EVERYONE: Please post your stats here and on the SWF website, accessible here. If there are any problems accessing the website, please contact Johnny Dangerous.

As an example and excuse to glory-bask, I'll repost my active-wrestler stats here, as well as a pair of stat-sets of... general usefulness.

UPDATED 6/20/05: For the new Stats thread

Smarks Board Name: Ace309

Wrestlers Name: "The Superior One" Tom Flesher

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 231 pounds (now within easy sauna distance of the Cruiswerweight limit)

Hometown: Buffalo, New York

Age: 23

Face/Heel: Rudo, dick, bastard heel, whatever you want to call the guy who’ll step on your neck, count along with the ref and then still deny it.

Ring Escort: Allison Onita

Weapon(s): Not really the type to use weapons; probably nothing beyond a chair or a table, and even those only if the match requires it.

Looks: Flesher is fairly stocky, a fireplug with broad shoulders, a barrel chest and an 18-inch neck. He wears his short brown hair combed forward and spiked in the front, nearly shaved on the sides with narrow reddish sideburns that go straight to the earlobe and hook down to about halfway down the jaw. Typical Irish/German - light brown hair, light blue eyes, average-to-fair skin. When wrestling, he wears black Doc Marten combat boots (a throwback to his old look, and he's become accustomed to wrestling in them) and a blue singlet with black trim at the edges and black swipes down the sides. He wears a blue warmup suit with black shoulder rings to the ring. Out of the ring, think GQ – stylish, erring toward conservative, but certainly not buttoned-up.

Ring Entrance: “Kashmir” by Led Zeppelin. If you must, copypaste and edit from a recent card.

Stats:

Strength: 5 - He's a lightweight, but he can still hoist most guys around, being a suplex machine and all.

Speed: 2 - His speed is more a result of his conditioning training than anything else, but he's fast enough to hit a high-impact finisher out of nowhere (the Ego Buster, for example). He also threw out a slingshot senton suicida against Dace Night on pay-per-view, but that really took the starch out of him.

Vitality: 8 - Very good stamina, and hard to pin. Nearly never submits, and bleeds like a stuck pig given the opportunity.

Charisma: 5 - He’s still great at working the crowd. Even if they don’t know it, they’re always doing exactly what he wants them to.

Style: Technically skilled, with superb matwork and submission skills. Flesher tends to work slow at the beginning of a match, attempting submissions to fatigue his opponent, and slowly work up to high-impact suplexes and bigger submission holds. (He's like a New Japan junior who makes sense!) The standard strategy is to work his opponent's neck to keep him on the mat and fatigue him for either the Ego Buster or the Superior Stretch Beta. Against a much larger opponent, he'll concentrate on taking his opponent's legs out from under him and proceed to shoot for the Superior Stretch.

Demonstrating his superiority by skill, rather than strictly by win-loss record, Flesher has forced himself to move more slowly in the early parts of the match. Without worrying about pleasing the fans and instead considering every match to be an athletic contest, he works for low risk and high percentages. Once he senses an opening, he’ll focus on that, relentlessly attacking it and going for submissions and falls until something works.

Against a luchadore or a generic high-flyer, Flesher will take “low risk, high percentage” to whole new levels and simply try to ground the opponent with submissions and pretzel locks until such time that suplexes and bombs are appropriately low-risk. It occurs to him that the fans might not like this, but sometimes winning the match is more important than being entertaining.

BREAKING KAYFABE: Do whatever the fuck you want with Flesher. If you want him to use a move that’s not in his stats, go ahead and do it. All I ask is that you use the stats as a guide and respect the no-punching thing, as the only time Flesher threw a punch was against Ejiro Fasaki when he was desperate not to give up the last fall and lose the World Title.

Signature moves: Any of these can finish a match if properly built, though they're not 'finisher strength' per se.

- Logical Disconnect (Exploder '98 - A sheer-drop pumphandle exploder)

- Death Valley Driver

- Backdrop driver (High-angle belly-to-back suplex)

- Superior Stretch (Texas Cloverleaf)

- Yakuza kick

- Straitjacket suplex (Practically a sure pin if he can get it locked up, but without many lasting consequences. It's essentially a pinning combination, not a knockout blow.)

- Fisherman's suplex

- Superiority Complex (Lift the opponent into a stalling vertical suplex, then turn him chest-to-chest and sit out, slamming him onto his back with his legs pointing away. Cradle the legs for the fall.)

Common moves:

- Brainbuster

- Railgun Suplex (Overhead belly-to-belly - usually catches someone running the ropes, but can initiate it from a standing position against someone about 240 or under)

- German suplex (bridging or released)

- Front headlock (aka front facelock.)

-- From the front headlock, Flesher can do several things. He can use it as a choke, sprawl backward and throw knees at the opponent's head, apply a hammerlock and wait it out, or use the amateur-style cement series. For the sake of these explanations, assume the head is under Flesher's right arm.

-- Cement Drop (Wrench the chin to the right side, hook the arm and drive forward, pushing the opponent onto his BUTT. Step with one foot on each side of his hips and continue driving forward into a Thesz press pin, keeping the chin wrench. The simplest way to finish, but also the hardest to hit against anyone who knows what he's doing.)

-- Cement Mixer (Floatover front facelock suplex, ending with the same chin wrench-Thesz press pin as above.)

-- Cement Job (From the front headlock, wrench the chin and underhook the opponent's arm with the left arm. Punch the left hand through and over the shoulder, driving the opponent to his back for the pin and keeping the chin wrench. See a movie of this here.)

-- Flying Cement Job (Underhook the arm as for the Cement Job. Kick the left leg under the opponent's chest and pull him over it, using the same basic motion as a side headlock takeover. The hold finishes the same way as a Cement Job, but has the added benefit of knocking the wind out of the opponent.)

-- Wet Cement (Bodyscissors front headlock – usually applied to a sitting opponent, throw on the headlock and then wrap the legs around the opponent’s middle from the front a la Jamie Noble. So named by Dace Night because getting caught in it is like getting stuck in wet cement – you just can’t get out.)

- Stalling front suplex (Lifts the opponent up and then throws them face-down onto the mat; can also be done across the top rope)

- Camel Clutch or Gedo clutch

- Abdominal stretch, occasionally with the elbow stuck in the opponent’s ribs.

- Body scissors, alone or with a full nelson, sleeper or just about any other move that fits the story of the match.

- Doc Marten boot-related offense (Yakuza kick, double stomp, corner boot scrape to the face, kick to the knee, dropkick to the knee, enzuigiri)

- Amateur-style techniques (http://www.themat.com/articles/showfaq.asp?fldAuto=5 has some excellent anigifs)

-- … including the blast double leg, which functions as a spear

-- … or the By The Numbers pin, which involves applying a hammerlock to the left arm of a face-down opponent, coming out to the front, threading your arm under the elbow of his right arm and forcing him onto his back with both arms controlled.

- Elbowdrop into the knee (a la Greg Valentine)

- Shotei/Palm blow (doesn't punch - only uses palms or backhands)

- Bitchslap, bitchslap, bitchslap... just in case you didn't know he's better than you.

Rare moves:

- Burning Hammer (Torture rack into head drop. It’s almost guaranteed to end the match, but it’s hard to set up.)

- Held Without Bail (Judge William Hearford’s Stretch Plum, which Tom used during his tenure in the M7 and face turn. He got accustomed to using it, and will now fall back on it when he needs to.)

- The Boilermaker (Avalanche-style [off the top rope] brainbuster. Obviously limited by size. Set up with an Irish whip followed by either an avalanche or a running palm strike, then setting the opponent on the top rope and hitting a 'Venus' [leaping and spinning] palm strike.) Counter this with an Orange Crush Bomb and you win (see losses to TNT [ladder match, US Title] and Ejiro Fasaki [sWF Xmas PPV 2003, World Title]).

Finishers:

- Ego Buster (Sheer drop gutwrench suplex. For reference, see Fire Pro Wrestling Advance, 'Alevin's Lift'.)

- Ego Trip (Calf Branding - generally set up by an Irish whip and a running shotei, Flesher sits on the top rope behind the opponent, plants a knee in the back of his neck and jumps off, driving the face into the mat. Mainly for heavyweight opponents. Did this once to Dace Night on a chair.)

- Superior Stretch Beta (Back-mounted dragon sleeper)

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

- Two-time SWF World Heavyweight Champion (95 days, over the Boston Strangler; lost to Ejiro Fasaki; five successful defenses [record tied again]; 89 days, over Taylor Nicholas Thompson; lost to Thoth; five successful defenses [record for most successful defenses, tied with Edwin MacPhisto])

Manager Name: Allison Onita

Age: 23

Status: Heel

Height: 5' 6"

Weight: 155 lbs. (less muscular than her sister, thanks to an extended period out of the ring)

Weapon: Anything that comes to mind. She wrestled a hardcore style and is proficient with the Singapore cane or kendo stick, but can use just about anything.

Looks: For now, Allison’s hair is a short bob reminiscent of Ann’s. She’ll wear something fashion-forward that matches Flesher’s wardrobe (which is almost invariably some shade of blue).

Notes: Allison has, shall we say, flipped for Tom Flesher, much to her sister Ann’s chagrin. Flesher won her managerial services in a ladder match at Battleground, and though they haven’t come out and said so, it’s pretty obvious what’s going on in the locker room, although much of that, like her tenure in the Clan, is likely due to her inability to say no to a strong, charismatic personality like Flesher’s.

She’s cocky, fired up and involved. She’ll be screaming at the referee, coaching Flesher and showing more emotion than your average corner. How much of this is just managerial fire and how much is her affinity Flesher, you can’t say exactly.

Allison did an SWF stint as Lady Red, filling in for her sister during her time in the Clan. She didn’t do well in the ring, compiling a long losing streak despite success in the SJL. However, she is certainly able to hold her own for brief periods, and has practical training in judo.

Stats:

- Think of Allison as a less-ring-wary version of Ann Onita. She’s not as strong and can’t take as much damage, but she’s seen as a total witch for betraying her twin sister and so the crowd could absolutely kill her.

Strength: 3

Speed: 5

Vitality: 5

Charisma: 7

Consider Allison able to do:

- Drop Kiss (Dropkick to the mouth)

- Superkick (Stepping Side Savate kick, more fast than hard, not finisher material)

- Knee Strike to the Face (Usually by holding the back of the head and jumping up to make the attack)

- Moonsault

- Hard, hard kicks

- Some minor judo throwing, depending on size and keeping in mind that judo is about leverage. She’ll be able to score ippon throws easily on Ann or Alan Clark, but not Charlie Matthews.

These should be treated as finisher-strength:

- Daybreak Pedigree

- Crossface Chickenwing Clutch [or "Triple C"] – Crossface chickenwing in camel clutch position.

Wrestlers Name: Martin "Big Country" Hunt

Height: 6 foot 2 inches

Weight: 220 lbs

Hometown: Boone, NC

Age: 22

Face/Heel: Heel--> can be a face though

Stable: N/A

Ring Escort: None.. as of yet

Weapon(s): Carries a wooden baseball bat often.. sometimes carries a bottle of Southern Comfort

Quote:

"WHO-HA" "The South Shall Rise Again" "I have drank liquor stronger than you"

"I am the Box King"

Looks: Martin Hunt is your typical college student. He is tall and fairly built-- reasonably sized and has somewhat of muscle definition. He has very long arms that provide him with an extensive reach on most opponents and has the looks of a farm boy. He is often sporting collared polo shirts with khakis and boots or a pair of faded overalls. He has short curly hair and a touch of craziness is seen within his brown eyes. Martin is also very cocky, southern-acting, and is of course a fraternity brother-- which only furthers his cockiness and attitude. His ring attire consists of worn fraternity shirts sporting the letters of Pi Kappa Phi and a pair of blue jeans and boots.

Ring Entrance: "A Country Boy Can Survive" plays by Hank Williams Jr as Martin "Big Country" Hunt struts out to the ring proudly wearing his fraternity's letters, blue jeans, and boots that look fresh for kicking ass. He smirks at the crowd and mocks various fans in attendance before entering the ring.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 6

Speed: 4

Vitality: 6

Charisma: 4

Style: Power-Techinal Based

Signature moves:

DDT

power slam

Baseball bat shots

spitting liquor in eyes of opponent

choking opponents with beer bongs

"100 Proof" Knee to forehead like HHH's

"Donkey Punch" Big splash off topes like Val Venis' Money Shot

suspended suplex

Common moves:

Neck breakers

power press slam

Choke Hold

Multiple Punches in the corner

scissor kick

clothesline

power slam

body to body suplex

headlock with multiple punches

drop kick

body-stretch submission like move

leg locks

arm bars..

Rare moves:

"Pi Kapp Attack" Flying Moonsault off top ropes

Finishers:

1) (Submission Based) "Black-Out"-- Vicious sleeper-hold that is normally held way to long and refs have to push Martin off of his opponent

2) (Power Based) "Sweet Southern Comfort" -- Reverse DDT similar to Raven's Evenflow

Notes: Martin "Big Country" Hunt will do anything to win a fight, from a cheap shot, to outside interference to even spitting liquor in his opponent's eye he just doesn't care. He seems to only show his pain and hurt in extreme cases and has a mild case of "Mankind"'s masochist characteristics. He is extremely dedicated, hard-working and cocky. His attitude often offends others and he is normally found "hard to control". Martin comes across as the average fraternity guy that is showing you how cocky he is and how cocky he will be on his quest for the gold.

Bio: Martin "Big Country" Hunt has been around in a few e-feds back in his early teenage years (17-19 years old). He wrestled extremely hardcore and was often arrested for violent conduct and public drunkeness. He left the wrestling scene where he was struggling to make a living and pursued a college career in the mountains. Even though he held numerous world titles, american titles, u.s. titles, hardcore titles, intercontinental titles, and even a tag team title-- Martin seemed to only be content with making money and winning more gold. His greed led to his departure of "EHW" (Extreme Hardcore Wrestling) after he got inducted into their hall of fame and he ventured into Appalachian State University to try out his business side of academics. While in college, Martin grew extremely cocky and joined Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity where he lead as a feared president and helped develop a name for himself among the campus. In his senior year, Martin began missing wrestling so he ventured into the SWF.

Wrestler's Name: Ced Ordonez

Nickname: "Bemani Cross Wizard"

Height: 5'9"

Weight: 209 lbs.

Hometown: Sacramento, CA

Age: 22

Alignment: Face (In both referee and wrestler incarnations)

Stable: N/A

Weapon(s): Whatever becomes available, but only if it's match legal.

Quote: N/A

Looks: Decent muscular build, tanned skin and spiky black hair with brunette highlights.

Ring Attire: Kicking it old school. Blue MMA tights with white lightning design on the right side, blue kneepads, white boots and white tape around the wrists.

Entrance/Backstage Attire: Just add a t-shirt for backstage skits and there you go. The standard SWF issued referee's uniform for refereeing matches naturally.

Entrance Theme: "Night of Fire" - Niko (High energy Eurobeat theme)

Ring Entrance:

"Night of Fire!"

The lights go out as the beat of the Niko composed theme begins to excite the crowd. Then....

"FIRE!"

*BOOM!*

Pillars of flames briefly light up the entrance before disappearing and revealing Ced Ordonez standing on the stage. He fires up the crowd as best as he can before jogging towards the ring. He slides in and promptly makes his way to the far turnbuckle, giving the crowd an obligatory face pose. He hops down and gets in some quick leg stretches before the bell.

Stats:

Strength: 4

Speed: 6

Vitality: 6

Charisma: 4

Game plan: Incorporates alot of legwork in the early going to set up the aerial game and possible submission in the latter stages of the match.

Signature moves:

- Dragon Screw Legwhip

- Regal Roll: Forward Roll from a Fireman's Carry.

- Powerdrive Elbow: Ced bounces off the ropes once then drops a hard elbow. He usually gets overzealous and winds up landing on his opponent with his entire torso, making the blow even more uncomfortable for his opponent.

- Double Stomp: With the opponent lying on the mat, Ced jumps up and drills both feet into his opponent's stomach.

- REF BUMP~! - Ced picks a random high flying move and does it onto somebody from the apron to the floor. He's done it while refereeing a match, so it's always something to be wary of.

Common moves:

- Roundhouse Kick

- Senton Splash

- Drop Toehold

- Cross Kneelock

- Second Rope Elbowdrop

- Flying Leg Scissors

- Top Rope Missile Dropkick

- Running High Kick

- Kneebreaker

- Jumping Double Knee Drop

- Cross Bodyblock

- Huracanrana

- Jumping Back Elbow

- Enzuigiri

- Dropkick to the Knee

Finishers:

- Fire Soul: Top Rope Corkscrew Swanton Bomb. Primary finisher. With the opponent lying on the mat. Ced perches himself on to the top turnbuckle, facing the crowd, then pushes off while twisting. He rotates in midair and hits his opponent with a swanton.

- Cross Lightning: Nagata Lock/Reverse Figure-Four Leglock. Submission finisher.

- Dynamite Rave: Fallaway Moonsault. Cruiserweight finisher. With his opponent crotched on the top turnbuckle, Ced hops onto the second rope and hoists his opponent into a fallaway slam position. He steps up to the top rope and then he does a moonsault while still holding onto his opponent. The opponent slams onto the mat hard as Ced simultaneously lands on top of the opponent, allowing Ced to get the easy pinfall.

-ReGen- Update

Got serious, put on some muscle, new attire, learnt how to wrestle. You know, minor stuff.

Smarks Board Name: King Cucaracha

Wrestlers Name: Landon Maddix

Nickname(s): 'La Cucaracha' (between names), 'The Next Generation'

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 224lbs

'Hometown': Huron, South Dakota by way of Madrid, Spain

Nationality: Span-Am. Half American, Half Spanish. Mother is Spanish, father American.

Age: 21 (Birthdate=15/03/84)

Face/Heel: Heel

Stable: Cucaracha Internacional (w/Jay Hawke and JJ Johnson)

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): A table spot specialist when he can use them within the rules. Not opposed to using other weapons should the opportunity arise.

Quotes/Sayings: "Prepare for Landon"

"You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet!"

Taunts: Playing with or fiddling with his hair.

Generic Heel Taunts

Looks: Caucasian. A lot more serious now, so gone is the floppy hair and instead his blonde hair is cropped to a more fashionable, manageable neck length. Put on a bit more muscle and improved his all round physical condition as a result. Youthful looking. But, he's got some new heelish (~!) designer stubble.

Ring Attire- Now that he's less 'scrawny', Maddix has adopted some new attire. Traditional length wrestling tights, black with red patterning down the right hip and around to the BUTT. Black kneepads and elbowpads, black boots with red kickpads. Taped wrists.

Entrance Attire- Long, black, sleeveless leather jacket that reaches to the back of his knees. Has an elaborate little design on the back which really doesn't need describing, more than it being 'Spanish' and having the words 'La Cucaracha' on.

Basic Ring Entrance:

"PREPARE...FOR...LANDON!"

...WAAAAAHHHHH...

*DUM DUM*

The post-opening part of "Megalomaniac" by Incubus hits, as from behind the curtain steps Landon Maddix, stopping at the top of the ramp and thrusting his hands out to his side to boos. More serious now, Landon will keep posturing to a minimum and simply walks down the ramp on the way to the ring.

***FUNYON'S INTRO***

Landon leaps to the apron, looking out at the crowd. Again, serious and stuff, he'll enter the ring and dispose of his ring jacket before going through pre-match warm-ups.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 3

(More muscle = more strength, something which was a requirement really for Landon. Enough to comfortably throw fellow cruisers. 245/250 is probably his limitation but hey, improvement is improvement. The muscle is as much for his new-found submissionary as it is for lifting people though.)

Speed: 6

(Still speedy. Quick on his feet and slippery when it comes to flipping out of and countering moves/attacks. Speed of moves is also pretty quick. Most of his more adventurous offence is gone, but he's still more than capable of luchadore tactics if needed.)

Vitality: 6

(As his nickname would suggest (La Cucaracha=The Cockroach), Maddix is a stubborn sunnuva gun. Can, has and generally will take a beating. But he'll generally make a comeback regardless. More than capable in hardcore and other 'gruelling' gimmick matches. Oh, and he's gone an hour before, so has solid conditioning.)

Charisma: 5

(He's cocky, he's brash...and he knows how to throw an insult or ten. In the ring, he's being conditioned to be more focused now, so he won't pose and posture quite so much. Or, at least, that's the theory.)

Style: I think the word is 'Hybrid'. Naturally, he's a striker with plenty of flashy offence. But he's trying to change into a serious, Striker/Submission wrestler. Best see Notes to make sense of that.

Signature moves:

-> Wet Cement- Front facelock applied from the front on a seated opponent, with a body scissors. Used by Jamie Noble...and of course, Tom Flesher. Hey, remember when I retired him. Yeah. Good times. Maddix knows what this feels like, but also knows that Flesher was a great technical wrestler, so he felt it only right to steal this move. As a tribute. Yeah, tribute. As one of the few submission Maddix knew pre-Hawke, this is valuable.

-> Satellite Headscissors to Crossface- Pretty self explanatory. Resurrected because Landon needs every submission he's ever known. The closest to an 'out of nowhere' submission you'll get from me and even then, unless Landon works the arm for some odd reason, it'll only serve to weaken the neck a little more. Unless you're a tapping pussy.

-> Half and Half Suplex- Half Nelson w/ Chickenwing, into a suplex. Or basically, half a Dragon Suplex, half a Tiger Suplex.

-> Exploder Suplex- William Regal style, i.e not exactly match-ending.

-> Complete Shot- Traps the head and the arm from the side, before dropping back, driving the opponent face-first to the mat...all in quick order. Hassan's finisher, also used by Christopher Daniels. Maddix is quick enough for this to be a counter to a clothesline, palm strike or other strikes of the manner.

