  2. Hey now, CZW was good in 2005. Too bad Zandig's going to fuck it all up though.
  3. Hooray for title shots and triple threats and main events and stuff. Looks like a fun match whether i win or lose (probably the latter), with the weekend coming up i should have plenty of time to actually write something, which naturally means i'll probably no-show. Hopefully not though. I also call random-middle-of-the-show promo.
  4. GAMECOCKS WIN! The Out Magazine Bowl is mine, god bless Vince Young being a football god and Central Florida missing game-tying PAT's.
  5. Not "ouch" enough it would seem, Hunt's skull must be indestructible.
  6. Despite being around on and off for 4 or so years nearly all my 108 days worth of title reigns were from my first 2 or 3 months in the SWF when i was dual Hardore/Tag champ. I really should get around to winning another of those fancy gold belts one of these days, holding it for longer than a week unlike my US & ICTV title reigns would be nice too. And yay for Johnson doing this, saves my lazy ass from having to bother with it again.
  7. Stryke shall have a promo for the show. At least I intend to have one, we'll see if my motivation and laziness is any better in 2006 than it has been from 2001-2005.
  8. Seinfeld Seasons 5 & 6 Boxset Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 4 UFC 54: Boiling Point
  9. I sucked during every other week of the season at predicting things, maybe when teams are resting players/intentionally tanking it for higher draft picks/whatever other wackiness goes on in Week 17 i might be able to get things correct for a change. Probably not though. Denver at San Diego (10.5?! -- That's what the spread said. I can hear Vern bitching already) (8.5) N.Y. Giants at Oakland Arizona at Indianapolis (6.5) (3.5) Baltimore at Cleveland Buffalo at N.Y. Jets (0.5) (3.5) Carolina at Atlanta Chicago at Minnesota (3.5) Cincinnati at Kansas City (0.5) Detroit at Pittsburgh (14.5) Miami at New England (0.5) New Orleans at Tampa Bay (13.5) (2.5) Houston at San Francisco Tennessee at Jacksonville (3.5) Seattle at Green Bay (3.5) Washington at Philadelphia (0.5) St. Louis at Dallas (12.5) New Orleans - 24 Points Tennessee @ Pit - 24 Points
  10. Gert gets Toledo and Kansas while i get Nevada and Boston College, looks like this ones going down to the tiebreaker. 75 or more points in the Rose Bowl and i win, 74 or less and Gert takes it.
  11. Atlanta at Tampa Bay (3.5) Buffalo at Cincinnati (14.5) Dallas at Carolina (5.5) Detroit at New Orleans (3.5) (6.5) Jacksonville at Houston N.Y. Jets New Orleans - 24 Points Tennessee @ Pit - 18 Points And Option A, i suppose.
  12. Despite being awful at it both here and at the other board i'm happy sticking with the present scoring system, so i vote "a". I wouldn't mind option C though either. Saturday Games Tampa Bay at New England (4.5) Kansas City at N.Y. Giants (3.5) (9.5) Denver at Buffalo Sunday/Monday Games (1.5) Arizona at Houston (8.5) Carolina at New Orleans Dallas at Washington (2.5) N.Y. 14. 0 words. Of course i don't have a match, but even if i did i'd still be at 0 words.
  15. If this was a couple of years ago during their 'collect every disgruntled asshole in the league' phase, Portland would be all over Artest.

  17. My team is looking to be in good shape so far, 3rd place (though that will probably fall this week) and Grant Hill about to come back. Now if i can just remember to update my lineup everyday everything should be smooth sailing, even with Darius Miles and Josh Howard out for a while.
  18. Cage of Death 7 results so far, everything up to the COD itself. Taken from the CZWFans board:
  19. UFC's 50, 51, 52 and 53.
  20. I'll certainly be in again, god knows i've got nothing better to do. And since they'll be available, i'll put in a super-early request to re-claim my original team Tennessee next year. Chicago at Pittsburgh (5.5) Cleveland at Cincinnati (12.5) Houston at Tennessee (6.5) (7.5) Indianapolis at Jacksonville (3.5) New England at Buffalo (2.5) Oakland at N.Y. Jets St. Louis at Minnesota (7.5) Tampa Bay at Carolina (5.5) (7.5) N.Y. New Orleans - 17 Points Tennessee @ Pit - 31 Points
  21. I had very little interest in Lesnar/Fujita, while Nakamura was one of the opponents i was most looking forward to seeing Brock face in NJPW so this is an improvement. Lesnar dominating Nakamura, Shinsuke making several flash comebacks before eventually getting killed by Brock sounds good to me. A 'fun' match at the very least, potentially very good if Lesnar isn't too rusty still.
  22. Man, i really should look at the card closer. Somehow thought i still had another day to write for this show, so nothing from me again.
  23. New Jack's been stuck on 4 justifiable homicides for too long, it's about time he got to work on #5.
