Golgo 13 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2004 Meh. There's also a bunch of cds and tapes sitting in the corner of my room in bags that I've been meaning to sell. In the case of the tapes I'm looking to replace them, while the cds I would rather have the money and just want them gone (the likes of DMX and other shitty rap I just bought because of the catchy single, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Linkin Park, Korn, Kottonmouth Kings). 5_moves_of_doom 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2004 Nice collection Brian, though your choices for AC/DC and U2 albums puzzle me in a way, but eh. You're also in need of some Velvet Underground and Who albums, by the way. Those were just the two obvious choices that I'd think you'd have that you didn't, so I figured I'd point you in the right direction.
B. Brian Brunzell 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2004 (edited) Nice collection Brian, though your choices for AC/DC and U2 albums puzzle me in a way, but eh. You're also in need of some Velvet Underground and Who albums, by the way. Those were just the two obvious choices that I'd think you'd have that you didn't, so I figured I'd point you in the right direction. I prefer Bon Scott to Brian Johnson when it comes to AC/DC, to be honest. For U2, I've been looking for The Unforgetable Fire, but can't seem to find it around. I may have to give in and order it online. Here's what I missed earlier: OutKast: Aquemini ATLiens Speakerboxxx/The Love Below Pearl Jam: Ten Vs. Vitalogy Yield Binaural Riot Act Lost Dogs The 5 Muskateers(import) The Studio Back Catalogue(import) Stone Temple Pilots: Core Purple Tiny Music...Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop No. 4 Shangri La-De-Da Social Distortion: Mommy's Little Monster Prison Bound Social Distortion Somewhere Betweeen Heaven and Hell White Light, White Heat, White Trash Mike Ness: Cheating at Solitaire Under the Influences The Who: Tommy Quadrophenia The Kids are Alright I also have that 20 song "best of" released a couple of years back. The name eludes me at the moment. Stevie Ray Vaughn: The Sky is Cryin' Greatest Hits Vol. 1 and 2 Soundgarden: Ultramega Ok Louder than Love Badmotorfinger Superunknown Down on the Upside Screaming Life/Fopp Flower(cd single) Digging the Garden of Sound(import with a live version of "Cop Killer") Dave Matthews Band: Under the Table and Dreaming Crash Before These Crowded Streets Everyday The Strokes: Is This It? I think that's all of 'em. If I forget any more, they'll be posted. And I know I need some Velvets. The fact that I don't own any of their albums bothers me. Oh well, I know what I'll be picking up when I get paid next week. I take great pride in my music. Giuseppe Zangara 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2004 I have far too many albums to name. Even more so. I noticed Corey has Husker Du's Candy Apple Grey, and I recall him saying nice things about the band in the past. He should check out Zen Arcade or Flip Your Wig, if he hasn't already.