-> Mount Crushmore- Lungblower. South Dakota is the Mount Rushmore state of course. Basically, the Land Of Nod works the back a little, so this is Maddix's main 'yeah, I'm gonna work the back' type of move/moves. Can also be done off the middle rope onto a standing opponent if something flashy is required.

-> Swandive Headbutt- About the only high flying move he has left in the regular moveset. Hey, Jay and JJ get to use it, why not Landon?

-> Cravatés- 3/4 chancre, speciality of Chris Hero. Oh, God, you will get SICK of these! Landon's never been a good chain wrestler and even now, he's only 'competent'. In his lessons, Hawke made the mistake of teaching Landon the cravaté. And now, whenever Landon's lost in a match, he'll grab a cravaté. It's like his comfort blanket. The thing is, they're like headlocks. They don't do a whole lot of damage and they're just as irritating. Sometimes, Landon will throw on a cravaté just to mess with the opponent or the fans. Once it's locked in, Landon might mix things up and actually do something with it. Might. Otherwise, he'll just stand there and make you look a doofus, stuck in such a basic looking hold.

'Common' Moves:

-> Elevated Muta Lock- Like the traditional Muta lock (Indian Deathlock with bridging facelock), but rather than bridge, Maddix applies the Indian Deathlock and pulls the opponent to his knees by hair/tights/whatever. Then Maddix will apply the facelock part of the move. You may have seen AJ Styles use it. It's not too hard to counter but it's good for weakening up the neck and back.)

-> Octopus Hold- (Like an abdominal stretch, but Maddix's free leg is placed behind the opponent's head as well. Works neck and back towards the LON. Maddix is just about flexible to get the move on 'regular sized' people, but anyone taller than average will provide problems and he probably won't bother trying.)

-> Mexican Surfboard- (Not elevated, but rather the seated version. Pulls the opponent up to their knees and then pulls back on the head in a chinlock.)

-> Hurri-Lanrana- (Hurricanrana...most variations could be used, including top rope and springboard. One of his rarer flashy offensive moves.)

-> Mushroom Stomps

-> Dropsault

-> Kawada Kicks- (Amongst their various training tactics, JJ and Jay decided to introduce Landon to Puro. And once he got over the confusion, Landon found something he could steal. On a doubled over opponent, Landon grabs the opponent by the hair and fires quick, unprotected kicks into their face. All hail the kickpads!)

-> Maddix-Kick- (The much used Superkick. No *STOMP* set-up anymore, much as Maddix would love to, just to piss people off. You'd never accuse someone imitating Shawn Michaels of being 'serious' though, so it had to go.)

-> Triple Kick Combo- (Two straight kicks to the sternum leading up to an Enziguri.)

-> Forearm Strikes/Flying Forearm/Leaping Forearm Smash/Diving Forearm In The Corner- (Forearm-fu! Forearms are the staple of Landon's offence, ala Danny's elbows. Only, not so powerful.)

-> Knifedge Chops

-> BOOTSCRAPES~!

-> Get Licked- (Dropkick bootscrape in the corner, the momentum taking Landon through the ropes and to the floor.)

-> Double Stomp/Back Senton- (An instantanious combo, with Maddix dropping straight off the double stomp and into the back senton.)

-> Various Heelish Tactics- (Just because he's serious, doesn't mean he can't cheat. He's a little less reliant on tomfoolery now as he has submission and strikes to fall back on. He's dropped the more 'Memphis' stuff too, in accordance with being serious.)

Rare moves:

-> Crash Landon- With Landon on the middle rope, and the opponent stood in front of him on the mat, a Tornado Downward Spiral. Maddix's former #1 finisher, it's been deemed surplus to requirements by Hawke and JJ in favour of playing the averages. The risk isn't worth the result. BUT, Maddix will still use it sometimes because he's stubborn like that. If he does, on a rare occasion use it, it's still Finisher strength...but still not instant 100% doom.

-> Exploder '98- Cruiser Killer #1. Wrist Clutch Exploder Suplex.

-> Pepsi Max Plunge- Cruiser Killer #2. Top Rope Pedigree.

-> Spaceman Plancha- Playing the averages again. The potential risk doesn't warrant the potential result. But Maddix liked being flashy so as much as his newfound 'trainers' don't like it, Landon might bust it out on rare occassions.

-> The Wrath Of Maddix- Figure Four Leglock. He's not devoted enough to the move to work the legs, unless it happens for him. A submission move is a submission move though.

Finishers:

1) Submission- Land of Nod- Dragon Clutch. The new primary finisher, Maddix has been working on perfecting this move to get maximum effect from it, in a further attempt to 'hang' with the submission favouring main eventers. It's very effective at any time in the match against those at 5 vitality or less. A little neckwork though and it could put the finishing touches to anyone. It's not impossible to escape and it's not OMG INSTA DEATH~!, but it is effective.

2) Striking- Shining Wizard- Main striking move. B-Boy 'knee you in the mu'fu'face' style, rather than the boring 'knee you in the back of the head/side of the ear' style. More for 'out of nowhere' victories or used when the Land Of Nod doesn't seem to work.

Notes: Maddix has never, ever, been a technical wrestler of any note. Ever. But as his form dipped during 2005, Maddix realised he had flaws in his arsenal that just had to be filled.

Luckily, his newfound friends Jay Hawke and JJ Johnson were there to help. Maddix wasn't a bad striker, but with help from former UFC fighter JJ he's improved even on that. Meanwhile, submission specialist Hawke has taken on the unenviable task of teaching Maddix to...you know, wrestle. The result is that Maddix has learnt the ins and outs of submission wrestling too. He's smarter. He's tougher. He's better.

But, he's not the finished article yet. Maddix still has his flaws. New muscles and all, Maddix still isn't 'strong'. He's still learning so his submission work and technical prowess isn't brilliant...although, vastly improved. Then again, it's not hard to improve on 0. And, probably most importantly, he's a stubborn kid at times. Change is hard. The old Landon Maddix is still there, lurking in the depths at the back of his brain and sometimes, it'll creep to the surface. Whether that's the cockiness, the flashiness or the down-right ludicrious, who knows? He's better...in theory. It's just up to Maddix whether he can resist the temptations that he grew up admiring and he's built his career on.

Bio: PM me if really needed.

Commentary Note: Despite the heel turn, Suicide King still HATES Maddix. There's a little bit of in-ring and a bunch of out of the ring history there that I don't really need to go in-depth into. But King just plain hates Maddix. So Maddix is one heel the heel comentator won't route for. He'll give nothing more than begrudging praise.

Board Name: El Luchadore Magnifico

Wrestler Name: El Luchadore Magnifico

Height: 5'11

Weight: 210

Hometown: Mexico City

Age: 28

Heel

Stable:

Escort: Prefers to go out alone.

Weapon: Mexican Flag (will usually smack an opponent with the broad side, but isn’t above pulling a Genesis II and pinning someone’s hand to the mat with the uber-sharp tip if they really piss him off.)

Quote: "Bien, tu estupido gringo.”

Appearance: Magnifico’s skin is tan, his eyes a dark brown, and his hair long and black. It flows down to his shoulders when untied, which is whenever he’s not in a match. His tights are a black with a blood red, snaking pattern running down each leg to a pair of plain black boots. Wrestles shirtless.

Entrance: With no warning, the lights suddenly cut out, leaving the arena in darkness. A few fans, knowing what’s coming next, already begin to boo as they sit in shadow...

“HEY HEY!”

*BOOM!*

So goes the intro to Atake FDD’s “Tu Final”, which is shouted as a burst of red, white and green sparks explode upwards from the stage! As the smoke clears, the fans catch a clear sight of El Luchadore Magnifico, who strides out from behind the curtain, illuminated by a single spotlight. His head bobbing to the thumping bass and his trademark Mexican flag in his hands, Magnifico quickly makes his way down the entrance ramp, keeping his eyes focused on the ring (or his opponent) and nothing else.

Funyon’s spiel goes here.

Magnifico reaches the ring, rolls beneath its bottom rope, and pops to his feet. He steps into the middle of the ring and thrusts his flag high into the air, doing so as the lights are reignited throughout the arena. Scowling at the booing audience, Magnifico hands his flag to the ref and executes a few cursory stretches, staring coldly at his opponent (if he’s already in the ring) as he does so.

Stats

Strength: 4 (Can Suplex anyone up to, say, two hundred and sixty pounds. That limit is flexible, however.)

Speed: 6 (Just because he shies away from aerial moves doesn’t mean he’s not fast. Magnifico can still counter with the best of ‘em, and is still capable of busting out an acrobative move every now and then.)

Vitality: 5 (Can work tough matches, but isn’t the kind of guy to kick out of finishers. His resistance to submissions is average.)

Charisma: 5 (Doesn’t speak quite as well as during his face days, but can still cut a great promo when he needs to.)

Style: Technical/High-Flying

Signature Moves

Sangria Stretch (Magnifico hits a drop toe hold on his opponent, but grabs him around the face like a Crossface on the way down. Magnifico keeps the hold on the ankles and pulls back on the face. Preferred finisher if a submission is required. Will use a Tree of Woe variation (feet held behind top turnbuckle with one hand, neck wrenched back with the other) if the match is no-DQ.)

Montezuma's Revenge (Chicken Wing Jawbreaker. Magnifico twists his opponent's arm into a Chicken Wing while standing face to face with them, wraps his arm around his opponent's neck, and then falls to his knees, driving his opponent's chin into his shoulder. Preferred finisher set-up move.)

Estiramiento Vicioso (Standing Figure Four. The victim is on their back, the attacker grabs one leg and bends it sideways behind one of the attacker's own legs and on top of the victim's other leg, forming a "4" with the victim's legs. Magnifico holds the victim's straight leg, he pins their legs into place, instead of falling back to apply the standard figure four leg lock, ELM remains standing and applies pressure.)

Tequila Sunrise (Second rope Sunset Flip Powerbomb)

Barrio Buster (Fisherman Buster)

Rio Grande Slam (Sambo Suplex)

Cancun Crunch (Double Underhook Brainbuster)

La Bomba Fantastica (Blue Thunder Powerbomb. Back Drop Suplex into a Sitting Powerbomb)

Uncommon moves

Knife-Edge Chops

Superkick

Snap Suplex

Backslide

Guillotine

Front Suplex

Capture Suplex (Head and Arm)

Hurricanrana

German Suplex (Release or Bridged)

Brainbuster

DDT (All variations...Regular, Reverse, Tornado, Top Rope, blah blah blah. Has a great affinity for the Armbreaker DDT, especially when he’s trying to work over an opponent’s arm.)

Lowly Heel Tactics (Eye Rakes, Low Blows, Hair Pulling, Standing On Ropes, etc.)

Rare moves

Spanish Conquestor (Flipping Dropkick into a chair into a face. Will use it whenever nobody is looking or when an opponent makes him angry enough.)

The Fall of the Aztecs (Super Hurricanrana. Will avoid using this whenever possible, as Magnifico despises the positive reaction he receives for the high-flying maneuver.)

Mexican Pride Press (Shooting Star Press. Still finisher strength, falls under the same situation as the Fall of the Aztecs. Before using, will usually turn to his Mexican Flag and salute it proudly.)

Furia del Maestro (Reverse Fire Thunder Driver/Sit-Out Sheer Drop Thunder Fire Powerbomb. Extremely rare. Used only when EVERYTHING else has failed, or for serious blood feuds.)

Finishers

Dia de los Muertos (Fire Thunder Driver. Scoop Slam into a sitting Tombstone. Preferred finisher, as it’s quicker and much easier to use. Not quite as deadly as the Baja California Crusher, though.)

Baja California Crusher (Grab opponent as if for a backslide, then run up the ropes and flip over opponent's head, driving their head into the mat with a Pedigree-like maneuver, minus the head scissoring.)

Notes

Magnifico is PISSED. Pissed at the fans, at his opponents, whoever. He blames everyone but himself for his failures, and feels that the fans have turned on him. During matches, he is concentrated and determined and tries his best to keep in control of his emotions. Of course, at times he’ll lose control and just go nuts on his opponent, which is where he’s the most dangerous but also makes the most mistakes.

Magnifico has greatly toned down the high-flying offense, instead opting to use a more Suplex-based attack. That being said, he’ll still bust out a Splash or a Moonsault every once in a while, but not more than once a match, and even then, it’s with a good bit of trepidation. Unfortunately, his relatively low weight and strength causes ELM to revert to an aerial offense against larger opponents, which annoys Magnifico to no end. Because of this, he’ll automatically despise any and all large opponents he may go up against. Receiving any cheers for anything he does will infuriate ELM and cause him to be distracted from his opponent for a few moments.

Also, since his heel turn ELM has gained an affinity for the Elbow Strike. They don't have any special names like Rolling Elbow or what have you, but know that it's his favorite way to escape certain holds like the Rear Waistlock or simply wear down his opponents when they're in similar holds. It's also worth mentioning that Magnifico doesn't cheat just for the sake of cheating. If the match is fairly even or he's winning, ELM will rarely cheat. It's only when his back is up against the wall that Magnifico will resort to cheating, and then he'll admittedly do it as often as he can get away with it.

Smarks Board Name: MikeofEvil

Wrestler’s Name: Amy Stephens

Height: 5’10

Weight: 171lbs

Hometown: Nottingham, UK

Age: 21

Face/Heel: Face

Stable: 'Drunk & Disorderly' with Bruce Blank

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): A studded black leather bracelet that she wraps around her fist and uses like brass knuckles if she can get away with it.

Quote:

‘You what!?’ *SMACK*

'Innit!'

'Ya get me?'

Looks:

Amy is a pretty girl with baby blue eyes, although she has a slightly chubby face. Since she’s started wrestling her figure has toned up a bit, but there’s definitely some meat on her - the only six-pack she’s ever likely to see in the mirror is the beer in her hand, and she still spills over her trousers a bit. Her black hair has a fringe, and the rest comes down past her shoulders in an undercut which gets tied back during matches. IMPRESSIVE cleavage, although that’s also partly from the fact that she‘s a tad overweight by ‘traditional’ standards.

Her clothes vary from day to day, but in the ring she tends to wear baggy black Criminal Damage skate trousers, a cut-off T-shirt, normally of a band like the Ramones, and pink-and-black Vans.

Ring Entrance:

The blasting opening of ‘Blitzkrieg Bop’ by the Ramones fires up, leading to a cheer from the crowd. After a few seconds Amy comes out onto the stage with a can of lager (usually Stella Artois) in her hand and charges down to the ring.

-FUNYON STUFF-

Amy climbs to the second buckle, raises her lager and leads the crowd in a chorus:

“HEY! HO! LET’S GO!”

“HEY! HO! LET’S GO!”

“HEY! HO! LET’S GO!”

“HEY! HO! LET’S GO!”

As Joey launches into the first verse proper Amy drops down to the ring again, takes a few pulls from her can and then puts it down on the apron before getting ready for the match.

Stats:

Strength: 3 - Amy is a beefy girl and can hit just as hard as her brother

Speed: 5 - She’s not exactly… streamlined. In fact, she’s a bit top-heavy. That sort of cuts down the high-flying moves. And besides, she can’t be bothered with all that fancy crap.

Vitality: 6 - Whoops. She doesn’t jump around as much as her brother, so she can take more of a kicking before she finally goes down. Not invulnerable by any means, but surprisingly resilient.

Charisma: 6 - If you can penetrate the Nottingham accent and high-speed delivery she has an engaging directness that makes her brother look like a master of diplomacy. And let’s face it, the tits mean she’s gonna get cheered by every straight guy or lesbian in the audience no matter what she does.

Style: Brawler. Straight-up and simple. Sloppy, unrefined and aggressive, a cool head and some wrestling knowledge should take care of her, but underestimate her determination and desire to smash your face in at your peril.

Signature Moves:

Headbutt/Diving headbutt - one of her main weapons, can and will target any part of the body.

Lou Thesz press and punches

Illegal use of her studded bracelet for a ‘Power Of The Punch’ type move

‘Double D T’ - SNAP DDT, Kick-out-the-leg-and-whip-backwards Lita-style. And yes, it’s a bra size joke.

Sitting surfboard - Amy stands on her opponent’s back when they’re on their face on the mat, grabs their wrists and then drops back to a sitting position, bending their upper body backwards.

‘Face Breaker’ - grabs the opponent’s head in both hands while facing them, then jumps up and drops back whilst bringing both her knees up to smash into their face on landing. Imagine a Lungblower done to your face.

Reverse Full Nelson neckbreaker - she may well have picked this one up from Toxxic, who loved to invent things. Amy hooks an opponent as if for a backslide but locks her hands together as if applying a full nelson, then drops down into a neckbreaker which delivers an added ‘kick’ on the neck and upper back.

Moonsault - the rarest of the Sigs, since if she’s going to jump off the top rope she generally likes to see where she’s going.

Common Moves:

Slams

Punches

Kicks (nothing special)

Polish Hammer

2nd rope elbow

2nd rope leg drop

Biting

Chokes

Bronco buster/Stink Face

Rare Moves:

‘Sex On The Beach’ - Corkscrew Swanton Bomb/Spiral Tap. So named because it happens less often than you’d want and it’s never as good as you expect. Plus, it’s another alcohol reference.

JackDanielsHammer - cruiserweights ONLY

Finishers:

‘Last Orders’ - rear naked choke with body scissors (preferred).

‘Vodka Kick’ - Scissors kick. Can be done off the second rope if the situation allows.

NOTES:

-She’s trained… sort of. Her brother certainly had a hand in her training, and we all know how much he knew about the finer points of technical wrestling, so how good he’d be at passing it on is anyone’s guess. However…

-She’s nuts. Not screaming, demented psychotic nuts, just your average, common-or-garden have-a-few-pints-and-start-on-someone nuts. Relative size, weights and strength don’t really matter to her, if she thinks you‘re looking at her funny, she‘ll have you. She bit half someone’s ear off once in a club, although admittedly it was after he’d headbutted her. No-one knows what she did to get headbutted in the first place. Feel free to ask, if you dare.

-Damn those Stephens kids and their inferiority complexes. Toxxic had to prove to everyone that he was the best wrestler in the company; Amy originally got offered a ‘Diva’ contract by Peters, and now feels that she has to prove she belongs in the ring.

-She's not your typical WWE Diva. Not only can she brawl, she doesn't exactly use her sexuality. If you tear her shirt off, she use it to strangle you. Chants of 'show your tits' will NOT endear the crowd to her. Basically, if you remember Toxxic's old manager/girlfriend Jet... she ain't like Jet. Think of her as a female Stone Cold.

BIO:

Amy Stephens had Toxxic as an older brother, and that pretty much tells you all you need to know about her childhood, and why she’s turned out quite so cheerfully violent. Although hardly unintelligent she lagged behind her brother at school, and perhaps her envy/dislike of him is why she ended up going in a different direction. Toxxic went straight-edge, went to the gym and took out his aggression by learning to wrestle; Amy got slaughtered as often as possible, went out clubbing and took out her aggression by starting fights with anyone in the vicinity. After her brother started hitting the big time and sending home large amounts of money for the family their relationship improved somewhat as she respected the validity of his choices, but then things changed again.

Toxxic left the SWF after Ground Zero ‘05 to come back and live in Nottingham. Amy had started to get some wrestling training and Toxxic added to it, along with a bit of advice on playing politics. However, one autumn morning he just… disappeared. With no contact from their son Amy’s parents got rather alarmed despite their belief that he could take care of himself, and finally Amy, newly turned 21, headed off to try and find him. The most obvious port of call was the SWF, but Joseph Peters denied all knowledge. Amy travelled across America looking for any rumour of her brother but found nothing, and eventually had to start wrestling in order to make enough money to continue her search. Now she’s come back to the SWF, aware that Joe Peters sees dollar signs in her relationship to a former World Champion, and she’s determined to get enough money out of him to continue her search once her six month contract is up. One thing that has been made clear however, is that this isn’t a mission of mercy; she’s looking for her brother, Michael Stephens, to put her parents’ minds and rest and then beat the shit out of him for making them worry. This ain’t going to be a pretty family reunion.

TAG STATS

Team name: 'Drunk & Disorderly' (with Bruce Blank)

Entrance Music: 'Too Drunk To Fuck' by the Dead Kennedys

Style: In the vein of the Hart Foundation in that it’s a big power house teaming with a smaller, faster partner – except here BOTH are freaking nuts.

Weapon of Choice: D & D will most likely carry an Igloo Cooler to the ring with them, you know for cold beers and stuff, ice cubes… a hidden weapon now and again on Bruce’s part. The cooler itself also doubles as a weapon that can be used if the situation gets desperate enough (a rarity)

Double Team Signature Moves:

-Bruce gorilla pressing Amy onto opponents, whether this is as a splash while in the ring or over the rope to the outside is the unknown factor in the match – be creative when Bruce has Amy raised in the air, but bear in mind that if she considers that he groped her while she was up there there'll be hell to pay.

-'Beer Nuts': The Dudleys' 'whassup' headbutt, only without the 'WHASSUP'. (Amy on the top rope in case you didn’t know)

-Rocket Launcher Elbow: Amy on the top rope, Bruce helps her leap forward by giving her a push to cross 2/3rds of the ring for a Randy Savage style elbow drop.

-'Tequila Slammer': Amy on the top again, Bruce grabs her under the arms and brings her off to slam her down HARD in a rolling senton onto an opponent.

Double Team Finisher

-'Disorderly Conduct': Bruce has the opponent in a wheelbarrow powerbomb position and Amy comes off the second rope with an axe kick to the back of the head. Used to see life in the fed as the 'Decapitator', courtesy of Dace Night and Va'aiga.

