Zach Wheat is first, having collected 2,804 hits alongside a .317 batting average from 1909-26. But I wouldn't slap a franchise tag on Wheat. My personal Cleveland picks: Browns - Brian Sipe (Kardiac Kids. Nuff said.) Bernie Kosar (Probably the best QB outside of Sipe the Brownies have seen.) John Elway (For all the wrong reasons, of course...) Indians - Herb Score (An up-and-comer whose career was cut short, yet remained a major influence on the team as a broadcaster.) Bob Feller (Best pitcher... Ever.) Len Barker (Probably my earliest childhood memory.) Jose Mesa & Charlie Nagy (1997... World Series... Game 7...) Jim Thome (The most likable hitter one could ever hope to know... Sadly, I don't.) Cavaliers - Brad Daugherty, Larry Nance, & Mark Price (The core of the Cavs in the late 80's & early 90's... A fantastic trio that I think really defined the team game.) Michael Jordan (He could probably be on many teams' lists for "All-time Dubious Player", but...) From what I heard, the Kardiac Kids got a lot of pub in the day, and considering Sipe was the 'ringleader'... But, you could be right. The Leafs, I know the Leafs of the 90s definitely has to be Douggie, though I don't know if people recognize him more than Sittler. The Killer is just a player that nobody hates. Not a lot of skill, but his heart and work ethic are equal to none. The Jays, probably Roberto ALomar, maybe Joe Carter for that Homer against the WILD THANG~! Buffalo Bills - Probably Jim Kelly, hell it could be any of the stars from those four Super Bowl teams. I'd say Kelly, but Thermo, Bruce Smith and maybe even Andre Reed could make a case. Interesting one; I think for the Dolphins most would say Marino, but they never won a championship when he was there, as opposed to the successes that they had in the seventies before him. Is it safe to say that Lebron is already the guy in Cleveland? It couldn't possibly be Craig Ehlo? That guy was pretty good though. Mark Price? I don't know shit about Cleveland basketball, those are the only ones I can think of really. Fun fact, that originally said I don't shit about Cleveland basketball.
