the max 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2006 The plans for those phones were awful. Typical plans were ~80 bucks for 200 minutes and such. Terrible. The idea behind having a mobile sports package itself is brilliant, but there's no need for a completely new phone service. Maybe they should be working on a package that's a few bucks a month that allows you to have scrolling scores and breaking news sent to your phone. And make it available on every network. They have been showing them all week, on every show on the 3 networks (1/2/News) several times a day. Like, the kid who's probably dying soon who got to coach the Eagles, that was really sweet. But, then there's some 6-year old kid who had heart surgery as a baby, and he gets to play with Tedi Bruschi.