Smarks Board Name: Spine Upon The Pine

Wrestlers Name: “The Critic” Scott Pretzler

Height: 5’11”

Weight: 226 lbs.

Hometown: Toronto, Ontario

Age: 27

Face/Heel: Heel

Stable: None

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): His wrestling ability.

Quote: “Feel the swankness.”

Looks: The Critic is a handsome and clean-cut young man. His blond hair is fairly short and is combed straight back; plain but good-looking would be the best way to describe his face. He is in excellent physical shape but his body shows no signs of steroid use. He wears traditional navy blue trunks with a gold tildebang insignia (~!) on the front and “THE CRITIC” in gold letters on the back. White wrist taping, black kneepads and navy blue leg guard boots to match his trunks complete his ring attire. He has deep-set blue eyes.

Ring Entrance: The stirring notes of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony hit the speaker system as “The Critic” Scott Pretzler emerges from the entryway to a chorus of boos and rude chants. He stops and places his hands on his hips as he stares down smugly at the fans he despises. Taking his time, he walks down the ramp, climbs the steps, and enters the ring with pride.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 5

He cannot lift bulky opponents, but is capable of fearsome bursts of energy and puts a great deal of power into his impact moves and holds.

Speed: 3

Pretzler prefers to keep the match in one place. When he does fly, his aerial attacks are precise and devoid of flash.

Vitality: 6

His small size makes him vulnerable to power moves, but he has GREAT stamina and almost never submits.

Charisma: 6

Charismatic is the last way Pretzler would describe himself, but his command of the audience’s feelings (namely, hatred) is absolute. His promos are verbose and condescending.

Style: Priding himself on his technical abilities, Pretzler works a style that features impactful moves with little flash or style. Because the Snowflake Clutch puts pressure on the neck and back, Pretzler will relentlessly attempt to wear down this area using strikes, holds, and backbreakers. His contempt for the audience will sometimes lead him to intentionally slow the match to a crawl, and when this happens he revels in the crowd’s frustration. He NEVER uses weapons.

Signature moves:

Octopus Hold– Pretzler bends his opponent over so that their upper bodies are perpendicular, hooks his left leg over the back of the foe’s head while placing his right in front of the other's left, and wrenches the right arm back in his own direction.

Powerbomb– Done high-speed à la Chris Benoit’s Wildbomb. Pretzler always holds on for the pin, and sometimes flips over in a jackknife.

Brainbuster – Not a complete vertical drop like Hashimoto’s, this is still very punishing to the neck.

Guillotine Leg Drop – One of Pretzler’s few aerial maneuvers. He will attempt it only if he is certain that it will not be avoided (could therefore be considered a rare move as well.)

Front Guillotine Neck Lock – With both men standing, Pretzler applies a front facelock and then scissors his legs around the opponent’s body, pulling him down to the mat.

Crossface Chickenwing – Used to wear down the neck in preparation for the Snowflake Clutch, this can also end a match by itself.

Common moves:

Knife-Edged Chops

Elbows to the back of the neck

European Uppercut

High-Angle Dropkick (Best in the business!)

Lariat

Powerslam

Back Drop

German Suplex (With or without bridge)

Butterfly Suplex

Front Neck Lock (Opponent either standing or seated)

Pendulum Backbreaker

Headlocks! Lots and lots of headlocks.

Shoulder Neckbreaker

Grounded Neck Lock w/ Arm Scissor (Samoa Joe's 'Joejigatame')

ARM-BAR~!

Rare moves:

Tope Suicida – Pretzler has a beautiful suicide dive, but he rarely busts it out as the risk for him is too great.

Top Rope Frankensteiner – Another junior-style move that Pretzler has the ability to execute but will do so only when desperate.

Snowflake Suplex - A cross-arm German suplex, also called a Strait Jacket Suplex. Near-impossible to escape, but equally hard to hit.

Finishers:

Snowflake Clutch – A camel clutch variation in which the opponent’s arms are crossed in front of his chest. Unlike a regular camel clutch, this starts with the opponent in a seated position. Nearly identical to Jinsei Shinzaki’s Goku-Raku Gatame. Often set up with a hard elbow to the beck of the neck causing the opponent to fall to his knees.

The Tildebang – Pretzler puts his opponent in a rear facelock and lifts him up as if to deliver a reverse brainbuster; when the jabroni’s body is at a 90-degree angle, Pretzler drops him down into a Michinoku Driver. (See the “Yukiguni Driver β” in Fire Pro Advance.) Pretzler will almost never use this on opponents heavier than 250 lbs.

Notes: Scott Pretzler despises Sports-Entertainment. A former world champion in the northeast-based Ring of Respect promotion, he has come to the SWF with the lofty goal of “saving” North American pro wrestling. Both highly educated and a superb athlete, he simply can’t help believing that he is better than everyone else – his every word and action drips with arrogance. His superiority complex allows him to overlook any morally questionable actions he may take, and on very rare occasions he will play dirty if it means getting the job done.

He is also the author of a weekly internet column, which he will sometimes quote in his interviews.

Preliminary Question: How did you find us/hear about us? TSM

Smarks Board Name: JHawk

Wrestlers Name: "The Dean of Professional Wrestling" Jay Hawke

Height: 5'9"

Weight: 215

Hometown: Cleveland, OH

Age: 29

Face/Heel: Heel

Stable:

Ring Escort:

Weapon(s): lead pipe

Quote: "You're going to be taught a wrestling lesson you'll never forget, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it!"

Looks: Hawke comes to the ring wearing a Ric Flair-esque purple and black robe. He keeps his light brown hair cut short and usually remains clean-shaven, although he'll grow a goatee on occasion. Once in the ring, he removes his robes, showing a well-built but not too muscular frame. He wears black tights with "Dean" written in purple down both legs and "Class is in session" in purple on his ass. He finishes his ensemble with a pair of black boots with purple soles and laces.

Ring Entrance: "Learning to Fly" by Pink Floyd comes on the PA as the lights dim.

Ring Announcer: Introducing...from the Hall of Fame City of Cleveland, Ohio, and weighing in at 215 pounds...he is "The Dean of Professional Wrestling"...Jay Hawke!

A spotlight shines on Jay Hawke as he makes his way to the ring. As Hawke makes his way onto the ring apron, he takes off his robe, folds it, and hands it to the ring attendant. Then he stands up on the turnbuckle with both arms in the air as the crowd boos.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 4

Speed: 6

Vitality: 5

Charisma: 5

Style: Jay Hawke relies on technical wrestling but can take to the air if need be.

Signature moves:

Fujiwara armbar

shoulderbreaker

short arm scissors

Rings of Saturn

dragon sleeper

blockbuster

front facelock into a DDT (NOT a transition move and designed to KO an opponent)

surfboard

Common moves:

belly-to-back superplex

chokehold

diving headbutt

faceslam

legdrop

swinging neckbreaker

sunset flip

roundhouse kick

camel clutch

inverted DDT onto the knee

springboard lariat

tilt-a-whirl backbreaker

leg lariat

backflip cradle

German suplex

STF

Rare moves:

Burning Hammer

diamond dust

Finishers: Jay Hawke's primary finisher is a submission hold called the Wing Span. It's a crossface chickenwing with a twist, as Hawke uses his legs to scissor the opponent's other arm.

His secondary finisher is a moonsault called the Hawke Swoop, but it's notable because instead of landing with a bodypress, he lands with a kneedrop onto his opponent. This is only to be used in extreme situations where the Wing Span hasn't worked and should not be debuted until a title is on the line.

Notes: Jay Hawke is out of an old school cloth where he prefers to wear down a body part to weaken it for the finish. Notice that most of his common moves affect the neck and back, while the signature moves mostly affect the arms. Once he begins to use the signature moves, odds are it's just a matter of time before the Wing Span comes into play.

Bio: Jay Hawke began wrestling September 12, 1996, losing to Knightrous in the now-defunct High Octane Wrestling Federation. It was a minor setback, as he would win the HOWF Tag Team Title once and the HOWF National Title twice, retiring the latter title in March 1997. From there, he moved onto the High Impact Wrestling Federation based out of Cleveland. Although he wrestled largely in tag team matches in the HIWF (holding the HIWF Tag Team Title seven times), he holds the record as the longest-reigning HIWF World Champion (five months), as well as multiple reigns as United States and Hardcore Champion. He also had a cup of coffee with the Missouri Wrestling Alliance Cruiserweight Title in 2000. Hawke's career took a setback in 2002 when he retired after suffering his second serious neck injury in as many years. He has spent the last two years training promising wrestlers at the Legion of Pain Compound in Cleveland, but has gotten the itch to return to the ring.

Wrestlers Name: Wildchild

Alias: The Bahama Bomber, the Caribbean Cruiser, the Tropical Tumbler, the Human Hurricane

Height: 5'11''

Weight: 214 lbs.

Hometown: Morgan's Bluff, Andros, Commonwealth of the Bahamas (usually just announced as "from the Bahamas.")

Age: 23

Face/Heel: Face

Stable: None

Tag Team: None

Ring Escort: Melissa Fasaki

Weapon(s): See Wrestling Attire

Quote: None (note: Wildchild speaks in a thick Creole accent)

Important Character Note: Wildchild will not usually bleed, even in hardcore matches. See Rare Moves for details.

Looks:

Wildchild has caramel-colored skin and shoulder-length braided (NOT DREADLOCKS!) black hair. He has light brown eyes. He appears toned, but is not overly muscular, and is hairless except for the hair on his head. He also now has tattoos all over his upper body:

• Across his throat, a one-inch braided pattern resembling a rope

• Across his right shoulder and down his back is a thin black outline bordering the scar from his reconstructive surgery, made a necessity by a vicious attack at the hands of Mike Van Siclen. Written vertically to the left of the outline are the words “n'oubliez jamais, ne pardonnez jamais” in bloodied text: “never forget, never forgive.”

• Across his back, a weeping angel, surrounded by the faces of Henri, Diana, Marius and Lillian, Wildchild’s parents and two siblings.

• On his left bicep, the LeCroix family crest.

Wrestling attire:

Wildchild wears knee-length solid black "Olympic-style" wrestling tights, with the National Flag of the Bahamas running vertically down each leg. He wears heavy black facepaint across his eyes that covers the upper portion of his face, and streaks down his cheeks. He wears black kneepads with black tae kwon do-style footpads, and wraps his arms in heavy gauze, from his knuckles up to his elbows, in order to give a little extra impact to his punches.

Additionally, he now wears shin guards, which are painted to resemble the National Flag of the Bahamas. These can (and will) be used as weapons in hardcore matches, as Wildchild will often reverse the shin guards to cause his patented leg lariat to hit with devastating force!

For ease of reference, a picture of the flag of the Bahamas can be seen below:

bf-flag.gif

Ring Entrance:

Wildchild now comes down to the ring to “Bouncin’ Back,” by Mystikal. No special lighting, no pyro… no frills of any kind. Just the music.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 2 - Wildchild relies much more upon leverage and momentum to chop down his opponents than power. His strength is only a factor when using his finishers, and even then, he generally only uses his primary finisher against other Cruiserweights.

Speed: 10 - Wildchild is the fastest wrestler in the SWF, and by far the most acrobatic; this is due to the fact that, before he became the Wildchild, Dominic LeCroix was an actual, trained, professional circus acrobat. He utilizes his speed and agility to his fullest advantage, and has a great deal of "high-risk" attacks in his repertoire. Wildchild's ability to strike quickly and elusively is what makes him such a dangerous opponent.

Vitality: 4 - Wildchild has an extremely high degree of flexibility, stamina and endurance, due to his physical conditioning. Will be able to withstand most wear-down holds and some submissions, but will go down to ANY impact finisher.

Charisma: 4 - Wildchild is not an overly skilled mic worker, but has developed a strong cult following, due to his magnetic personality and exciting maneuvers. The crowd pops HUGE in anticipation whenever Wildchild goes to the top rope.

Style: Technical high-flier, with extremely Lucha tendencies. He is a capable mat wrestler, but wrestling on the mat goes against Wildchild's instincts; he is in constant motion, and is always either running to the ropes, or flying off them.

Wildchild's strategy is to use his superior speed and maneuverability to tire his opponents out, and to use his body as a weapon, battering his opponents with high-speed flying attacks until they wear down. High-risk maneuvers are a staple of Wildchild's offense, and he will often perform an ornate, flashy move when a much more conventional move would have had the same effect. The key to writing Wildchild is to make the most of his athleticism, and write lots and lots (and LOTS) of high spots.

As an unintentional by-product of his time working for Ejiro Fasaki, Wildchild has become a slightly more adept technical wrestler, and will occasionally utilize a takedown that enables him to follow up with a high-speed attack. One of the staples of his offense, for example, has become a waistlock takedown into a running senton splash. Additionally, Wildchild has become more of a brawler, depending more heavily on punches than ever before. He has even begun wrapping his hands and arms in heavy gauze in an attempt to give more force to his punches. Despite the fact that he lacks great strength, Wildchild's phenomenal speed and agility often allow him to hit his opponents several times before they even have the opportunity to strike back.

Wildchild's speed and agility makes him highly effective against strikers, against whom Wildchild can use his superior speed to dodge the majority of their offense. He is least effective versus power wrestlers and grapplers, who are often able to dictate the pace of the match, and take him out of the air.

Signature moves (in order of use):

Leg Lariat

Important Character Notes:

1 – Wildchild does not use clotheslines; partially due to his relative lack of upper body strength, but mostly because he just plain doesn't like to. Please use leg lariats whenever you want to write a clothesline spot.

2 – Wildchild will attempt a leg lariat at least once in every match.

Pinball: Slingshot rolling ball attack. This is Wildchild's premier signature move. Wildchild runs towards the ropes, jumps onto the top rope, curls into a ball, and launches himself at his opponents' head/upper torso. Maximum effective range: 8 feet. VERY high-speed attack. Not finisher strength, and often no-sold by wrestlers with high strength ratings (7+) and super-heavyweights, but virtually impossible to dodge, due to Wildchild's tremendous speed.

Character note: The Pinball attack will not be blocked or dodged by anyone with speed rating lower than 8.

Freefall (Airborne monkey-flip): Wildchild whips his opponents to the ropes, leaps up towards their chest (as if attempting to execute a Lou Thesz press), hooks his hands behind his opponents' head, and throws his opponent in monkey-flip fashion (think Scorpion's Air Throw from Mortal Kombat II). Can also be used to counter certain top rope moves. Wildchild often lands on his feet after executing this move.

Caribbean Cutter (Rocker Dropper): This is Wildchild's primary "out of nowhere" transition move (as in KICK! WHAM! CUTTER~!). Wildchild leaps into the air, drapes his leg over the back of his opponent’s neck, and uses leverage and momentum to drive the opponent face-first into the canvas.

Neck Wrecker (Springboard Hangman's neckbreaker): Wildchild sets this move up by placing his opponent in a sitting position on the top turnbuckle. He takes a running leap onto the second rope behind his opponent and springs into the air, locking his hands around his opponent's neck before twisting around to face the ring, as he falls back down to the canvas, taking his opponent down with him. Basically, it's a Rude Awakening done from the top rope.

Springboard DDT: After knocking his opponents to the ring apron, Wildchild leaps to the second turnbuckle, jumps over the top rope, and hits his opponent with a Tornado DDT to the arena floor (think Chris Jericho's springboard dropkick to the outside, except with a Tornado DDT.)

Andros Dive: Wildchild’s tremendous agility enables him to easily walk, or even run, across the top rope. The Andros Dive is when Wildchild climbs onto the top turnbuckle of any corner of the ring, and runs across the top rope, leaping outside the ring when he reaches the other turnbuckle, and diving out onto his opponent. This is one of Wildchild’s most varied and dangerous attacks, and he has finished the dive with maneuvers ranging from a cross-body block to a dropkick to a flying headscissors (creativity is the key when writing Wildchild, so be creative).

Whiplash (Standing Flipping Neck Snap): Wildchild runs to the ropes behind his opponent, while they are either standing or on their knees, leaps into the air and flips over them, grabbing their heads as flies over and slams them face first into the canvas (e.g., John Cena's "Throwback").

Presumed Guilty (Springboard Jump Swinging DDT): Wildchild will leap from the ring apron onto the top rope and spring into the ring, snaring his opponent's head in a front facelock and swinging around, driving their face into the mat with a DDT.

Andros Drop: Twisting body splash. Wildchild ascends to the top rope, leaps off towards his opponent, while rotating across a horizontal axis, with his arms extended in a "T" (crucifix) position.

Common moves:

Blue Crush (Twisting Vertical Body Splash in the corner): "Stinger" Splash in the corner, proceeded by a twist. It's kinda like a 360º dunk... except it's a splash in the corner...

Top Rope/Turnbuckle Sunset Flip.

Various Handspring attacks (elbow, cross-body, flying forearm, will sometimes just handspring and backflip over his opponent to set up something else entirely.)

Moonsault press

Flying Forearm

"Shooting Star" Missile Dropkick (Missile Dropkick preceded by a forward flip)

Corkscrew Vertical Suplex: Wildchild lifts his opponents over head in a vertical suplex position, and spins around 270º degrees before dropping his opponent to the canvas.

Running Senton Splash

Flying Back Elbow Smash

Miscellaneous cruiserweight moves (armdrags, cross-body blocks, La Majistral, ranas, etc.)

Shuffling Sidekick

Gamengiri: Standing either directly in front of, or just beside his opponent, Wildchild leaps into the air and whips his far leg towards his opponent's face, striking them in the face with the lower part of his leg. It's similar in appearance to an Enzugiri, except that it's done to the face instead of the back of the head.

Top Rope/Turnbuckle Senton Splash

Top Rope/Turnbuckle Fistdrop

Monkey Flip (executed from the corner)

Bulldog Headlock

Backflip kick (typically executed following a leapfrog)

Suicide Dive to the outside

Top rope elbow smash

Running elbow drop

Rare moves:

Falling Star Press: Wildchild will run either to the ropes or the corner and leap onto the top rope (or top turnbuckle). He will then, without hesitation, leap backwards, somersaulting forwards as he descends upon his opponent. He will rotate approximately 450 degrees in the air before landing. Wildchild depends on his speed, and the ability for him to hit this move "out of nowhere," for it to be most effective.

Bahama Bomb (Top Rope Sunset Flip Powerbomb): Wildchild sets up this maneuver by positioning his opponent in a seated position on the top turnbuckle, with his back facing the ring. He steps out onto the ring apron and ascends to the top turnbuckle, so that he is facing his opponent. Leaping over his opponents’ head, Wildchild latches his arms around the victim's waist and pulls him off the turnbuckle, using leverage and momentum, rather than power, to drive his opponent into the canvas.

Blood Frenzy (Not to be used without my permission): Whenever he sees his own blood, Wildchild enters a state of frenzy. During this frenzy, he is much more aggressive, with a tendency to execute more physically impacting (read: head dropping) moves, and fewer acrobatic ones (e.g., ranas). Due to the adreanaline running through his veins, Wildchild becomes stronger and more resistant to pain, at the expense of some of his speed, causing his moves to do more damage. But this greater strength is not without a price: in addition to lesser speed and slower reaction time, Wildchild loses the ability to run across, or even balance on, the top ropes, although he retains the ability to climb the turnbuckles. During Blood Frenzy, Wildchild is able to no-sell for very short periods of time (which basically means that he'll probably no-sell a few punches or a headbutt, and that's about it).

Wildchild's stats while in Blood Frenzy are as follows:

Strength: 5

Speed: 7

Vitality: 7

Charisma: 1

Wildchild typically remains in Blood Frenzy for approximately ten minutes, or until he hears the bell ring, whichever comes first.

Note: Blood Frenzy is reserved for intense and/or long-term feuds (see: WC/Ejiro from SJL)

Finishers:

Primary: The Wild Ride: Mexican Clutch Bomb (aka Vertebreaker). Wildchild bends his opponent over at the waist and stands in front of him, with his back to the opponent. He locks his left arm with the opponent's left arm, and his right arm with the opponent's right. Wildchild then rotates his body so that he underneath his opponent, bent over at the waist, with his opponent draped over his back. Wildchild then stands erect, leaving his opponent hanging upside down on his back, their legs dangling off his shoulders. Wildchild then swings his feet off the canvas in front of him, and drops to his posterior, driving his opponent head first into the canvas. This drop is often preceded by a primal scream.

*Rarely done against wrestlers above 230 pounds, due to Wildchild's relative lack of physical strength. Not used against wrestlers weighing more than 250 pounds

NOTE: Do not kick out of the Wild Ride without asking me first! I have two other finishers; if you want to no-sell WC's finisher, use one of those.

Secondary: The Wild-Driver: Reverse Double-Underhook Piledriver. This moves starts out the same way as the Wild Ride, where Wildchild bends his opponent over at the waist and stands in front of him, with his back to the opponent. He locks his left arm with the opponent's left arm, and his right arm with the opponent's right. At this point, the maneuver deviates from the Wild Ride, as Wildchild kicks his legs out from under him and drops straight down, driving his opponent's head into the canvas. This move is similar in function to Christian's "Unprettier," except that it’s more of a head bump than a face bump.

This maneuver is Wildchild's most frequent finisher against opponent's weighing more than 230 pounds, especially if he has done extensive head/neck work during the match.

Aerial: Falling Star Bomb: 720º Vertical Splash. Wildchild leaps from the top turnbuckle, and turns two full flips as he falls through the air, before crashing onto his opponent's chest. It's the same move as Doink's Whoopee Cushion, except preceeded by two flips.

