming Thread" HA! Brilliant.
  25. I'm not quite sure what the point of this thread was. "The OAO We-Hate-To-Have-Fun-While-Watching-Mediocre-WWE-Programming Thread" is still at least 24 hours away from happening..... EDIT: Yeah, I know. Forgot about that first HHH/Eugene match. Luckily, there were three other people immediately on my ass to notice my mistake.
