Guest *KNK* Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Just about every movie and television show ever produced have been released on DVD format, but there's some movies/shows we havent gotten treatment or movies that were bare-bones and we are still waiting for proper treatment. What are you still waiting for?
spman Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 I'm not going to hold my breath on EVER seeing The Wizard on DVD. Fuck you Universal for shitting all over my childhood. As far as TV Shows go, I would love to see Boston Public on DVD. I don't know what the hold up is with the David E. Kelly series', but whatever it is, I hope it gets resolved soon enough.

Masked Man of Mystery Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 I want to see the original Chinese versions of Bruce Lee's movies get released on legit American DVDs I'd also be interested in the original Pokemon episodes, just some, to see what they're like. I'd also like to see the earlier UFCs get released on DVD
Youth N Asia Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 TV shows I need on DVD Jeremiah season 2 Parker Lewis Can't Lose Weird Science And I wouldn't mind seeing Clownhouse get a legit release on DVD.

snuffbox Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 The Wonder Years <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh yeah.
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Rocketman Salute Your Shorts Almost Heroes is coming out soon, and it is too soon to complain about no Andy Milinokas or Stella yet, but if they don't I will not be happy.
LoRisk Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Movies-- Rock-N-Roll High School Forever TV-- Venture Bros. (or has this been announced?) Mission Hill 3 South Salute Your Shorts Duckman Beavis & Butthead (yeah, yeah...) Special Unit 2

Si82 Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 The Wonder Years <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Oh yeah. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I gotta agree.
CanadianChris Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 I was waiting for Quick Change, but found out it's being released August 30. That's about the only movie I'm waiting for. TV shows: Law and Order: Criminal Intent Season 2 90210 Benson Newhart WKRP in Cincinnati Head of the Class China Beach
dubq Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 The motherfuckin' Tick [animated, of course] And Duckman, as well!
Kaertos Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 I have to second WKRP. That needs to be released now. As far as TV shows go: Family Ties Tiny Toons Animaniacs Real sets for Justice League and JLU Reasonably priced Star Trek (any and all) - I have no idea why most season sets of hour long TV shows are between $30 & $60 and ST is $110. Movies? Ferris Bueller - Special Edition Original Editions of Star Wars (not because I hate the special & DVD editions, just because I am a completist)
notJames Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Niagara Niagara The Young Poisoner's Handbook The Butcher Boy John Hughes Trilogy SE (Breakfast Club, Some Kind Of Wonderful, Pretty In Pink)
CanadianChris Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 I'll second Animaniacs. The reason the Star Treks are so outrageous is because they know they have a large hardcore fanbase that will buy them at just about any price.
Zack Malibu Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 I don't know how I left 90210 off the list. Probably because I have the pilot ep DVD and confused myself. Anyhow, I'll second that and Benson (another great show), as well as Rock N' Roll High School Forever. I thought I was the only one who remembered that movie. "This no my pee! This your pee?"
Ripper Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 A Different World The Practive(if it hasn't already) Duckman The State Parker Lewis Can't Lose
razazteca Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Beavis & Butthead with the music videos Daria Brothers Grunt Megas XLS Idiot Box Liquid tv
CanadianChris Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 A Different World <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That was on my list, too...I checked, and apparently Season 1 is out November 8.
Guest Frank_Nabbit Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Tiny Toons Animaniacs Duck Tales Wonder Years
Kaertos Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 The reason the Star Treks are so outrageous is because they know they have a large hardcore fanbase that will buy them at just about any price. Yes, but then again I'm sure there is a huge number of ST fans who, like myself, simply lack the funds to drop $2,000 on various Star Trek seasons. It's ridiculous. I don't know how I forgot Duck Tales, and while we're at it, how about some TailSpin?
{''({o..o})''} Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 Get A Life <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Both volume are on DVD.
Star Ocean 3 Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 MST3K:The Movie was released on DVD years ago. Ducktales and Chip and Dale are coming out. Police Squad! needs to come to DVD.

The Forest : A cannibal hermit living in the woods preys on campers and hikers for his food supply Dominion: A hunting expedition goes awry when another hunter decides to make the hunters the hunted
DMann2003 Posted August 12, 2005 Report Posted August 12, 2005 The Miracle of Morgan's Creek- One of the funniest film's you'll ever see. (Just found out it's coming out on September 6th, retail 14.99, which probably means 10 bucks at Best Buy, YES!!!!). Is John Sayles Matewan on DVD yet?