The Falling Star Bomb is now Wildchild's primary finisher against wrestlers who are simply too large for him to apply either the Wild Ride or the Wild-Driver (e.g. Thugg). He will also use this finisher when he has done extensive rib/back work on his opponent

Notes:

The Wildchild is VERY athletic, a reflection of his background as a circus performer, and has an unnaturally high degree of balance and agility. His ability to easily balance on the ropes, as well as his ability to leap atop the turnbuckles without stumbling enables him to hit flying attacks with a high degree of speed and accuracy. He is very comfortable walking, and even running, across the top rope, due to his experience as a high-wire artist, and uses the ropes for many of his various springboard attacks. Wildchild is able to leap to extraordinary heights, and gets more air than any other performer in the SWF, giving even greater impact to his many flying attacks.

As a result of the time that he spent as Ejiro Fasaki’s unwilling ‘apprentice,’ Wildchild has unintentionally introduced a few more technical aspects to his wrestling, employing a far greater number of takedowns and wear-down holds. Despite this, high-speed and high-risk maneuvers remain the "meat and potatoes" of his offense.

Parts One and Two available upon request

Part Three: Shortly after losing the Tag Team Titles for the third time, Wild and Dangerous began to experience tension. Even though they re-gained the Tag Titles for a fourth time, the tension built slowly throughout the summer of 2005, and finally came to a head after they lost the belts for the fourth time, when Johnny Dangerous walked out on Wildchild in a Number One Contender’s match against TKO.

Wrestlers Name: Rush Hadrian

Height: 6'2"

Weight: 224 lbs.

Hometown: Portland, Oregon

Age: 20

Face/Heel: Face

Stable:

Ring Escort:

Weapon(s):

Quote:

Looks: Slicked-back blonde hair, blue eyes, average build - think an AJ Styles or an Austin Aries. Plain blue short tights, with "RH" in white on the sides. Black boots, black kneepads, black elbow pads.

Ring Entrance

"Howling of the Jinn", by Nile is his theme. For now, that's all you really need to know, considering he's likely going to be spending most of his time entering with Todd.

Stats

Strength: 4

Speed: 7

Vitality: 6

Charisma: 3

Style: Very spotty, although he's got a few submissions, and a suplex or two.

Signature moves

-Enzuigiri--A wide variety; where others would use a superkick as a transition, he uses an enzuigiri.

-Flying neckbreaker drop--Shelton Benjamin's clothesline-doodad off of the top.

-MCC--Unprettier. Stands for Multnomah County Crusher, although rarely do the announcers mention that. NOTICE: Although similar in function to the Wild Driver, the WD is a skull bump while this is a face bump. I did not bastardize one of WC's finishers.

-MCC II--Guillotine Face Driver, or Fame-ass-er. Multnomah County Crusher II, although again, this is rarely brought up.

-Choke Sleeper--Technically a choke, but done behind a sitting opponent like a sleeper, while leaning into them to make breathing quite a chore.

-Powerbomb/Powerbomb Pin/Sunset Flip Powerbomb

-La Majistral

-Thunder Death Driver--Spinning brainbuster, and an over-exaggeratively named one at that.

-Macho Elbow--Randy Savage-style elbow drop.

Common moves

-Running single-leg dropkick[/u]--Ever see Chono's Shining Black? That, but without the step-up or the break your face.

-Spinning forearm

-Undertaker-style running DDT

-Railgun suplex

-Snap suplex

-Guillotine leg drop--This is more showy than it is effective; Rush would much prefer to see how far he can go with this than to end a match with it.

-Bearhug--Yes, bearhug. More used as a deterrent than anything, it is nonetheless one of Hadrian's preferred maneuvers.

-Double-underhook swinging neckbreaker

-Fujiwara armbar

-STF

Rare moves

-Suicide Star Press--Shooting Star Press to the outside. Occasionally, he can pull this off by running at the ropes, jumping and tucking his body into a ball before clearing the ropes and bursting out into the flip, but that takes a hell of a lot of energy out of him - more than is convenient.

-Hadrian's Wall--Konnan's Tequila Sunrise. Go for La Majistral, but instead of diving over, drop to your knees, reach forward, and hook them in a single-leg crab. Painful.

Finishers

-Diamond Cutter--Every conceivable variation. DDP had at least fifteen, and the fucker could barely move; Rush will no doubt be able to pull out more.

-Shooting Star Senton--Shooting Star Press, with another half-turn that takes Rush back-first onto the opponent.

New Year's Update~

----------

TSM Name: atomsk

Wrestler Name: Manson

Nick Name(s): The Stampede, The Raging Bull

Height: 6'0

Weight: 260

Age: 26

Hometown: Denver, Colorado

Alignment: Heel

Tag Partner: No.

Ring Escort: Nope.

Weapons: Bullrope, Steel Chair

Taunt: Stomping, Spitting, Snot Rocket, Metal Horns, The Bird

Quote: None.

Looks:

White. Dark eyes, long black hair, and a thick Bruiser Brody-esque beard. He's built well, with a wide, stocky frame, and is quite muscular. Despite his size, he looks natural and proportioned, as much as someone his size can be, anyway. He has tribal flame tattoos which run from his hands to his forearms, although they're mostly obscured during matches. He pretty much always looks surly about something and is extremely imposing and intimidating.

Ring Entrance:

The house lights dim and 'Crusher Destroyer' by Mastodon crashes through the speakers, as multi-colored strobes pulse and flash in time with the music. Manson walks out to the boos and hisses of the fans and heads down the ramp, thoroughly ignoring the crowd as he does so. He rolls into the ring and stands, heading straight for his corner and anxiously waiting for the start of the match. However, he may be the aggressor and may even attack before the bell, if you feel so inclined.

Attributes:

Strength: 7 (Feel the POWER. His strikes pack a wallop and he's capable of routinely lifting most. Not many in the fed can beat him in pure strength)

Speed: 3 (He's not all that slow. Rather, due to his style he simply doesn't need to dart about the ring. His speed mostly goes into his reactions, reflexes and straight line speed)

Vitality: 6 (Blame the break for his drop here. He's still tough and ridiculously stubborn, however. He can handle hardcore with ease and won't give into a submission without a fight. Should you manage to knock him down, you better get on him fast)

Charisma: 4 (He can cut an decent promo, but he doesn't speak very often. Mainly relies on his actions and ringwork to get over. He has a rough, gravelly voice and will curse)

Style:

Manson is a serious, absolutely relentless blue collar worker who will never say die. He truly doesn't know the meaning of restraint and is totally reckless with no regard for his or his opponent's well being. He is willing to win at all costs or maim his opponent in lieu of a victory. However, he's extremely prone to being too aggressive or losing his temper.

More often than not he'll rely on his brute strength and wild brawling style. Even when in a tight spot, he'll give no second thought to other strategies, confident that what he knows best will pull him through. He just prefers to throw his opponent around and beat the snot out of them. His mat and chain wrestling is merely okay. It's often simplistic, though effective. It gets him by against less learned opponents, but he won't hold out for long against the better, more accomplished technical mat guys of the fed like Hawke, Johnson, King, etc.

He loves to taunt his opponents. He just likes being a dick. This may include any of those indicated above, bitchslapping his opponent or other assorted rudeness. He also has no qualms about cheating or fighting dirty, whatever gets the win, but he isn't cowardly in the least and will never back down from confrontation.

Signature Moves:

1) STO

2) Powerbomb

3) Tiger Suplex

4) Dragon Suplex

5) Moss Covered Three Handled Family Credenza (Spinning Fisherman's Suplex)

6) Uranage Suplex

7) Argentine Backbreaker

8) Gamengiri

9) Rolling Elbow

10) Face Wash

Common Moves:

1) Hot Shot

2) Powerslam

3) Rib Breaker

4) German Suplex

5) Backdrop Suplex

6) Belly to Belly Slam

7) Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex

8) Suicide Dive

9) Short Chops to Neck

10) Strikes (Punches, Elbow Smashes, Knife Edge Chops)

11) Knees (Knee Lift, Knee Drop, Running Knee, Triple H High Knee)

Rare Moves:

1) Savage Elbow

2) Endsmouth (Elevated Half Crab. Accompanied by Manson stepping on his opponent's head)

Finishers:

1) Western Lariat

2) Muscle Buster

Notes:

Manson is bitter, angry, violent, at times selfish, overly confident, slightly paranoid, and undeniably awesome. If you do deny it, he'll kick your fucking teeth in. He has quite the nasty streak and is a dangerous man with zero remorse for his opponents or others who may get in his way. However, he may still be a favorite in his hometown or when fighting mega heels the likes of Magnifico and his style is strangely endearing ala Samoa Joe or TKO. His views and perception are skewed, but he does have an admirable passion, spirit and work ethic. He wants to prove himself to be the best and will go through anyone to do it, but win or lose, he'll take great pleasure in hurting his opponent in the process.

Bio:

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and trained in Calgary. Wrestled around the world, with stints in Japan, Europe, Mexico, and the American independants. He quickly gains a following and is something of a prodigy, but he injures his neck in Mexico. He rehabs, signing with the IGNWF and making his IGNJL debut on November 7, 2001 as 'The Mafia' Tommy Gunn. He shortens his name to Mafia only, and later takes part in the Havoc stable, which upon its collapse, he takes part in forming The New Sound. After a leave in the Summer of 2002, during which The New Sound became the sWo, he returned in August as Manson, now a face. Unfortunately, after beating Flexx in a Cage Match at Genesis, he was injured in a match with Wildchild. In 2003 he returned as a heel, turned face later and remained so until late 2004, when he would turn heel again.

In early 2004, the SJL shuts down, but Manson doesn't remain for long, leaving for Japan. He comes back later in the year, eventually winning the USJL Championship from The Masked Man on July 21st. At Ground Zero, he successfully defends against Max King, only to be injured by him the show after. He wears a knee brace for a time as a result. King then costs him his title against Vladimir Everheart and Manson goes on to beat King at Genesis in a Caged Fury Match. Shortly before Ashes 2 Ashes he attacks Kibagami, turning heel, but the A2A match is off as Kibagami disappears and Manson simply continues his battles against Revolution Zero. His brief heel turn done with, he remains face, forming a tag team at some point in 2005 with Arch Griffon. On May 28, he wins the Hardcore Title from Insane Luchador, only for IL to gain it back a few days later. His tag team with Griffon and their rise to the top is then cut short as Griffon is taken off the road. Just prior to Ashes 2 Ashes he nearly murdered Spike Jenkins, causing crowd support to lessen. Then much like the year before, he turns full heel and remains so going into 2006.

Smarks Board Name: A Happy Medium

Wrestlers Name: Arch “Archie” Griffon

Height: 6’4”

Weight: 302 pounds

Hometown: Des Moines, Iowa

Age: 27

Face/Heel: Tweener

Stable: None

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): Doesn’t need any

Quote: “I’m just here to make a day’s killing.”

Looks: Arch is a big hulking man with red hair, and hazel eyes. He is ripped, and looks like he may be doing steroids or injecting horse testosterone every two hours. Outside of the ring, he usually wears a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, sneakers, and a pair of sunglasses. Inside of the ring, Arch wears white wrestling boots and white tights. Think of Ricky Steamboat back in the day and there you go.

Ring Entrance: Unearth’s “Bloodlust of the Human Condition” plays around the arena, sending the fans into a frenzy of mixed reactions. Some boo, some cheer. The arena goes dark as the song starts up. It slowly fades to black, but right before it goes to black, the song kicks into gear, sending out some white pyro, that temporarily blinds the fans. Out of the pyro comes Arch, power walking out to the ring. He doesn’t acknowledge the fans, only the thought that his job must be done. Once he gets to the ring, he does some stretches to warm up for his upcoming match.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 9 (He’s very strong)

Speed: 3 (Not fast, but has good leaping ability along with agility)

Vitality: 5 (Not indestructible, and has back problems which do give him problems)

Charisma: 3 (Can cut a promo, usually lets his actions do the talking)

Style: Arch is all about power wrestling, though he can break out some wrestling skills if he needs to. Against other power wrestlers, he will fight fire with fire. Against speeding wrestlers, he will try to destroy them. Against brawlers…same thing. However, with technical wrestlers, he will be much more cautious.

Signature moves:

(one) Griffon’s Grasp (Arch grabs and opponents left wrist, and delivers a short armed clothesline. Using his amazing strength, Arch lifts his opponent back to their feet, and delivers another. He always does two, but can go on forever with them.

(two) Powerbomb (your standard powerbomb with gusto)

(three) Gridlock (Full Nelson with…you guessed it…gusto. May be used as a finisher if built up to. See finishers for more details.

(four) The Lion and The Dragon (bulldog where Arch actually stands still with his opponent in a rear headlock and lifts the victim by the head and neck, and then falls to his ass)

(five) Running Shoulder Breaker

(six) Bloodlust Plancha (Running plancha to the outside)

Common moves:

(one) Snap Suplex

(two) Backbreaker

(three) Knife Edge Chop

(four) Twisting Spinebuster

(five) Rope Guillotine

(six) European Uppercut

(seven) Superkick

(eight) Belly to Belly Overhead Suplex

(nine) Superplex

(ten) Northern Lights Suplex

(eleven) Gutwrench Suplex

(twelve) Half Boston Crab

(thirteen) Running Leg Drop

(fourteen) Flying Shoulder Block

(fifteen) Victory Roll

(sixteen) Double Chickenwing Cradle

(seventeen) German Suplex

(eighteen) Charging Yakuza Kick Into Corner

(nineteen) Reverse DDT

Rare moves:

(one) Bloodlust Powerbomb (Running Powerbomb to the outside. Done on wrestlers 250 pounds and smaller, and only in big matches.

Finishers:

(one) Arch Nemesis (Cradle Piledriver which is usually up by a kick to the stomach, a nasty knee to the face, and then a grab into a standing head scissors. Arch doesn’t like making mistakes.)

(two) Gridlock (only if the opponent’s neck and/or head have been injured)

Bio: Archie grew up in Des Moines, and had a normal childhood. Tricycles, bicycles, and shitty beat up first cars the way he progressed in transportation. In high school, he excelled in amateur wrestling. He was ranked number one in his 220 pound weight class. However, an injury cut his amateur career short. He did not receive any scholarships for college, but luckily he was book smart, and wound up transferring into Northern Illinois University. He majored and graduated with a degree in Computer Science, making him the most muscular professional computer nerd in the country. However, immediately after graduating, the technology bubble burst. So Archie went back to Des Moines to find some simple work. He later went into wrestling school.

After a few months in the SWF, Archie tasted mild success. His tag team with Manson was on of the surprises of the year, as they had come out of nowhere to become contenders.

Face/Heel: Babyface

Stable: Martial Law (w/ Landon Maddix)

Ring Escort: Megan Skye (typically only in tag matches though)

Weapon(s): None

Quote: "Whatever it takes."

Looks: [Description of how your character usually looks inc. ring attire.]

Thick build, as Todd is jacked but not excessively "cut". Natural olive skin. Closely cropped black hair, faded. Thin black goatee. No tattoos or really distinguishing marks, as even his skin is "pure" due to his straight edge philosophy on life. Black baggy, "Tajiri" style pants, with "Urban Legend" scrawled in graffiti type writing down the legs. Both wrists and fists taped up. Wears gold chain and cross to the ring, but removes it before every match, holding it in his hand and kissing it before handing it over to the timekeeper or announcer. During entrances, now wears a bulletproof vest, and more of than not may have sunglasses on.

Outside of the ring he won't dress like a stereotypical "thug". While Todd is from the streets he doesn't flaunt the fact, and dresses very trendy, no doubt showing some of that Van Siclen influence again. He will rock the throwbacks though.

Ring Entrance:

Todd's NEW THEME of "Oh No" by Mos Def, Nate Dogg, and Pharoah Monche (because I love that song) hits, and the first time Nate Dogg shouts "Oh No", a quick burst of pyro shoots up from both sides of the ramp, showering Cortez in sparkles as he prepares to walk down the aisle. Will get in the ring and give a quick crowd taunt, nothing specific, but your usual arm raising, up on the ropes, etc. saluting of the fans.

Stats:

Strength: 4 (enough to hold his own and enables him to bust out the suplexes, powerbombs, etc., but he won't be tossing the larger guys around with ease).

Speed: 6 (quick like a cat, very agile. To compare him to Shelton Benjamin would be appropriate).

Vitality: 5 (can take a beating, as his Hardcore Championship run produced some of the most violent, amazing brawls...and he survived them all).

Charisma: 5 The crowd loves him, despite his being a man of few words. Natural ability and presence have gone a long way to make him one of the more popular SWF stars. Can get his point across very well verbally if need be, and cut some great promo's as part of Hollywood Boulevard and Martial Law, as he plays the part of the "straight man" very well.

Style: Todd has not used as many submission holds as in the past, keeping them on the back burner in favor of a more in your face style. The Hardcore Title run saw Todd become very innovative in the ring, as he believes in "adapting to the enviroment", which means his matches are never formulaic, and he tries to keep his foes guessing what they'll be hit with next. That said, he does have an offense of preferred manuevers, but it's more of a "when" he'll hit you with them as opposed to a "will" he hit you with them.

Todd is also an accomplished tag star, having held the tag titles with Mike Van Siclen as Hollywood Boulevard, and now with Landon Maddix as Martial Law. The team with Van Siclen did wonders for the rookie last year, and now one year into his SWF tenure, he finds himself in a tense situation, teaming with a guy that he at times doesn't even like to be around. Still, they're the champs for a reason.

Cortez, as noted throughout his career, is from the streets, and can scrap with the best of them. Size and strength advantages don't matter...he'll go right after an opponent the best way he sees fit, and won't stop until they're down or he's unconscious.

Signature moves:

-Neckwrecker: Todd lifts the opponent powerbomb style and puts them across one shoulder (Canadian backbreaker) then wraps his arms around their neck and drops them to the canvas with a neckbreaker over his shoulder. This could end a match on it's own, but it's mostly for Todd to weaken the neck to set up a Riot Act Plus or Street Dreams.

-Urban Assault: Sitout Chokeslam Bomb. Todd's former finisher, and can still be used as such if hit at the appropriate time in a contest, although it's been seen less and less as Todd now favors the Riot Act Plus.

Crotch-Droppah: Inverted atomic drop. It's simple, but highly effective. This overlooked offensive manuever has been made into a threatening move by Cortez, as he once took Dace Night from the top rope to the canvas, spiking his nether regions on his own knee. Any variation of this move, be it from the apron, the ropes, etc. can be used. Todd will also often do repeated Crotch-Droppah's to stun/incapcitate the opponent. If built properly, a series of them or a Super Crotch Droppah could easily end a match, as tremendous pain is sure to follow.

Hollow Point: The "Pounce" tackle, or more specifically, a spear aimed at the side of the opponent's body rather than head on. Used to damage the ribs and/or get the opponent down.

Sitout Spinebuster: For use on foes of equal/slightly larger stature. You know he's not getting someone like Janus up for it. Todd will send the opponent into the ropes and snare them for a spinebuster, but instead of dropping them "main event style" or driving them down like Double A used to, Todd will slam them down to the canvas and sitout with it in powerbomb-like fashion.

Shooting Star Lariat: From either the top rope, the apron, or springboard variety. Todd will execute a shooting star press while the opponent is standing, and end the move by extending his arm and taking them out with a flying lariat.

Common moves:

-Springboard aerial moves. Crossbody's, dropkicks, ranas of all sorts and sizes. Get creative when writing against me though, if at all possible. Todd's not afraid to bust out something unheard of or something risky at the last moment.

-Standing moonsault

-STO

-Russian Legsweep/Legdrop combination (rolls through the legsweep, comes up and immediately drops a leg across the opponent's throat).

-Lots of kicks. Superkicks, spin kicks, wheel kicks, dropkicks. He's got the martial arts background, and he uses it.

-European uppercuts.

-Todd is not above using a quick tide turner like a thumb to the eye, eye rake, low blow, etc. Being raised on the streets, sometimes even the most dedicated fighters have to fight dirty.

Rare moves:

-Somersault Rana. Todd will dive off the top rope and do a full flip, landing on his opponents shoulders and quickly snapping him over with a huracanrana. Even rarer version is for Todd to do a somersault plancha to the floor ending with this move.

-Moonsault Fallaway Slam. With opponent on the top rope, Todd will climb up and pull the opponent into his arms, then moonsault off the ropes, ending with the opponent hitting the canvas with Todd's full body weight coming down on top of him.

Finishers:

-Riot Act Plus-Canadian Destroyer. Todd positions his foe in a standing headscissors, as if to set them up for a piledriver. Instead, Todd leaps over their back, pulling the opponents weight over with him as he lands on his feet and spikes their head on the canvas with a piledriver. The name is Todd paying homage to the man who got him his break in the SWF, Mike Van Siclen.

*NOTE: Should not be used on opponents over 260-270 MAX. This is mostly a cruiserweight offensive move, however it would be possible for him to pull it off against a smaller heavyweight wrestler. Don't look for him to do this to someone like Janus though. YOU CAN NOT KICK OUT OF THIS WITHOUT ASKING PERMISSION. You want to counter it, go ahead and try to, but do NOT use it as a near fall. This move knocked Dace Night the fuck out, and that should mean something.

-Street Dreams-Dragon Sleeper/Armbar takedown w/ grapevine. Opponent is grabbed in a reverse facelock (Dragon Sleeper), and Todd takes them to the mat, wrapping his legs around them to make escape tough to come by. With his free (left) arm, he'll wrap it around the opponent's left arm and pull back, also putting pressure on the left shoulder/upper arm area.

-The Hook Up-the new, odd looking finisher that Cortez has used in the past. With the opponent on their stomatch, Cortez will kneel down on their upper body, pressing his knees against his opponents shoulders to pin them down. Todd will then reach back and pull the leg of his opponent (can be either one, depending on what one is weaker), bending it over his own shoulder before pulling down on it and attempting to snap the leg in two. It's sort of a Sicilian Crab with a twist to it.

