1234-5678 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2004 I know it's been asked before, but I am bored. Currently I manage part of a warehouse at a file management company. I am also a part time singer/songwriter, and since my old band recorded one of my songs, I may actually get paid for it for once.
Big McLargeHuge 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2004 I'm a claims assistant at an insurance company. Worker's compensation division. I hate it. I, too, am in a band (drummer). Though, at this point using the term 'band' would be misleading as there are only two of us now.

Currently testing non-FDA approved medications every other month in clinical trials for money. That doesn't sound too good. They are not approved by the FDA for a reason. Guest Shoes Head Report post Posted September 22, 2004 Well when a company first releases a drug, the patent will eventually run out. When it does, generic brands can become available. So basically I'm taking drugs which have already been approved, just made by a different manufacturing plant. It pays between $200-300 a day so it's a nice little vacation. treble 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2004 Just started a new job working at a packaging company. Pretty much just working on the presses, stacking cigarette packages. Sucks so far, probably because I'm not used to the 12 hour shifts and the presses seem to go down all the time, so I've got to find something to do during that time (I think I swept the floor for about 4 hours today). Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2004 I'm currently in charge of food preperations at Franklin Pizza & Deli, and am starting work at the Bob's Stores franchise (a retail franchise specializing in casual attire for various demographics; the "official" store of the Boston Red Sox, and soon to be the "official" store of the New England Patriots) opening in my town when they open as an inventory control specialist. This means that I'll be waking up at 5 every morning, unloading a truck, registering everything on the truck, and placing it in its proper place.
BrokenTiger 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2004 Currently I'm working as illustrator/graphic/web designer for a small internet software company. Brochures, posters, ads, websites, logos, icons, packaging design....these are among the stuff I did in this company. I came from advertising design background, so still learning a lot on the web side of things (I hate programming in any way, shape and form). Being the lone designer, my so-called creative skills is as sharp as a drunken Kevin Nash. I'm just plain unmotivated lately. Thank god for TSM. Plus, I have to contend with bitchy clients too...granted, doesn't really sound that tough at all to you guys, I'm sure. I have utmost respect towards people who can handle problematic clients....err....diplomatically. Yeah.
