The Fink had a certain way of say certain statements. I thought it would be good if we shared some of our favorites so let me begin here. Some of my all time favorites would be when they would be talking in the locker room area and then it would just be him in the middle of the ring and he would go this match is scheduled for one fall and is for the WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION TITLE!!! I also loved how he would announce Andre the Giant from Grenoble in the French Alps he said it so it sounded awesome. However my all time favorite would be when a match would end but it would be controversial and he would give a classic annoucement saying that THIS MATCH SHALL CONTINUE!!! So what are some of yoru favorites from Finkus Maximus?!?!

Definitely. I think a hallmark moment of this was the 1991 Royal Rumble where after Slaughter pinned the Warrior several minutes passed and then Finkel went "Ladies and gentlemen here is the referee's OFFICIAL decision....the winner of the bout...and....NEWWWW..." and the whole crowd went apeshit in hatred for Slaughter.

I know this doesn't quite count as a "saying" per se;

 

But Bret's entrance wouldn't have been nearly as memorable without the Fink.

I always got a kick out of him announcing Harvey Whippleman with disgust at WM 8.

A minor detail I remember for the Ladder matches at WM XVI and XVII that I always found cool : Finkel always introduced the "lesser" member of a tag-team first. Like :

 

- Christian and Edge.

- D-Von, Buh Buh Ray : The Dudleys Boys

- Mat and Jeff : The Hardy Boyz.

The WWF took him off the road. I'm not sure what capacity he works these days, but he's one of those guys that will have a job as long as he wants one because of his loyalty to the company.

I think Fink is a road agent. When I went to RAW when Randy Orton was champ, he came by our seats cause we were near the entrance., and thanked us for coming to the show.

Two come to mind immediately, both involve Warrior winning, oddly:

Yeah, I got chills the night after KOTR 98 when they showed a bloody Austin (in black and white of course) with audio of Fink saying "the winner of this match...and NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW World Wrestling Federation Champion..........KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNE!!!!!!!!!"

I always loved his announcing of the new champ no matter what title (announcing Steamboat as new IC champ at WM 3 is a fav of mine). and remember his annoucement would be even louder and more ethusiastic if the face won.

 

 

wm x when he put a toupee one (cuz Sy Sperling was there) and he was just showing off and smiling then Bam Bams music hit and he went into his announcement and you saw his facial expressions for a minute, very odd yet cool.

 

 

of course when he would say "Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now time....for the ROYAL RUMBLLLLLLLLE MATCH!!!!!!!" and the crowd goes nuts. then he goes into a long and drawn out explanation of the rules. I remember Lawler getting annoyed at him taking so long during I think the 2000 match.