Accomplishments:

SWF Tag Team Champion in Hollywood Boulevard with Mike Van Siclen

SWF Tag Team Champion with Landon Maddix in Martial Law

SWF USJL Champion

SWF Hardcore Gamers Champion

Edit: A lot. Moves, stats, style, entrance....etc. Look it over.

Preliminary Question: I found Smartmarks when looking for wrestling commentaries that I enjoyed reading, and then found the e-fed on the boards.

Smarks Board Name: Zyon

Real Name: Zak Owens

Wrestlers Name: Zyon

Nicknames: (The) "Unique Youth"

Height: 5’11

Weight: 200 lbs

Hometown: Elkhart, Indiana

Age: 21

Face/Heel: Face- Laid back with a love for competition. This love for competition may have the youth coming off as a bit arrogant.

Stable: None

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): Ladder- Loves to experiment with these.

Quote: None as of now.

Looks: Long stringy brown hair. Easily goes over his eyes. He mostly wrestles with his hair drenched in water. His eyes are still that mystical green color, think Sephiroth from FF7. Upper attire consists of a T-shirt with a giant Z on the front. Opposite color rules are in affect. Example: Black shirt, white Z. Lower attire consists of baggy jean shorts ranging from blue, green, black, khaki, cream colored, etc. Shoes are a regular black athletic pair. Other features include faded scarring hidden throughout his body and a youthful look that gains appreciation from the female audience.

Ring Entrance: The arena goes black as the words “I’m Born”, “I’m Alive”, and “I Breathe” alternate on the Smarktron. “Vitamin” by Incubus kicks in as the crowd immediately goes into a frenzy. After a moment of build the young Zyon emerges through the curtain, and pauses at the top of the ramp. Zyon scans the excited audience before busting out an innocent grin as he sprints down the ramp. Zyon leaps on to the ring apron before flipping into the ring with a simply leap and twist of the wrist. Once in the ring, Zyon energetically performs a simple head bang before lifting one arm into the air ending the entrance.

(Note: Change ring entrance as you see fit if the wording doesn’t exactly fit your style and add the Funyon stuff anywhere you like.)

Stats:

Strength: 3- Not the strongest guy, but can lift those long enough to his a slam or quick suplex.

Speed: 10- Zyon’s greatest strength. Since the back injury Zyon has taken a new approach to wrestling. He’s decided to stop holding back since every match could very well be his last. Also SWF’s high priced workout machines have helped Zyon’s conditioning and quickness.

Vitality: 5- A bit above average toughness, well conditioned, but his back is a weak point since the initial injury.

Charisma: 2- Has the ability to talk, and may throw out a good promo once in awhile but he lets his in ring work tell the story.

Style: Not much has changed since his run before the injury. He still loves to fly, and will use his speed to cut down his opponents. However, since the injury Zyon has let go of all drawbacks and has mentally prepared himself with the fact that every match could be his last. He’s a bit more spotty because of his mindset, but he still continues to TRY and wrestle with the technicians. Also since the injury Zyon has gotten better with strikes. Yes, he’ll never be a brawler but the term scrapper suits him just fine. While he was out with the back injury, Zyon studied film to try and chop his rate of screwing up his spotastic offense in half.

Signature Moves:

Half Moon: Moonsault that can be performed after spring boarding off of…anything. It could be ropes, steel guardrail, steps, chair, pretty much whatever.

No Regard: Glorified corkscrew body attack from the top rope on to a standing opponent. Zyon will usually run up the ropes instead of climbing on to them, and maybe as a counter to being thrown in the air he may if lucky land on the top rope and be in position.

Aero Driver: Scoop slap into a piledriver, otherwise known as the Juvi Driver. Just to add a little flash to the move Zyon will perform a quick spin before spiking his opponent to the ground. This move has been known to catch some opponents off guard and could possibly give Zyon a win if he’s lucky or if the opponent is really fatigued.

Decline: Reverse Russian leg sweep, otherwise known as the Flatliner that Kanyon used, not the maneuver that Jarrett and Hasan uses.

Springboard Forearm Smash: Zyon goes out to the ring apron and springboards into the air using the top rope. Zyon pulls his right arm back keeping it at about the same level as his chest. Keep left hand forward while he kicks his feet through the air. Before he reaches his opponent, Zyon pulls his right arm forward and blasts his opponent with a charged forearm smash. Basically AJ Styles springboard forearm smash if you have ever seen it.

Dawn: 450 Splash. Will go for the cover if able to. Can be done off of a springboard as well.

Dusk: Double jump split legged moonsault (Credit Triple J Industries). Zyon springs from the second rope to the third rope before dropping down and letting his legs clip the top rope sending the youth in a flashy moonsault.

Snap Brainbuster: Vertical brainbuster where Zyon lifts and immediately spikes the opponent into the mat. Zyon has not mastered the move to give off the visual that he just killed his opponent, but the opponent takes quite a bit of damage and will probably wake up the next morning with a headache.

Powerbomb: Done only to cruisers. Zyon follows through with the move not allowing the opponent to drop until he has been slammed into the mat. Comparing it to Eddie Guererro’s quick powerbomb would be efficient.

Wicked Cutter: Move starts with Zyon holding his opponent with his left arm in a reverse front face lock, think reverse DDT position. Zyon will then use his free arm and the rest if his body to twirl said body putting the opponent’s throat across his shoulder, and then dropping down with a stunner. Mikey Whipwreck’s whippersnapper in other words.

Common Moves

Snap: Zyon’s front dropkick to the chest that is followed up by a kip up if he is able to perform one. Has been used more recently as a momentum changer, but can still be used offensively as well.

Forearms: Zyon’s favorite strike. One doesn’t pack too much power, but many in succession can get the opponent reeling.

Ranas: Any type of rana you can think of. Springboard, top rope, reverse, and using a rana to counter a move is not out of the question either.

Suplexes: No he is not a suplex artist, but he can dish them out. Quick less strength using snap suplexes are his favorite. Textbook vertical suplexes are cool too. German suplex with bridge is lovely too, as well as belly to belly. Zyon is capable of tiger, dragon, and full nelson suplexes but he usually doesn’t bust them out unless the opportunity arises.

Outside of ring dives: Zyon’s doesn’t wear a mask, but is capable of plancha’s that make lucha libre competitors blush. Corkscrews, suicide dives, flips all comes with the package. His favorite though is a simple dive over the top rope that mimics the Swanton’s motion, and ends with Zyon smacking the opponent with his shoulder blades/back.

Top rope moves/Springboards: Guillotine leg drops, moonsualts, flying headbutts, corkscrew attacks. Don’t forget the opponent can be standing as well, which would bring in Missile dropkicks, flying clotheslines, top rope cross body.

Slams: Textbook body slam and power slams are go in this category. Others are front slams and maybe an over the shoulder running powerslam, but that would only be done on cruisers. Guerilla presses are obviously out of the question, but tilt a whirls are not.

Dropkicks: Standing and basement two footed dropkicks are included. Others would be enziguri, low dropkick to knee, running corkscrew dropkick.

Elevated basement dropkick: With the opponent sitting in the corner, Zyon latches both hands on to the top rope, and lifts himself into the air. Zyon uses the momentum to swing backward gaining momentum before swinging forward and placing both feet into his opponent’s chest.

Breakers: Back breaker, knee breaker, and gut busters accompany this field. Be creative with chest and gut busters since Zyon like to soften up the front if possible to make the Final Flash more devastating. Tilt a whirls are in affect.

Knee to head: With his opponent slouching (standing) in the turnbuckle Zyon will sprint forward leap into the air and place both hands behind the opponent’s head while he simultaneously drives his knee into the opponent’s face.

Roughneck strikes/holds: Zyon is in no way a brawler, but because of his size he may have to resort to scrapping. So if he is in a bind he will use eye rakes, headbutts, chokes, pull the hair, and in worse case scenario a low blow. The fans usually don’t boo Zyon for these actions since they understand that the definition of face and heel doesn’t matter when you’re on the receiving end of an ass kicking.

Other strikes: Sharp kicks to the hamstrings, elbow smashes, closed fists. Low, middle, and high kicks. Roundhouse, spinning back, and leaping wheelbarrow kicks apply to Zyon.

Flash Kick: With his opponent doubled over, Zyon will perform a standing moonsault sending one of his feet into the opponent’s face. Guile’s flash kick from street fighter only without the wave the sometimes follows.

Submissions: Yes even Zyon knows a few submissions. ARM bar, Arm BAR, ARM BAR, arm bar. May also bust out a single legged crab cause god knows grabbing the other leg would be too much technical work for Zyon. He can do restholds like hammerlocks, chin locks, and head locks but he doesn’t like to rest if he doesn’t have too. If all else fails Zyon will find a limb and pull on it until he either hears his opponent tap out or until he hears a snap, crackle, and pop.

Rare Moves:

Imperfect Design: A sloppy crippler cross face that should only be busted out in submission matches or rules that apply submissions being the way to win.

Fallen Angel Legdrop: Ladder usage only. Climbs ladder almost all the way leaving a run or two open. The youth will then grab the top of the ladder and shoot himself over the ladder and drop down with a suicide leg drop. Not necessarily rare since it is a favorite, but it can only be used in ladder matches.

Final Hour: A spike cradle piledriver causing the opponent on impact to either crumble or bounce a couple inches off the ground. Used to be a finisher, but Zyon has evolved a little with his move set. When busted can easily win a match, but can also be kicked out of.

Sky Twister Press: Zyon starts off by facing the crowd. He then performs a moonsault while transitioning in the air into a 450 splash. Basically a crisp Phoenix splash performed with the users legs tugged in. Blitzkrieg’s WCW finisher if you need a resource.

Game Over: The RARE move that puts the opponent down. You get hit with this, and it should be over. Heavyweights are safe from this unless Zyon can some how get them on his back with help from the ropes or something. Anyway the move goes as followed. Zyon lifts his opponent into a reverse fireman’s carry position (Torture rack) and elevated his opponent with the hand that is closest to the head. He uses the other hand to spin his opponent; all while Zyon sits down driving his opponent head first into the mat. Basically a Burning Hammer except the opponent is spiked in front of the user not to the side.

Finishers:

Final Flash: A beautiful yet destructive Swanton Bomb on to the opponent. Zyon starts by obviously diving off the turnbuckle and when he is completely vertical he slowly starts to tilt downward like a vulture flying down on to its prey. Zyon lands shoulder plexes first instead of just flopping on to his back. The move is done to perfection and can be done on higher objects than the top turnbuckle. Still the primary finisher.

911 Aero Driver: Sheer drop pumphandle Juvi Driver. Zyon places the victims near arm in between their own legs. He then pulls his opponent’s wrist backward trapping it against their own knee. From there Zyon lifts using the trapped arm for leverage before spiking the opponent head first into the mat. The same thing as the 911 Juvi Driver.

Blitzkrieg Spike: 720 DDT. Springboard on to the ropes and while in the air Zyon turns and looks at the audience. He comes off the springboard with his back to the opponent before twisting back toward the victim. While in the air, Zyon hooks a front face lock and the moment causes both men to twirl into a 360 where Zyon drops the opponent with a spiked DDT. Not an ultra RARE move, but it is a finisher that doesn’t need to come out every match. Feel free to write Zyon screwing the move up as well since it is a difficult move to master. Same as Jody Fleish’s 720 DDT

Guest Goodear

Name: Goodear

Wrestler: Ejiro Fasaki

Nicknames: ‘Rule’

Hometown: Sarasota, Florida

Age: 27

Status: Face with heavy heelish tendancies think Eddie Guerrero during the 'Lie, Cheat, Steal' era without the mirth.

Height: 5' 10"

Ring Escort: As his sister is now out after getting headbutted by Toxxic, Ejiro comes to the ring alone

Weight: 223 pounds

Weapon: Memphis chain

Looks:

An American of Japanese descent, Ejiro wears his hair short but always seems to have a few loose strands falling in front of his eyes. More built than he ever was before, Ejiro has actually developed a decent physique in his time off. Finally going away from the Justice and Rule gear that he's been wearing for the last year, Ejiro now wears short yellow tights with a stylized black E with a red F superimposed over it. His boots have also changed shade to yellow and have the very special additions of M'FN TASSLES!

Entrance:

POPPOPPOPPOPPOPPOPPOPOPPOPPOP!

With the same machine gun pyrotechnics as before, Ejiro comes through the curtains wearing a sleaveless yellow robe with a black E and red F emblazened on the back. With the Crazy 88 theme music from Kill Bill now playing in the background, Ejiro jaunts to ringside with a power walk before getting in the ring. Basically ignoring the crowd entirely, Jerry will mess with the opponent almost immediately by either throwing his jacket at the guy or putting a finger in his face or something.

Statistics:

Strength: 4 – He is not going to win many tests of strength against any but the weakest of cruisers, but Ejiro has put on a bit of muscle and can at least slam someone over 300 pounds now.

Speed: 6 – Ejiro’s quick but he is not going to win a footrace against a normal cruiser weight, which is why his wrestling style depends on grounding an opponent for the majority of a match.

Vitality: 6 – Ejiro has a bad shoulder now but he can generally run for a long time without wearing down.

Charisma: 4 - Fasaki is a world class a-hole and was able to get fans to boo the hell out of him at a drop of a hat, but how well he’s able to translate it into getting cheered by the same crowds Is yet to be seen.

Style:

Ejiro will generally try to get his opponent on the mat and work them into position for the crossface by utilizing a number of different arm bars and such. When that fails, Ejiro commonly results to brawling in an attempt to keep his opponent off balance in order to catch them with the dragon whip. After that, well it might be time to hit them with a brick …

Signature moves:

KICK*WHAM*STUNNER

Bossman straddle followed by a punting kick to the face from the apron

‘Fasaki Fuser’ – a variation of the Rocker Dropper where Ejiro puts the leg over the shoulder rather than the head while dropping to the canvas

Belly-to-back suplex into a pinning bridge

Tornado single arm DDT

Top rope elbow drop

‘Screaming’ reverse spinning elbow

Memphis piledriver

Common Moves:

Spin wheel kick

Fujiwara armbar

Hammerlock body slam

Arm drag takeover (Ricky Steamboat deep style)

Enziguri

Snap suplex

Running elbow smash

Baseball slide to the outside

Knee drop

Hammer lock

Rare Moves:

Ejirocution – sliced bread #2 acid drop reverse DDT

Ejirocation – double arm piledriver

Finishers:

‘Cobra crossface’ – Now just a Crippler crossface, Ejiro dropped the cobra clutch portion of his hold because … well its easier to counter out of now and more drama = the goodness. But it still has the same gimmick name damn it.

Dragon whip – also known as that kick that Shelton Benjamin does when they toss his leg to one side and he just twirls around and kicks the guy in the head. Feel free to work in all the counters and such if you want or kick out… or whatever. I’m not that protective.

Notes:

Ejiro is mighty pissed at everyone at the moment until Melissa comes back from the grave. So against heels, he's going to be the raving madhouse that gets them back for all the nasty things they do to others... and the nasty one who does things to faces without prompting.

Smarks Board Name: Coffin Surfer

Wrestlers Name: Danny Williams

Nicknames:

Height: 5'11"

Weight: 275 lbs

Hometown: Louisville, Kentucky

Age: 22

Face/Heel: Face

Stable: None

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s):

Quote:

Taunt: Various flexes and an arm wind up for the Axe Bomber.

Looks: Barrel chested with a bulky compact build. Williams isn’t that rip anymore but he’s a lot more buff, kind of like a very young humanoid Scott Steiner. Shoulder length dark brown with long bangs dripping down in front of his eyes. Huge Biceps with Popeye like forearms that enable him to knock people out.

Wears: Black wrestling shorts, black kneepads, white wrist tape and boots. He also wears a black elbow pad on his right attacking arm

Ring Entrance: Edguy's "Babylon" blasts out of the loud speakers. The familiar melody catches the ears of the fans, who begin to religiously chant...

“Dan-e! Dan-e! Dan-e!”

The chant grows and grows but Williams is nowhere in sight. The moment Williams steps through the curtains, the crowd explodes into cheers. Ravenous fans mass at the guardrail, hoping to get a closer look at the now mythical wrestler who’s strength and agility is now the stuff of legend. Just by confidently walking the down the aisle, Williams has attracted the attention of hundreds of cameras. Since climbing through the ropes is far to easy, Williams enters the ring by athletically vaulting over the top rope.

Stats:

Strength: 7-Can Powerbomb most anybody...including Janus on a goodnight.

Speed: 4-More agile than fast.

Vitality: 8-Tough well conditioned athlete.

Charisma: 1-Actions speak louder than words.

Style: Elbow Fu!-Williams is one of the best strikers in the history of the fed. Outside of that he’s an agile strong guy.

Signature moves:

Powerbomb Pin

German Suplex Hold

Press Slam

Step Over Facelock

Rolling Elbow

Elbow Suicida

Diving Elbow-top or second rope

Common moves:

Stalling Vertical Suplex

Powerslam

Sleeperhold

Surfboard Stretch-elevated or normal

Running Elbow

Back Elbow

Dropkick

Mule Kick

Elbow Smashes-several variations, forearm smash is most common.

Elbow Drops-from various places

basics: Body Slam, Armdrag....etc.

Rare moves:

Top Rope Powerbomb

Finishers:

AXE BOMBER!-Hulk Hogan’s world famous finisher and Danny Williams’ newest one. Simply put, a twisted Lariat that hits with the forearm instead of the inside of the arm. Williams dives with it, usually connecting with the face/forehead area. Lugar used this during his WWF stay as well but Danny's is obviously a lot stiffer.

Notes: Williams is a gifted athlete with an uncanny combination of power and agility. If one needs a real life comparison, think of a smaller version of prime Steven Williams or Doug Furnas with a little less power and better looking dives. Wrestles more with his heart than his brain though that’s not to say he’s a goof who can’t use his wits when he needs to. It’s just Williams would rather out will an overwhelming opponent than break them down or trick them like a Bret Hart would. He’s a humble/heroic wrestler that won’t lower himself by attacking injuries and taking cheap shots. But if he’s repeatedly provoked, Williams won’t hesitate to give a punk heel a taste of his own medicine.

Height: 6'1

Weight: 220

Hometown: Hollywood, California

Age: 23

Face/Heel: Arrogant, Cocky, Full of hate, wants to hurt everybody cause he was screwed over TWEENER. Leans more towards face cause of his feud with heels.

Stable: None.

Tag Partner: None.

Ring Escort: None.

Weapon(s): Anything he can get his little hands on.

Quote: "Hollywood = Ratings."

Looks: Caucasian. Medium build. Has dirty blonde hair, with red and black highlights through it. Wears yellow and black shorts that reach the edge of his boots when wrestling. Has his wrist and hands wrapped in white tape with a black X drawn over the back of each wrist. Wear’s a yellow and black sleeveless leather jacket to the ring, with a hood hanging over his head. Wears shin high black boots, with his right knee heavily taped up and a black “sXe” tank top to the ring. Looks wise, it's a mix between AJ Styles, CM Punk, and Jimmy Rave.

Ring Entrance:

When every light in the arena goes to full power as the Smarktron whites out. For a moment the only sound is that of a needle scratching over vinyl...

And then *BAM*

The crashing guitars of Lamb of God’s “Black Label” send a bolt through the crowd. The drumming sends a jolt throughout the arena, as the pace of the intro begins to pick up. Finally…

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH”

The high-pitched scream of Randy Blythe breaks through the speakers as the bright white lights begin flashing at the entranceway. As the scream hits the crowd, Spike walks out wearing a black hoodie on, the hood covering most of his face. Spike drops down to one knee, leaving one arm to hang to the ground, while the other is firmly placed on his knee. After a few moments, Spike raises both arms into an “X”, symbolizing his Straight Edge life style. Spike rises to his feet and begins to make his way down the isle towards the ring.

[Funyon stuff]

Spike makes his way completely around the ring and rolls underneath the bottom rope. He continues rolling until he hits dead center in the middle of the ring. Spike rises to one knee and resumes the position he was in at the top of the entranceway. One arm hanging to the ground, the other placed on his knee. Finally, Spike rises to his feet. He quickly peels off the hood, releasing his blonde, dyed hair free. He puts his arms together, forming an “X” across his chest, again promoting his Straight Edge life style.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 4 (Has trouble picking up anything more than 250 lbs. His strength doesn’t come into play unless he is in the ring with a cruiserweight.)

Speed: 5 (Was a lot faster during his JL days and early WF run, but the adding of muscle mass and his knee injury that left him out for 3 months has made him slower. Can outrun heavyweights, but is still slower then most cruisers.)

Vitality: 4 (Now that he has gone Straight Edge, his conditioning has improved. Able to take a beating, but will stay down from a finishing move.)

Charisma: 7 (The fans love him with his laid back style as a face, but hate him when he is a cocky heel.)

Style: Works the U.S. Independent Cruiser Style. A lot of head and neck work. He also has a martial arts background, which allows him to use his martial arts kicks.

Signature moves:

1. Lariat (His big time Strike. If you've seen any ROH, think to basically Homicide's Lariat. )

2. “The Minor Threat”

- Spike holds his opponent in a “Rock Bottom” position, but drops down to his knees. This drives his opponent’s throat into Spike’s shoulder.

3. Yakuza Kick (Right up there with the Lariat.)

4. Roaring Elbow (Used mostly out of cockiness, but it should knock people down. Mostly cruisers. He packs a nice shot behind this.)

5. “The Strong Island Stretch”

- Alex Shelly’s “Border City Stretch”/A Crippler Crossface, but with the opponents arm trapped behind the neck of Jenkins.

6. “Dangerous Wizard”

- “Shining Apprentice”/Shining wizard but with a kick to the back of the head instead of a knee

7. “Phantom Neckbreaker”

- Hurricane Helm’s “Running Neckbreaker”/Spike runs up from behind opponent, locks his arms around their head and drops down with a neckbreaker.

Common moves:

1. STO

- Used to change the momentum of the match. A quick, out of nowhere counter.

2. Low Ki's 2 Kick Combo + Knock Out Kick to Face

- Opponent is standing on knees. Spike kicks them twice in the chest, backs away, and hits a final shot to the face. I’ve used this move in every match since my JL days, you’re damn right it’s a common move.

4. “The Last Dance”

- Superkick

5. Hot Shot onto top rope

6. Soccer Tackle

- Instead of having it used to set a move up, like by Toxxic; Spike uses it as a defensive maneuver. Used to slow down faster cruiserweights or to take big men down.

7. Open palm uppercuts to jaw or throat/Shotei’s.

Rare moves:

"Super Ego Trip"

- "Destiny Hammer"/Diving Enzu Knee/Spike's version of Tom Flesher's Ego Trip. Ever since losing the Cruiserweight title to Flesher (who used the Ego Trip to beat Spike), Spike has decided to start using his version of the move to gain the attention of The Superior One. With the opponent crouched over, Spike comes off the top rope with a diving knee to the back of the head/neck.

“The Ratings Grabber”

- Rob Van Dam’s “Five Star Frog Splash”/ Old SJL finisher. Will bust it out on special occasions every now and then. We all know what it is.

“The Highlighter”

- The Rock’s “Rock Bottom”/ Old SJL Finisher. Will bust it out on special occasions every now and then. We all know what it is.

“I Just Broke Your Neck”

- Opponent is put in a powerbomb position, but with his arms double underhooked (Tiger Driver). They gets flipped up, but HSJ turns to his side in mid-air, having his opponent in a reverse DVD position, and drops them down in a Burning Hammer. Very Rare.

Finishers:

“The Ratings Crash”

- AJ Styles “Styles Clash”/ Can only be used against Cruiserweights, or small heavyweights. Spike lifts the opponent up from a standing head scissors, holding him upside down. Spike places his legs over the opponents hanging arms and drops down, driving his opponent face first into the mat. Spike then rolls over, and holds his opponent down with a sunset flip-esq pin.

“The Silver Lining”

- “Dragon Clutch”/With the opponent lying on their stomach, Spike sits on their lower back. He wraps his right arm around their throat, then locks his left arm over his opponents left arm and pulls back with a Dragon Sleeper. Usually set up with the “Clean Living”.

“Clean Living”

- “Roll the Dice”/Reverse Front Face Lock Swinging Neckbreaker/Formerly the “Roll the Joint”

Smarks Board Name: jwpeer

Wrestlers Name: Marcus "The Mastermind" Ward

Height: 6'1”

Weight: 249 lbs

Hometown: Bavaria (Really: Cincinatti, OH )

Age: 24

Face/Heel: Controlling, Arrogant Heel

Stable: None

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): Likes to set up spot with the steel steps, and execute his impact maneuvers off of them.

Quote: “I'm in total control”

Looks: Stands very stiff, showing off his confident with a stuck out chest and a consistently smug look on his face. Light sandy brown hair is cropped short, but always carefully combed and neatly arranged. Outside of matches he wears loose fitting stylish clothes in grays, usually a suit jacket and dress pants but never a tie.

He has a very stocky build, especially in the legs, with broad shoulders and a low center of gravity.

Ring attire consists of full-leg tights in a steel-gray, and low-heeled black boots that come to the calf. The right leg of his tights have a pyramid(in a dark, smoky yellow) with the All-seeing eye (In a pale steel-pink shade) symbol placed just above the knee. He wrestles bare-chested with no accessories (Occasionally he will come out with taped hands/wrists for more important matches/hardcore). A filled triangle is painted on around his left eye, often in the same yellow as his tights, though it can vary from match to match.

Ring Entrance: Suddenly some jazzy hip-hop music starts filling the arena...The song "Mastermind" by NYC rapper Nas begins playing.

"Uh-Uh"

"Uh-uh"

"Uh-uh"

"A Mastermind - sees it coming before it comes"

A man wrapped in a gold sequinned cloak walks out of the entranceway.

"A mastermind - before he go to war he counts his one"

The cloaked man lifts a single finger in the air.

"A mastermind - everything planned out perfect, in case y'all niggaz got to get murdered."

Marcus Ward reveals himself as that line is playing, lifting his head up so he can tap finger to forehead as is his signature taunt...and then begins to make his stroll to the ring.

"A mastermind - sleeps at night, real easy"

Marcus lets his cocky smirk come to his face.

"A mastermind - cause everything he does is by the book"

"A mastermind - never do a thing irrational, lives forever, these tales are classical."

(Generally in between each verse Ward will do something suitably amusing)

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 7 – Powerful man with incredible lower body strength and excellent leverage for his size.

Speed: 3 – Fairly agile, will even take to the air on occasion . Is more of a quick thinker/reactor than a speedster however.

Vitality: 5 – Average cardio, but excellent pain threshold and good recovery. Has poor knees, so hates leg submissions, and will land on his back/side/face before landing on his feet. (Will only take leg/knee bumps RARELY)

Charisma: 5 - Has a powerful voice and knows how to use it. Talented at getting people to love to hate him

Style: Marcus wrestles with power, and with purpose. He uses his head when he wrestles, always expecting to be one step ahead of his competitors. He combines excellent lower body strength with a broad array of skills, though he tends to prefer momentum-based power moves. He doesn't cheat often, preferring to prove he controls his opponent, but when he does he always wins, usually following up a low blow with Total Control.

Against most opponents he’ll wear them down early with forearm/elbow strikes, knees, and shoulder thrusts. He’ll try and play defensive early, with restholds, arm and leg takedowns to slow the opponent down until he gets his opening. Once he feels he’s in control, he’ll get his opponent into the ropes, either off an irish whip or pushing them off a headlock. From there it's all about stringing together some high-impact moves and locking in Total Control.

Larger opponents that don’t like to move a lot can be tricky for Marcus, and he’ll usually adapt a more technical style with drop toeholds and leg work, using some of his limited matwork skills to negate any height/size advantage they might have on him.

Ward is exceptionally good at transition moves and counters, especially off of aerial and leaping attacks of all kinds. Many of his matches end after a failed high-risk maneuver by his opponent turns into one of his many high-impact moves.

He is extremely flexible in match types, flashing a small amount of mat and aerial work as well, but he’s not strong enough in either of those to really stand up to an expert. Marcus is a poor straight-up brawler, preferring to bait his opponent into a risky move which he counters into something high-impact.

Signature moves:

Spinebuster

Full-nelson Suplex (Occasionally bridges It for a pin)

Guillotine Garrotte Special (Tilt-a-whirl into an inverted spine-buster that lands the victims neck right on the ropes)

Double Knee to the Back (Opponent on their stomach, runs off the ropes and does a drop double knee into their lower back)

Bearhug into a Belly-to-Belly Suplex

Triple Back-breaker into an Outside toss (Three Back-breakers, a pause, then he tosses his opponent over the top rope. Then time to play to the crowd cocky style)

Lung Basher (Grips with both hands right under the ribs of his opponent, lifts the victim up into the air and drives his head into their sternum. Usually several headbutts, sometimes will drop them onto his knee at the end)

Majestic Twist (Will get his opponents leg caught between the top and middle rope, usually while the referee is distracted and start beating on it. Will usually finish with a leaping axehandle or elbow from the second turnbuckle.)

Common moves:

Face Slaps

Elbow Strikes

Forearm Strikes

Shoulder Thrusts

Knee Strikes

Headbutt

Bear Hug

Backbreaker + variations

Irish Whip/Pushing opponent into the ropes

Running Forearm/Knee Lift

Powerslam (uses any variations of it)

Belly-to-Belly Suplex + variations

Tilt-a-Whirl Anything (Whatever the situation calls for, Spinebuster, Backbreaker, side slam, powerbomb, powerslam, piledriver he does them all, whenever he can.)

Drop Toehold

Shin breaker

Chop Block to the knee

Strikes to the knee

Knee wrench

Armbar takedown

Sleeper hold

Flying Forearm/Knee

Rare moves:

Bavarian Bomber (Lifts his opponent for a powerbomb, near the ropes, executes it on the ropes for a spring effect, then grabs the victim from the air and spins into a spinebuster onto the mat.)

Psycho Ward – Opponent is sitting on the top rope, Ward is standing on the second rope. Does an exploder powerslam off the ropes with as much height/distance as possible.

Finishers:

Total Control (Torture Rack Submission) – Marcus can and will hook it up from any position, at any time, what may look like is going to be a simple tilt-a-whirl backbreaker may become a sure submission. (Great for reversal spots and counters, but once he gets it locked in, it's meant to stick, as there's really nowhere for you to go)

Conspiracy Crash/Collapse (Press Spinebuster. Lifts them up in a body press, drops them on his shoulder and slams them spinebuster style.) – Extremely high impact move he'll use on most opponents up to about 280 pounds. Above that he'll try and get them up into Total Control, or stick to leg work.

Bavarian Bone Breaker (Crucifix Kneebar) - This is his alternate finisher for someone too large for him to get up into Total Control or to exploit an opponent's leg injury.

Notes: NO PUNCHING. Please? He has a good list of every other type of strike he'd use (feel free to add). In general though, he's GOING to avoid a strike fight/brawl. It's just not his strength, and is in fact one of his weaker points.

Marcus Ward fights like he’s always in control, and tries to sell himself as if he always knows what’s going on. Every event in a match, to him, is a part of his master plan. He will adapt to most styles, but tends to shy away from straight-up brawling when possible. Most of his moves tend to focus on the back, and he has few if any actual head/neck bumps. That is planned as he doesn’t really focus on the face/head, most of his strikes should also be body shots or leg shots. Has bad knees and sells leg/knee shots heavy, and hates taking leg submissions.

(EDIT: Just cleaned some things up)

Weight: 235 lbs

Hometown: Harrisburg, NC

Age: 21

Face/Heel: Tweener. Leans more towards face, but goes either way at different times

Stable: None

Ring Escort: None

Weapon(s): Not much of a weapons persn

Quote: "You're on the top of my hitlist!"

Looks: Backstage and during his entrance, he wears a Paul London type jacket, white with blue lightning bolts. It says "Hitlist" in Blue on the outside of his jacket.He has black hair, and is rather cut. He's got brown eyes. Here's a help pic to base on:

In the ring, he just takes off the jacket. Underneath the jacket is short, white tights, with lightning bolts going down either side, and the words "Hitlist" written in blue across his BUTT. Here's a help pic of him doing a backflip:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v205/bobsmithers/nick5.jpg

Ring Entrance: Starts on top of the titantron, holding onto a bungie cord. He jumps off of the titantron, and goes down towards the ring that way.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 4

Speed: 7

Vitality: 4

Charisma: 5

Style: A mix between a mat technician and luchador. Extremely technical, but always uses luchador moves. VERY unique, considering that he's a heavyweight. Not as luchadore as Rey Mysterio. Uses the ropes a LOT during matches. Not necessarily for throwing them into, but for springboarding off of. The ropes plays a BIG part in his strategy in the ring.

Signature moves: Triple DDT

Cross Body

Super Kick

Moonsault

450 Splash

Lionsault

Anything from the springboard

Spinning Spinebuster (like the one that HHH does)

Yebeishi Drop

Complete Shot

Common moves: Scoop Slam

Spinning Wheel Kick

Chop battles

Hip Toss

Arm Drag

Clothesline

Back drop

Suplex

DDT

Running Neckbreaker

Running DDT

Dropkick to Knee (while opponent is standing)

Angry Stomp

10 Punches

Paul London Dropkick

Rare moves: Powerbomb

Powerslam

STO

Low Blow (when ref isn't looking or DQ is off)

STF

Finishers: The 180 Elbow (An elbow drop to the throat off of the springboard after doing a 180 degrees spin) -Primary Finisher-

Hitplant (Gets them in the postion to do a backslide pin, only standing up. He then twists around with them, driving their face into the ground)

Notes: He comes across as very arrogant, but humble. The main thing to remember about this guy is that he's EXTREMELY vengeful. He's the kind of guy who always gets the last shot or word in, no matter what the cost. He's also vary gutsy, often attacking people that he knows are above his level, simply for the fact that pain isn't a fear factor to him. He's got a very unique style in the ring, having a powerful luchador and matt technician all in one. He knows Jujitsu, the grappling martial art, and this also helps him fight.

Bio: Nick doesn't have a whole lot of background info. He graduated at the top of his class in his training course, which is why he managed to get to SWF so young. Other than that, he's just a new wrestler ready to enter the world of professional wrestling, with no previous wrestling background from parents or any other family or friends.

NEW NOTES BELOW. CHECK THEM. THEY MIGHT CLEAR UP CONFUSION.

Smarks Board Name: The Amazing Rando

Wrestlers Name: Devon Walters

Nicknames: None, but who knows what someone could come up with.

Height: 7’3”

Weight: 335 lbs.

Hometown: None. See bio.

Age: 32

Face/Heel: The Epitome of Tweener. See bio.

Ring Escort: Matthew Walters. See below.

Weapon(s): Anything, but only when necessary. See bio.

Quote: “If you don’t like it…well, that’s karma.”

Looks: Devon Walters is a giant, and comes to the ring in simple leg-length tights. Usually black. He does not where leather (see bio) and his cold black hair hangs behind his head in a ponytail. He rarely has a smile or a frown, and is mostly stoic. His walk is determined and demanding, yet peaceful. He wears simple non-leather boots.

Ring Entrance: The lights dim to near darkness and a lone spotlight strikes the stage as Matthew Walters appears from behind the curtain and Devon follows behind. No music plays at all as the duo walks to the ring, only the sounds of the crowd and Funyon can be heard...(and the announcers for those watching at home ;) )

“Ladies and Gentlemen…coming to the ring at this time…being accompanied by Matthew Walters…weighing in at three hundred and thirty five pounds…. DEVON WALTERS!”

The expressions on the faces of the two men don’t change as Devon climbs the ring steps and enters the ring while Matthew takes his place at the same corner, his eyes always on his younger brother. Devon takes a stance either facing the opponent or the entrance, depending on when he comes to the ring.

Stats:

¯¯¯¯¯

Strength: 8 - He can throw people around, especially those under 275.

Speed: 3 - Ever see Nash pre-knee surgeries? Can show bursts of speed at times, but is mainly slow and determined in his movements. The more he feels he is gaining the advantage, the faster he seems to move.

Vitality: 7 - Can take quite the beating and does not go down easily because of his training and his ideals.

Charisma: 2 - Usually his brother talks for him, but Devon can say a few words here and there. Sometimes likes to talk toward his opponent, brother, referee, etc during matches.

Style: Devon’s style starts out from the moment the bell rings. If Devon has reason to attack first, he will, usually stemming from some sort of provocation (see bio). If not, he will wait until his opponent attacks before he returns fire. Heavy fire. Devon can be somewhat reluctant with his movements and will not always go for the most obvious move in a situation, which can sometimes lead to mistakes on his part. If things really start to falter for him, he may go to his older brother for advice. Usually his brother’s advice works, but going to him can lead to other problems, such as blindside attacks. Should such a thing occur, well, that’s where the karma can kick in (see bio). Devon is a powerhouse wrestler, but will never collar-and-elbow tie up. He would rather come at you with punches, forearms, chops, or any other form of hard strike than to try and out wrestle someone, especially when you get into the more technical guys of the WF. Devon is not a mat worker, but is capable of generic sleeper holds and various wristlocks. That’s about it. Mostly it’s all about pounding the living daylights out of people.

Signature moves:

Moksha Breaker I – Suplex-to-Gut Buster.

Moksha Breaker II – Reverse Suplex-to-Shoulder Breaker

Intervention I (known usually without the “I” …see rare moves) – Devon will throw an opponent into the corner and then follow in, pounding the shit out of the opponent Vader-style until the referee tells him to back away. Usually the victim will stumble out of the corner and possibly into either Moksha Breaker variant.

Payback – After throwing an opponent to the ropes, Devon will catch them ala a 3D set-up and carry them toward the corner, dropping them face-first into the buckle with a stun gun.

Consequence – Deadly Yakuza Kick. Can finish matches rarely or gain pinfalls in longer multi-fall matches.

The Call of Kali – Devon will let out an oddly primal scream before throwing an opponent over his head with a dragon suplex. Can bridge into pin, but usually it is released (like 90% of the time)

The Conversion – Slingshot Suplex-into-Hard Sitout Bodyslam.

“Out of Luck” – Devon’s only submission move, the Canadian Backbreaker. Almost a rare move, though it can prove to be someone’s downfall if the situation is right.

Bliss – The Jackhammer. Not Goldberg powerful, actually, but it is very possible it could score a pinfall similar to the Consequence. Done on the outside or onto a weapon, and it is more apt to end the match.

Nirvana – The Clothesline From Hell. If the Yakuza won’t do it, maybe this will. A sadistic clothesline that can be hit from almost out of nowhere. Similar to Bliss and Consequence with it’s pinfall chances.

Left Hanging – not so much a move with an actual name, but to teach an opponent a lesson Devon will catch them off the ropes similar to the Payback, but will instead fall forward and dump them over the top rope, catching them by wrapping his arms around their ankles and holding them there , causing their bodies to bend at the knees and hang over the top rope and dangle toward the floor. Since the move is technically in the ropes, he should be required to break it, but the break would send the opponent crashing down head-first to the floor. After a few moments, Devon will simply pull the opponent’s body back over the top rope and then pull back HARD from the ropes, causing the back of the opponent’s head to strike the canvas as he slams them down. Note: The grip Devon has on this hold makes it nearly impossible for the opponent to pull himself back up, and he would probably drag them back into the ring for the throw down before they even had a chance to get up.

Common moves:

One Handed Choke Throw Back To Corner or Ropes

Reverse Suplex

HARD Right Hands

Flying Taker-style Lariat

Knee To The Face (in any situation)

Backdrop Suplex

Backbreaker

DDTs (specialty DDT is the catch-off-the-ropes variation)

Lifting STO

Spinebuster

Curb Stomp (if the situation calls for it)

Brainbuster

Two Handed Choke Toss (usually out of a corner)

European Uppercuts

Powerslam

Elbow To The Face (in any situation)

Powerful Kicks

Rare moves:

Deva’s Fire – Devon will lift the opponent into a military press position, except with his right hand around their throat. He will then throw the lower body over and swing the body around into a chokeslam on the opponent. Usually when throwing the lower body it causes a great downswing into the final slam.

Intervention II – Same as Intervention I but instead of going into the Moksha Breaker, Devon will lift the opponent up into a powerbomb and then throw them VICIOUSLY into the turnbuckle back-first. This can cause serious injury.

Finishers:

Karma – The F5. Please try not to kick out of this move, as the karma thing goes with everything the character believes in. He feels that if this is hit it’s over, and does it more as an affirmation than as a finale, unless the situation calls for him to deliver some extra justice on the way to a victory or balance. If you want to kick out of something, use one of the lesser powered sig moves listed above. There are enough of them that I think it could create decent drama for any TV match. If it’s PPV…PM me first.

Enlightenment – Fisherman’s Driver. Devon hooks into a fisherman’s suplex but lifts and falls down into a piledriver. Can also jump with this move if needed.

Notes: I spoke before about ethic, and here it is. Devon Walters and his brother are both converted hinduists. Though American, they were converted to hindu while in prison (see bio). As I said, Devon will NOT attack first unless he feels provoked by an earlier situation. This is KARMA, and is what Devon has come to the SWF to keep in balance. This is why he is a tweener. He will mess with nearly anyone that crosses his path and disrupts the balance of karma. He will not go crazy if you eat meat or wear leather in front of him unless you use it as a manner of putting him down or joking on him. That is when you have done something wrong and must be dealt with accordingly. He is not preachy, only just and fair. If you do something to warrant a beating, he will give you one.

NEW: Both Devon and Matthew are...not exactly the best representatives of the hindu religion or it's practices. They have their heart in the right place, but neither quite pulls it off. Devon wants to wrestle, and deep down wants to win, and won't settle on just walking out when things are just fine and dandy in karma land. He is a giant, and he knows it. He knows what he is capable of and uses it to his full advantage.

Matthew, on the other hand, is just a prick. He uses the teachings he learned in jail as a crutch for the actions of him and his brother, even though he really doesn't mean to. He gets violent or extremely vocal toward people and then claims that unprovoked violence is wrong. He is a hypocrite of high order, though again, it's not like he's TRYING to be a hypocrite. He feels what he is doing is what his teachings tell him to do, and though most times they aren't even close to the correct actions - they feel that they are doing what is right.

As far as what Godrea said about the "time limit draw" match idea...Matthew would eventually urge his brother to attack, and then try and justify it after the fact. Maybe even through brotherly harm. (i.e. Devon attacks first, thereby being the provokee, and thus Matthew must attack him afterwards to keep the balance in his twisted head).

Remember, they are both convicted of drunken assualt, and so while their hearts may be in exactly the right place, their brains...and their actions...don't always create the most perfect karmic scenarios.

Bio: Almost fifteen years ago, Devon and Matthew Walters were minding there own business in a bar after an indy show where they had wrestled (at the ages of 18 and 20 accordingly) where a drunken fight left one man paralyzed and another seriously injured and near death. The brothers were placed in prison for the assault and have only recently gotten out. The fight left Devon reluctant to ever wrestle or fight again, but he knows that it is his calling and will continue on for he has not much left in his life. Their parents disowned them, and left them basically homeless. They travel in a junker vehicle and use the money they make to live off of, and donate the rest to charity. They take as little as they need to survive. His brother is his guiding force, and helps keep him on track even when things go bad, the same thing he has done while they were in prison. The hindu conversion came after they had only been in prison a few years, and has changed the way they look at the world. They do not want to become untouchable as they feel they were on the road to, and have set to right the paths of as many people as they can. They hope to do just that in the SWF.

----

Manager: Matthew Walters

Height: 6’9”

Weight: 270 lbs.

Looks: Similar to his younger brother, but he wears a suit and has shorter (think Christian) blonde hair. A very stoic man in his manner, but can speak his mind and beat the shit out of you at the same time. Apparently he was the one that caused the paralysis.

Strength: 6 - Strong, but not as strong as his bigger younger brother.

Speed: 3 - Similiar speed to his brother, even though he is of smaller size.

Vitality: 6 - Hard to keep down.

Charisma: 5 - Does 99% of Devon's talking during promos/interviews.

Finishers:

The Call of Kali – Dragon Suplex. Taught to Devon, but oddly more powerful when done by Matthew. Can snap the move with great force.

Good Night’s Sleep – Surfboard Dragon Sleeper. Matthew can play the technical game, and does so with this submission. (Recently done on Velocity during Regal vs. Benoit)

Notes: Matthew can wrestle his ass off, and is actually a little better than Devon, but Matthew is content sitting on the sidelines, helping his brother overcome the mental obstacles in front of him on his path to righteousness. It is hard to try and catch Matthew off guard, as he will just beat you down just like his brother to keep karma balanced. Matthew does all the talking for his brother as well during interviews.

Both men are huge, and were once a tag team before the prison sentence. Matthew gave up wrestling while in prison because the consequences of his actions left another man unable to ever walk again and left others with long term hospital stays. However, he is still capable of it and enjoys watching his younger brother in the ring.

The Eternal Way - The two brothers also have a tag finisher, which is a combination of the Call of the Kali (Matthew’s Dragon Suplex) and the Consequence (Devon’s Yakuza Kick) that is done similar to WGTT’s “Star Spangled Blaster” …This is quite rare but possible if a situation has a large brawl occurring with both brothers involved. (Note: I'm not counting on it any time soon, but I'm putting this here anyway).

- Single or Double Handed Choke Toss, depending on opponent’s weight

- Clothesline

- Leg Drop

- Elbow Drop

- Cheating Moves (Low Blows, Eye Pokes, Etc.)

Rare moves:

- Chokeslam

- Frogsplash

- Collapse Piledriver

- Top Rope Leg Drop

Finishers:

- Crimson Splash (A top rope splash that sends 285 pounds of flesh falling on you. This is his main finisher, allowing that he can put you down for long enough to climb the turnbuckles.)

- Pop Your Skull! (An intense choke hold, named such for the way it looks like your skull is about to pop out. This is easily broken just like any other choke hold, but he’ll defiantly take advantage of it if he ever has a chance.)

Notes: He’s a super villain. While he takes himself seriously enough, it’s hard to believe that the rest of the world could ever.

Edit Feb 20 - Profile for Wayne Blank added

~~~~~~~~~
Smarks Board Name: Bruce Blank
Wrestlers Name: Bruce Blank
Nicknames: "King of Pain", "Trailerpark Messiah"
Height: 6’7’’
Weight: 295
Hometown: Mobile Alabama, specifically the “Dirty Tornado Trailer Park”
Age: 33 (almost 34)
Face/Heel: Heel, dirty, rotten, cheating bastard with few redeeming qualities.
Stable: None
Ring Escort: Not at the moment
Weapon(s): Preferred weapon - Barbwire bat (or anything else wrapped in barbwire) also Lead pipe, brass knucks, handful of salt, chain – old school cheatin’
Quote: Why take the long road when you can take a short cut?
Looks: Bruce is a redneck, in fact he’s white trash dressed up as a red neck. He’s got the build of a Road Warrior Animal (Younger version, less gut) – he’s strong, he’s big but he also likes the food and beer so he isn’t “cut” but he’s got the body and demeanour of a power lifter.
He’s got a dirty black mullet that looks like it’s only washed twice a year – Christmas and his on Willie Nelson’s birthday. Always looking a little unshaved and unkempt in general. Hairy chest, shoulders and forearms (not so much back) Lately he's taken to wearing a football jersey from the University of Alabama's "Crimson Tide" with "Bruce Blank" across the back while wrestling - this is mainly to cover up some of his scars and burns from some brutal battles in the Ultraviolent division.
In the ring he’s got his hands and forearms heavily taped up half way up his forearms that he’s not above using to cheat. He’s got cowboy boots on which in a pinch comes in handy as a weapon, but also keeps him from really climbing the ropes due to the semi-slippery soles. Another recent addition is that of a heavy metallic knee brace on his right knee - he doesn't need it as he faked a knee injury to get the doctor's note on it. He uses it to cheat when he feels like it and also fakes the knee injury now and again just to mock opponents / fans (and it works they hate it)
Also a faded blue jeans, torn at the knee, with blood stains all over it as a testament to the brutal, bloody brawls he's been in. Jeans also have the advantage of pockets to hide all sorts of fun stuff in. After having his confedrate flag belt backfire on him in a match with TORU he's switched to a leather belt with a big buckle that can come in handy for cheating.
Outside the ring he tends to go for T-shirts, sleeveless shirts – that kind of thing you know hasn't been that expensive. With his success in the Ultraviolent division Bruce has adopted the "King of Pain" Nickname and even fashioned his own crown - Bruce style. It's a brand new black cowboy had with golden (well gold painted) barbwire wrapped around it with the strands bend up into points like a traditional crown.
Ring Entrance:
Music “Don’t ask me no questions” by Lynyrd Skynyrd (greatest band of all times – Hail Skynyrd)
Bruce tends to take his time walking to the ring, flexing his muscles – yelling at the fans, sometimes stopping to talk trash or tear up a sign. May even have a hot dog and a beer if the opportunity is there.
Traditional FAN Chant: WHITEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE TRASH!! WHITEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE TRASH!!
Stats:
¯¯¯¯¯
Strength: 9
Speed: 3
Vitality: 5
Charisma: 3
Style: Bruce is an old school Southern Brawler – that’s what he done seen on TV that’s what he knows in the ring. He’ll usually take some punishment as long as it gives him a chance to dish more out, if he needs to cheat to get that chance – he will, boy howdy will he ever.
He just wants to win, he’s not looking for points on style or match length, he’ll go out there and try to muscle you down. If at some point during the match one of the participants is busted open it tends to send Bruce into the dark corners of depravity and he just wants to see more blood, more carnage.
of course if the match is a Hardcore he's looking for blood and carnage right out of the shute.
Now Bruce ain’t your brightest bulb, nor has he really been exposed to much other than Southern wrestling from the good old days and the watered down WWE products he sees on TV (he thinks they’re pansies by the way) – the combination of the two means that he’ll be confuckled by this here newfangled Mexican and Japanese jumpin’ bumpin’ style
He’ll probably not adapt to the style very well until he’s had 4-5 matches against cruiserweights, until then it’ll confuse him more than any other style.
But when in doubt he’ll try to do the old “Ground and pound” on them, even though he’s slower – a game of cat and mouse to be enjoyed by all (except whomever loses)
Shooters – bring them on, he can take pain, he can dish it out hopefully
Mat wrestlers – erm... this may be more of a problem, he’s not that quick, nor that agile so a ground wrestler may have the advantage – except if they go for a finisher on his arms. Huge hamhocks can resist more punishment than his legs.
Hope that’s sufficient
Signature moves:
1) Gorilla Press: Cruiserweights & lighter heavyweights get 10 reps to show off his power before he drops them or tosses them. Heavyweights are just dropped unceremoniously. Sometimes drops opponent throat or stomach first across the top ring rope
Bruce has a sadistic tendency to try and toss Cruiserweights out of the ring and into the crowd whenever he can.
2) Clothesline – one of the few moves he goes off his feet for, flying clothesline on an opponent that’s worn down.
3) Power Slams – either off Irish whip or to counter a running attack, these have a lot of “mustard” behind them, a true “signature” move
4) Big Boot – more of running/walking big boot to the head than Hogan’s “Standing Still” one, the added force of his cowboy boot tends to make this a very effective move.
5) Tree of Woe – Hangs opponents upside down in the corner and then stomps a mud hole in them
6) Inverted Atomic Drop – when he sees the opportunity he’ll add an extra “nut shot” to the opponent as he lifts him in the air (only if he can shield it from the referee)
7) Fists of Fury – Opponent on the ground, starts off as a standing head vice but is turned into a series of clubbing blows with Bruce’s right arm as his left hand holds the hair of the opponent – can at times develop into a berserker rage (very rare)
8) Backdrop & punch combo – Lighter opponents are thrown up into the air with a backdrop and then punched hard in the gut as they drop down face first to the mat.
9) Super-Plex – Bruce on the second rope, opponent suplexed off the top. One of the few moves he does off the ropes. Would never EVER go up to the top rope to try the move
10) Turnbuckle Power Bomb – starts out as a regular power bomb but opponent is dropped head and neck first onto the turnbuckle (very heavy opponents may only reach 2nd rope turnbuckle but still)
Common moves:
1) Forearm blows – Big clubbing forearms, to the chest, to the head, the neck or the back, he’ll dish them out
2) Elbow smashes in the corner
3) Fist drop – opponent down, drops and lands a blow to the head of an opponent
4) Suplex
5) Running Shoulder block – he coulda’ played for the NFL with that one
6) Eye gouge
7) Back rake
8) Shoulder thrusts into the corner.
9) Shoulder breaker
10) Clotheslines – he always seems to accelerate just a little bit when he hits a clothesline, as if he’s aiming for a spot 5 inches behind the opponent’s head.
11) Punches
12) Kicks – mud hole stompin’
13) Leg drop
14) Backdrop
15) Rubbing opponents face against top rope (Eyes)
16) Side Russian Leg Sweep – that old classic. Bruce stands to the right of the opponent, wraps his left arm around opponents head, left leg around opponents leg and then snaps back driving opponents head into the mat.
17) Leg clip from behind
18) 10 head smashes into corner.
19) Choke
20) Short-Arm Clothesline
Rare moves:
1) Power Bomb over the balcony/edge/window - if pressed Bruce is not above sending opponents over the side of whatever he can find.
2) The Trailerpark Tornado – Dust off the old Garvin stomp babeee!! For those that do not know this glorious move it goes as this.
Opponent is on the ground, on his back. Bruce starts off by stomping on opponents right shoulder, then in a swift motion jumps forward a little and stomps on the opponents right arm, then the right side of the chests, then the right thigh, the right shin, the right foot – then working in reverse up the left side until he finishes off with a might big stomp to the side of the opponents face.
It ain’t seen much these days – so I’m dusting it off.
3) Drop Kick counter & Slingshot – Done as a reversal to a drop kick, catches opponent in the air by the legs, holds them in the initial position for a Boston Crab, then lets his body fall backwards catapulting the opponent up and over Bruce’s body face first into the turnbuckle.
4) Triple Power Bomb – after power bombing someone once he lifts him back up and does it two more times – rarely used as it usually takes a lot of energy out of Bruce unless it’s a very light cruiserweight opponent.
5) Occasionally tries a move he’s been exposed to in a previous match, doesn’t always work – use it as you see fit.
Finishers:
The Blank Bomb: lifts up opponent in Suplex position and stalls with opponent upside down – pauses varies due to weight, lateness in match etc – then drops opponent down into a sit down power bomb position that leads to a pin attempt at least
This move can be executed on most guys except super heavyweights (up to around his own weight probably) – he’s that kind of strong.
“Sweet Home Alabama” - Running Power Bomb (Homage to Skynyrd): As the name suggests, Bruce has an opponent up in a power bomb position, runs from one corner in a half circle around the ring to get momentum and then power bombs the crap out of ya – the long set up time does leave him open to reversals and escapes though.
The Iron Claw: In Memoriam the Von Erich clan Bruce has the old school submission hold the Iron Claw. Bruce clamps his right hand over the forehead of an opponent and then squeezes hard with all five fingers putting a tremendous amount of pressure on the skull – has been known to draw blood on some opponents from the pressure itself. Was actually taught the move by Kevin Von Erich himself while working as a farm hand at the Von Erich ranch some years ago.
Notes: Bruce Blank is a con man of the highest degree, if he can get out of paying a bill he will, if he can take the easy way out and blind you with salt before finishing you off he will. He might shake your hand but contemplate where to stab you in the back.
He’s not one to have friends or trusted partners – occasionally will work for money if the wad is thick enough (even if it means losing the occasional match – money talks)
Bio: Bruce is a bit of a “Good old’ boy” (but with a bad attitude) – he likes his NASCAR, his SEC football, his grits’n’tits, his beer, his food, Larry the “Cable Guy”, his cigarettes and on and on
In other words he’s no stranger to vices.
The 7 sins?? That’s Bruce’s first marriage right there, he’s currently recovering financially from his 3rd marriage and the tragic fact that his latest ex got custody of his beloved coon-hound. You need money to live it up large in a trailer park, especially if you eat, drink & smoke like he does so SWF is all about the money - which is part of the reason why he's been on such a tear in the Ultraviolent division, if he can make a name for himself there the pay increases.
Now as I said above Bruce ain't the brightest guy, he'll get overconfident and try something stupid at times - it may pay off or it may come back to bite him in the ass. So he's not going to be able to out think you, so instead he tries to run through you.
Past history in wrestling: Little is really known about Bruce’s past before he joined the SWF. But it has been revealed that he’s a 17 year journey man in the sport, never having made a name for himself but usually stuck under some gimmick
Only now are we starting to learn a few choice details about Bruce’s past
Chapter 1 - USWA 1989
=== Profile for Manager / Brother / Crony ===
Wrestlers Name: Wayne Blank
Nicknames: “the Drunken Dragon”
Height: 5’8’’
Weight: 175
Hometown: Mobile, Alabama
Age: 29
Face/Heel: Heel (and how)
Stable: He’ll hang around his brother Bruce, mooch off his success and generally do his big brother’s bidding.
Weapon(s): A red cattle prod (the Dragon’s Claw)
Quote: “It was like that when I got here.” “Hey look at me”
Looks: Wayne is a skinny, short dude with a goatee that makes him resemble a rat at times, especially when he’s scheming. (picture Giovani Ribesi as he looks on “My name is Earl”)
Better yet here he is
4_369046.jpg
Out of the ring he’ll wear your traditional bad taste cowboy shirts, very tight jeans and black cowboy boots. In the rare event that the SWF lets him wrestle he sports a look very similar to Super Dragon – he’s got a dragon’s face looking mask (in red & black) a sleeveless tightfitting black shirt and loose fitting pants that have the body of the red dragon twisting it’s way down his body finishing off with black boots & red trim. He’s been known as the “Reckless Dragon”, “Drunken Dragon”, “Red Dragon” and so on, keeping the dragon look wherever he went.
Interesting note: he will only wear the Dragon mask for matches, not backstage interviews and other appearances even if he’s in full wrestling get up otherwise, then the mask it tugged into the waistband of his tights and is only put on when it’s “match time” – it’s one of his little “rituals” that helps him get in the right frame of mind for a match.
Ring Entrance: Alice Cooper's “School's Out” starts up as the big screen TV flashes highlights of Wayne’s exploits in the ring. Wayne slowly walks out unmasked looking down. He’ll be about half way down to the ring as the lyrics to “School's Out” kicks in then he quickly pulls the mask on, runs to the ring and slides in posing in the ring as fireworks shoot out from the ring posts.
Of course being accident prone – it may mess with his entrance at times ;)
Stats:
¯¯¯¯¯
Strength: 2 (he ain’t going to be able to lift ya if you’re more than 220, he’s not even going to try)
Speed: 9 (Quicker than a hiccup)
Vitality: 6 (He’s young, he’s fit and he could pull off a full iron man match if need be. Wouldn’t even be winded by anything under 20 minutes)
Charisma: 3 (he’s a whiner, he’s not very charismatic at all – he’s got a really annoying voice that just makes you want to stuff something in his mouth when he talks. Which of course doesn’t make him very popular when he talks)
Style: He’s been trained in Mexico, Japan and on the indy circuit for many years now, he knows 2 things – how to fly and how to cheat and he’s damn good at mixing the two into his own brand of “chying” (cheating & flying combined). He’s reckless in the ring and may at times take stupid chances, he’s also known to be drunk (it actually improves his performance :o) hence the nickname “Drunken Dragon”. Wayne has been trained by a lot of people who’ve showed him high spot after high spot mixed in with regular wrestling but well Wayne has kinda only really taken the high spots to heart and the rest is kinda sorta just “whatever he can think off (in other words he’s the biggest Spot Primate since Nelly the 800 pound Orangutan from the NY Zoo got a spotty rash all over her backside)
Signature moves:
1) Drop kick to the corner, followed by drop kick to the face of opponent that’s now sitting in the corner
2) Wayne’s Wild Ride: The ever popular Bronco Buster to the corner.
3) Running Shooting Star Press – opponent on the ground Wayne runs towards opponent, leaps and flips for a Shooting Star press
4) Walks the top rope before a dive off it (any dive move you want)
5) High Standing drop kick (can hit a guy up to about 6’6’’ square in the nose from a standing position due to pure vertical leaping abilities – which comes in handy for any aerial move really)
7) Asai Moonsault (Inside or outside the ring)
8) Flying Fame-Asser: Leaps off the top rope and catches opponent with a Fame-Asser
9) Enzugiri, with or without one leg being held by the opponent, can be hit out of nowhere, anywhere
10) Spider Suplex: opponent on top for a super-plex. Wayne sits down on the top turnbuckle and hooks his legs around it to hold him on the top as he suplexs the opponent down (Usually followed by him hitting a move off the top)
Common moves:
1) Tilt-a-whirl Backbreaker (on CWs only)
2) Hand Spring Elbow
3) Spinning Back Kick, front kick, if it spins and kicks he’ll hit it.
4) DDT variations – Tornado, jumping, regular old.
5) Rolling Heel Kick
6) Flying Forearm (off anything and everything)
7) Clothesline over the top rope to the floor
8) Short Arm Clothesline
9) Dirty tactics as needed.
10) Top rope arm drag (running up the corner ropes)
11) Planchas & Topes to opponents on the floor
12) Space Tiger Drop (Opponent on the floor)
13) Springboard moves off the middle of the top rope or turnbuckles
14) Sunset powerbomb to floor (Opponent on the apron, Wayne leaps over the top rope into a sunset flip / Power bomb combo to the floor)
15) Drop Kick
16) Deep arm drags (Ricky Steamboat style)
17) Huracanranna (any, all you can think off)
743) – ARM BAR! (come on Jerichoholics!)
Rare moves:
1) The Drunken Driver: (The Michinoku Driver) – since he’s not that strong he would only pull this move out for small opponents 220 and under, and only rarely at that.
2) Tarantula: When the rules means he can use it and lock it on without being Disqualified, if he can straddle an opponent across barbwire or lighttubes or something else to inflict pain then he’s really happy.
3) Fisherman’s suplex into pin: Again only on Lightheavyweight opponents.
4) “Wipe Out”: Opponent on the floor, Wayne leaps over the top rope, wraps arm around opponent and swings his whole body round behind the opponent driving him backwards into the guard rail from Wayne’s momentum. The biggest risk move short of jumping off a balcony/scaffold etc that Wayne Blank can take as he always aims to send the opponent into the guardrail and at times hits it himself.
5) Jumping off a balcony / Scaffold / ect. – the ultimate high risk move. Only used in a very heated feud, the implication is that this move could easily cripple Wayne or the opponent he hits it on.
Finishers:
1) “What the hell was that?”: Opponent standing facing away from turnbuckle. Wayne runs up the ropes, flips over in a moonsault motion and catches opponent around the head for a vicious DDT! (Move named after the reaction to the first time he did it in a match about 6 years ago)
2) Unluckly 13: the Diamondcutter – can be hit from anywhere on opponents in more or less any position. Off the top rope, driving opponents head into steel steps. Any variation you can think of.
3) El Roshambo – you see South Park? Then you know what this is – but to the uninitiated El Roshambo is a kick in the testicles. When Wayne does it it’s done when the referee isn’t looking or disguised as a drop kick that “accidentally” hit too low, something like that.
Since a nut shot = automatic DQ in Mexico where he’s worked a lot he’s very good at hiding it from the referee.
If he can’t take you down with either of his other finishers he’ll go for this one as a last resort.
Notes: Wayne is a bit accident prone both back stage and in the ring – not in such a way that he never wins but at some point during the match (maybe more than once) he will have some sort of accident, a slip, a fall, something breaks or moves on him and he’ll end up ass over elbow. It usually stems from him getting a little too excited.
Bio: Wayne Blank is the younger brother of SWF Superstar Bruce Blank (Bruce & Wayne – yes momma was a genius) but where Bruce is big and powerful Wayne is small and fast – it’s almost as if they didn’t have the same daddy, but that kind of comments could get your ass kicked by both Blank boys.
Some 10 years ago Bruce and Wayne’s mother was taken from them and the young Wayne ended up tagging along with his brother as Bruce worked in various federations all over the world, with mixed (read: little) success. But Wayne liked the life style and well he was always a reckless one who liked to take risks (and a bit on the slow side mentally) so Wayne figured he could do it too. He trained for quite a while (over 2 years) both in the US, Japan and Mexico (if Bruce moved on he moved on too) before he made his debut as “The Grand Dragon” in 1999
Of course that gimmick went over like a fart in church in the North Eastern federation he debuted in (Wayne claims to this day that he didn’t know that the “Grand Dragon” was something in KKK terms and he may just be ignorant enough to be telling the truth – hard to say) Later on he hit on various other “Dragon” names with much more luck and carved a name for himself as a risk taker and a guy who didn’t mind sacrificing his body to put on a show
Of course he usually didn’t mind risking his body because he was drunk off his ass, but that never stopped promoters from booking him for a while. But never for too long because Wayne just can’t control his temper nor his hands (read – he fought and stole from anyone he got near)
These days Wayne is more or less blackballed from American federations and thus has joined his brother in the SWF, not as a full time wrestler but as his “partner in crime” so to speak.
Wayne idolizes his older brother; in fact he’s the only guy in the world Wayne really takes orders from. So now the brothers are united again, up to their usual antics of stealing and conning and doing whatever the hell they want.
Note: Wayne doesn’t usually accompany his brother to the ring like a traditional manager usually does. For big matches he’ll come out with him and he can appear during matches. With the crack down on security Wayne is “technically” Bruce’s manager and not just his brother who hangs around without a contract
Ring Entrance:
“GOD DAMN MOVE WHEN I SAY MOVE, MOTHERFUCKER!”
“Exile On Mainline” by Chemlab fires up as KOJI walks into the ring entrance, flanked by Chris Card and Natasha. KOJI walks slowly down to ringside taking time to sneer at the fans, and before stepping into the ring he hands his shades to Card and Natasha slowly takes his trenchcoat off him.
Stats:
Strength 3 It’s more technique than strength that does the damage. His strikes still pack a punch though.
Speed 9 Very agile, capable of many dives, ropewalking, springboard moves and anything you can think of.
Vitality 4 When you crash and burn as much as high flyers do, it’s vital to be able to get up a few times. Not a 90lb weakling but not a brick wall either.
Charisma 4 It’s all in the facial expressions and posing, as KOJI speaks very little English, and what he does know is mostly insults.
(Claudio Castagnoli’s Swi$$ Sleeper)
K-Spike: Sitting on the top rope reverse huracanrana (Both wrestler and victim face outwards)
Manager's Real Name: Christopher Card
Nick Name(s): Technical Perfection
Ring Escort: Natasha
Stable: TKO (TORU KOJI Organisation)
Weapons: The Aerosol Equalizer (Pepper Spray)
Quote: “Deal with it!”, “Here’s my Calling Card…” *SUPERKICK*
Taunt: As a wrestler, crossing the thumbs over the heart, As a manger just a superior sneer.
Looks: Chris Card has long tied back black hair. When wrestling he wears black wrestling tights with the Chris Card logo (A skull over the Ace of Spades) in white and purple. As a non wrestler he wears sharp black Italian suits and sunglasses.
Notes: Should Card REALLY feel like it, he's still a sharp technical wrestler with a background in the martial arts. For him to hit anything other than his "Calling Card" superkick to the chest generally requires more effort than he can be bothered to put in. Card cheats as well as any old school heel manager.
Notes: Natasha is HOT. And she knows it. And she uses it. To cheat. A lot. Natasha is blessed with her own superkick variation "The Sterilizer". With the victim seated on the top turnbuckle, Natasha fires a superkick right into their crotch. Obviously this doesn't work on women.
Tag Team Name: TKO (Toru Koji Organisation)
TRIIIIIIIIIBE! WHY DON’T YOU STRIKE JUSTIFY YOUR MIND?
…Flanked by Card and Natasha the pair walk up to the ring, stopping briefly for Natasha to whip off their long black trenchcoats with a flourish. Both men hand their jet black mirrored shades to Card before leaping over the ring ropes and into the ring.
Hometown: Sendai, Japan
Age: 20
Face/Heel: face
Stable:
Ring Escort: Mr. Kobe, a short, pudgy man in a suit. He knows his wrestling, though, and does all of the talking for the two.
Weapon(s): --
Quote: Akira has none. Mr. Kobe, who out of all the American music he has listened to, enjoys the Hives, generally likes to use "Yeah I thought it all over, and now I'll spit it out. And when I spit, I spit on those that I care less about", because it sounds good.
Looks: Akira is well built, with the slightest hint of a six pack. He's bald, to avoid unsightly hair sticking out from under his mask. He also has a tattoo on his right forearm, which says "fearless" if you can read kanji. If you can't, it's cool Japanese writing.
In terms of attire, Kaibatsu wears long, two toned tights, colored white on the right side, blue (think New York Giants blue) on the left, as well as kneepads that are the same color as the opposite side. Blue kneepad on the white side, white on the blue. His boots are white, with blue kickpads, and his elbow pads are colored like the tights, white on the right and blue on the left. Akira's mask is similar to (read: exactly the same as) Hayabusa's, with the mask itself being white, while the faceplate is blue.
Ring Entrance: "Sappy" By Nirvana hits the PA system. Please note that this song has about a billion names, because it was never released. (In the Kurt Cobain journal, he called it by Verse Chorus Verse, as well as Sappy). Akira Kaibatsu and his manager Mr. Kobe come out, after the big guitar riff hits. Akira and Kobe walk down the ramp discussing strategy. Put Funyon in whereever you want.
Stats:
¯¯¯¯¯
Strength: 4 He'll have his troubles lifting the SWF's heavies (all three of them) but apart from that, he's fine.
Speed: 7 Does his fair share of flipping around, but this is more mat quickness than anything.
Vitality: 7 He won't no-sell anything, he's just incredibly hard to keep down.
Charisma: 2 You try cutting a promo in a foreign language, see how much heat YOU get
Style: When writing Kaibatsu, think The Great Sasuke. He's an excellent mat wrestler, and he uses his speed to enhance his mat technique. He also uses his speed to take to the air when there are guys that are better wrestlers, like Jay Hawke, slightly worse on the mat but faster, like JJ Johnson, or just plain bigger, like Bruce Blank.
Signature moves
Senton Bomb: No flip, just jumps on them back-first. Think Dick Togo.
Roaring Elbow: He's no Danny Williams, but he's fast enough to gain the momentum that makes this pack quite the wallop.
Divine Backbreaker: He lifts them up suplex style, then twists their body and drops them, so that their back lands on his knee, ala Roderick Strong
It Came From Sendai: Some know it as the Angel's Wings, and Alex Shelley may be scrambling to sue me for using this name, but it's a swinging sitout Pedigree.
Shining Gamenguri
Common moves
Float-over armdrag: With the opponent doubled over, Akira runs and jumps, rolling over their back. As he finishes the roll, he grabs their arm and uses his momentum to drag them over and to the canvas.
Springboard front dropkick: KENTA-style, fools.
Armbar DDT into Fujiwara: Grabs the arm and drops, DDT style, before floating over into a Fujiwara armbar. Simple, really.
Stalling brainbuster: Strength 4 means he can't hold them up there for long, but he'll go as long as he cares to before dropping you on your head.
JAPANESE MAT WRESTLING~!: As stated before, Kaibatsu can carry himself quite well on the mat, and thus knows most of the tricks in the book. Lots of flips, rolls and handstands here. Be pretty creative, God knows they are.
Chops: Knife-edged, overhead, whatever. Sometimes, Kaibatsu just gets the urge to slap you around. In a non-heelish way, of course.
Springboard gamengiri: Runs to the ropes, jumps to the middle, springs off and kicks you in the face. Ouch.
Basic kicks. Roundhouses, etc. No wacky spinning uber-head-removal kicks, but stuff you could learn by watching a karate class for a few days.
Rare moves
Divine Wind '04: Head-drop Sliced Bread #2. See Bio for details. EXTREMELY RARE.
Kaibatsu Drop: A very spotty move, but effective nonetheless. Akira gets them in a dragon sleeper before flipping over them and dropping into an Stunner.
Finishers
The Divine Wind-Sliced Bread #2
The Rising Sun: This is a combination move. Kaibatsu gets them in a double chickenwing from behind, and throws them over in a Tiger Suplex-like move. However, he loosens his grip slightly, so that they flip over and land on their face. That would be bad enough, only now they find themselves in a Cattle Mutilation. Pretty bad, and even worse if he's been working the arms. The Tiger Suplex facebuster thing could also be done by itself, as could the Cattle Mutilation.
Notes: Kaibatsu has only been wrestling for a year, which means he often finds himself at a loss for what to do in the ring. It's at time like this that he turns to his manager, Mr. Kobe, who'll try to guide him along as best he can. In terms of ethics, if you're familiar with Ring of Honor, Akira is a Code of Honor following guy.
Bio: I don't feel like writing a whole bio out, so I'll just explain the DW'04...
In Kaibatsu's debut match on August 12th, 2004, he was booked to win. Naturally, he was very excited, and his in-ring actions showed. He was jittery, he had a huge grin on his face the whole time (even when he was supposed to be selling), and it all built up. When it finally came time to hit his finisher, he was so overexcited that he overshot the flip and ended up dropping his opponent on his head.
This snapped the then-19 year old back to reality. If he kept getting excited when he knew he was winning, people could get hurt. From then on, he's carried himself like a professional in the ring, and hasn't injured anyone since. Get him too angry, though, and this may very well change.
Horkulations once again, you smelly hamster-people!
Edit: 10/04/05 - Added a finisher, made it clear that Lois doesn't do anything during the match.
Wrestlers Name: Jimmy the Doom
Height: 6’5”
Weight: 225
Hometown: Doomopolis, Doomtopia
Age: 32
Face/Heel: Face
Stable:
Ring Escort: Lois the Unethical
Weapon(s): Bag of oranges (Or other produce, though tomatoes, kiwi fruit, etc. won't be used), towel-wrapped bar of soap (If you've seen Full Metal Jacket, you know what I mean. If not, meh, don't use this one then) Basically, really idiotically stupid stuff. Maybe a piece of fruitcake, or a pumpkin. Yeah...
Quote: "Your doom will come swift and strong, like a river. A river of doom!" (This explains a lot of his low charisma rating)
Looks:
Appearance - Lanky as hell. Has about a seven foot wingspan. That 225 above might be true if he’s got a pocket full of rocks or something, but you don’t want to look too skinny. Very short black hair with a gigantic Rollie Fingers/Snidely Whiplash handlebar mustache. Or moustache. Maybe both. He’s also got a beard that grows around his chin, but can’t actually cover it, as if his chin were a monk’s head.
Clothing - His in-ring attire consists of black wrestling boots that come up just above the ankle, long white socks that end at the knee, a pair of tight cut-off black jean shorts that only reach to mid-thigh and look like Caveman Chris (Or Johnny Damon) hacked them off with primitive flint tools. Along with the cut-offs, he wears a black t-shirt with an off-center, ironed-on image of a gigantic hamburger. To the ring and backstage, Jimmy the Doom wears all manner of hats, particularly lame ones. A cossack hat that looks to be made with skunk fur, alpine hats, Tam O’Shanters, beanies with propellers, stovepipe hats, a second-hand deerstalker, whatever you want. Just so long as it isn’t anything remotely cool, like a fedora, derby, bowler, etc. Backstage attire also includes a leather vest with a lot of fringe hanging at the bottom, sleeve-holes, and on the back across Jimmy’s shoulders. Additionally, he wears glove-less fingers (The opposite of finger-less gloves. Usually kept on with some form of tape).
Ring Entrance: The arena lights go out suddenly and two columns of hooded druids/monks/acolytes/Jedis march down the ramp and to the ring, chanting “Doom” the entire time. They place themselves against the crowd barriers, facing the ring, but leaving a gap from the entrance ramp open. The lights come back on, the chanting stops immediately, and Boots Randolph’s “Yakety Sax” plays over the speakers. Jimmy the Doom and Lois the Unethical walk down the ramp, and like, do stuff. Or get in the ring. As long as the first bit about the druids and the song are in, have fun with the entrance. Also: For big matches (Title/feud/PPV), the druids will probably be so numerous they stretch from the top of the entrance ramp down to the ring. Feel free to have a few catch fire in fancy pyrotechnic displays. They’re just druids.
Stats:
¯¯¯¯¯
Strength: 5 (I’d put Jimmy as being able to lift the upper-end of the 200 pound spectrum, and getting up to 300, and maybe a little more, at the very beginning of matches, or under the most dire of situations).
Speed: 5 (He can move fairly well, particularly for a guy that’s 6’5”, not so much when you consider he’s easily eligible for Cruiserweight matches. Going to the air is an option, though perhaps not one that Jimmy uses as often as he probably could)
Vitality: 9 [Doomtopian life hardens people, makes them tough. Not so much no-selling (Though that does happen), as just bouncing right back up after a big move.]
Charisma: 1 (He can talk, though it’s in an accent that nobody can quite place, being as nobody’s ever been to Doomtopia, but he’s just boring as hell. Could read a list of the filthiest, most depraved pornography to Tipper Gore and she’d fall asleep before getting offended. Or read Tokyo’s personal adds to Tom Flesher with similar results.)
Style: Mostly a striker, due to earlier training (See notes), and his ability to take a beating helps him come out on top of many duels. Quick enough to use the ropes semi-frequently, and a nearly-average knowledge of mat wrestling. Also, due to his ability to withstand a lot of punishment, he won't waste time circling, looking for an opening. He won't attack before the bell, or anything, but Jimmy the Doom doesn't like waiting around.
Signature moves:
1. Jimmy Bomb - Two-handed choke lift sit-out powerbomb. Back in Angelous and Molock’s days, twas called the Anarchy Bomb, and for a WWE reference, Albert’s Baldo Bomb was used.
2. Hand of Doom - a sharp, jab-like throat thrust, often used to set up grabby-type moves (Like the Jimmy Bomb, or Doomsday)
3. The 73.5267.1094Q80.16 - After a whip into the turnbuckles, Jimmy rushes in after and flips him/her to the mat with a headlock takedown. For the smaller folk, mostly. (And, yes, 73.52677.1094Q80.16 is the international calling code for Doomopolis, Doomtopia.)
4. Flying Front/Snap Kick (Steve Blackman in da heezy! If ye be under 6’, there’s a good chance you’ll get kicked in the face, rather than the chest/stomach as intended. Not that Jimmy cares, it’s just that he’d prefer to give you that feeling of getting shot in the chest with a twelve gauge)
5. Doom Driver - Inverted cradle brainbuster
6. Head vice (You wouldn’t think a damn head squeeze would ever get a submission victory, and you’d be right. But still, it’s...honestly, it’s lame, but what part of Jimmy the Doom isn’t?)
7. Yak Kick - Get it straight. This is not a Yakuza kick. The yak is a revered, sacred, nearly royal animal to the people of Doomtopia. The Yak Kick is a crane kick, stolen straight from Karate Kid.
8. Jimmy-Plex - A corkscrew German suplex, and that doesn't make any sense, so I'll elaborate. With either Jimmy or the opponent coming off the ropes (Or both), or Jimmy ducking a clothesline, he grabs on a front (or side) waistlock, slides around/behind, lifts the opponent, continues to move in the same direction (Say he grabs the left side, he'll move towards the right to get directly behind, and once lifted, keep going right) and often releases the opponent, though it's not uncommon for Jimmy to hang on (Though he won't bridge or roll through). Also, sometimes Jimmy will manage to lock in a single or double chickenwing as opposed to a standard rear waistlock.
9. Majestic Cradle - A flying, top rope la majistral cradle (Learned from the amazing Villano IV who can cradle anyone from anywhere)
Common moves:
1. DDTs (Of nearly all sorts)
2. Bulldogs (See above)
3. Tilt-a-whirl inverted atomic drop (It’s a bit of a crowd deflater, what with the hope of an awesome tilt-a-whirl move. Plus, the end result is so mundane, it fits in the common moves section)
4. Basic (and advanced) kicks (He is a martialy arts trained striker, or whatever the hell I say down below)
5. Headbutts (You’d better believe that with a vitality of nine, his head can take a lot of punishment, so this is a cinch. All manner of headbutts, including the tornado or discus headbutt)
6. Palm thrusts (Don’t forget the double palm thrust, which often looks like a shove, and sometimes is one, but usually it isn’t. It’s usually a palm thrust with both hands instead of one)
7. Flying body scissors takedown (Were it done in an internet chatroom, it’d probably be called a glomp, if I’m not mistaken. Pouncing tackle that nearly always looks like a hug, especially against a big guy who doesn’t go down immediately. Or at all.)
8. Simple body splashes that aren’t someone’s finisher
9. Dropkicks (As long as they aren’t too flippy-floppy and such)
10. Suplexes
11. Submissions for Dummies (Anything an idiot could figure out. As in, “Hey, that joint does not bend in that direction. It would hurt were it made to bend that way.” Bear in mind this could easily include bending fingers. Doomtopia doesn’t boast much of an education system)
12. Corkscrew flying elbow (Running, not from the top ropes. Both standard and back elbows)
Rare moves:
1. Death Submission (The move Gary “Deadly Sadness” Black used to beat Foul Arnold during their sixth match in ‘98, which, incidentally, was only the second match Foul Arnold lost in that epic series. You know the one.)
2. Russian Knife (Douglas “Crusher Doctor” Perkins’ finisher from 1987-93 and the ‘96 World Shootout).
3. Chicken Fists (Eastern Graham nearly killed Spectral Bryant at Sudden Force 02 with this.)
4. Boston Monkey Blow
5. Mad Monkey Torture of the Carnage (This is the deadliest, most prestigious move The Warring Monkey School of martial arts teaches, and as such, only eight people currently alive know it. Think of it as far more devastating than an atomic bomb. Yeah, Jimmy the Doom can use it, but he’d really rather not. As such, PM if you plan on even teasing it for further details)
Finishers:
1. Doomsday - Combination strikes, ahoy! From an arm wringer, Jimmy lands either a knee or kick to his opponent’s stomach for a good doubling over, followed with rising knee to the face, enough kicks to the back of the legs to send the opponent to his/her knees (Or possibly simply sitting down), and a nifty roundhouse to the back or front of the head.
2. Doom Factor - An X-Factor of DOOM! Also, just because, if the person is too big (In which case, Jimmy would probably look for something else to finish off the match, but, whatever), he'll go Thoth Scum Gale all up in your face and flip off the top rope. And stuff.
3. Jimmy's Jump - This can be one of two things. Either a 540 splash, and if you know your angles and degrees and such, you know that means Jimmy lands head-first on the person. Pete 'n' King should probably sell it like he botched something very badly, but he didn't. The second version, if you don't think the first can be done without snapped vertebrae, is a 450 headbutt. So, yeah...
Notes: This is in regards to the druids: They will not attack anyone. Ever. You can punch every single one of them in the testicles before you get into the ring, if you go outside the ring, or after the match, and they’ll just fall down. They probably won’t even help each other up in such an event, or even acknowledge it has occured.
This is in regards to Lois the Unethical: She will not get involved at all. She's similar to the druids, only different. You can have her read a book, knit a sweater, whatever. And yes, the only reason she doesn't get involved is because I forget that she's there and I don't want to edit her screaming for Jimmy in the match.
Bio: Born Eilert Krogstad in Saint Michiel, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, Holland, he attended The Warring Monkey School of martial arts and won The Legendary Dream Tournament twice. He’s bounced around a lot of companies, and was given the nickname of “Fed Killer” after a few shut down shortly after he joined. He’s never kept the same gimmick, and neither has his wife. Had some moderate success as The Infamous Zoologist in Worldwide Federated Grappling, with his wife portraying Ann the Bear.
Name: Lois the Unethical
Nickname: The Panic Ogre
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 163lbs.
Hometown: Little Doomton, Doomtopia
Age: 29
Face/Heel: Tweenery, but with heavy face leanings (Not all by way of being associated with Jimmy the Doom, though)
Quote: "When you step into the ring with Jimmy, you're DOOMED!"
Looks: Long red hair left to hang loose. Let's see, what else...a black body suit type dealie with the Doomtopian flag emblazoned on the front (The Doomtopian flag is a light blue hexagon, with two yellow chevrons, and above the uppermost point, four crimson diamonds, and below, a green sea monster. It's a weird flag.) She's actually rather plain looking, which, you know, is shocking considering this is the world of professional wrestling and all. And I don't mean plain by wrestling diva/valet standards, but by normal human standards. And stuff.
Ring Entrance: If coming to the ring by herself for whatever reason (Which, honestly, probably will never happen, unless I think of something, or whatever), Lois is accompanied by the Doomtopian National Anthem, "Hail, Hail, Doomtopia", which is not only the longest anthem, but song in general to exist, as just about every facet of Doomtopia is included in the anthem. It's also kind of like a Wikipedia entry in that Doomtopian citizens can send in suggestions for inclusion to the anthem. As such, it's constantly growing and changing. If you want to type out lyrics for it, PM me and I'll make some shit up, unless you want to make some shit up for it yourself.
Stats:
_____
Strength: 1
Speed: 7
Vitality: 4
Charisma: 8
Lois doesn't do much in the way of wrestlefication, but she can kinda handle herself, at least against what few other women are in the fed. Except for, you know, the actual wrestlers.
Moves and such:
Desert Yak Kick (Just as the desert yak differs from regular or 'common' yaks, so does Jimmy the Doom's Yak Kick differ from Lois the Unethical's Desert Yak Kick. Hers is a whipback kick.)
Ranas and the like
Finisher strengthliness:
Hail, Hail, Doomtopia - Flying piledriver (Okay, this is kind of complicated, and probably not even possible, but damn it, if that didn't stop Ash Ketchum it sure as hell won't stop me. So, there are a few different versions of this move. The first could be called a 'tornado' piledriver. Lois is on the top rope, opponent is facing her and very close to the buckles. Lois either headscissors first, or jumps then headscissors, pulling the opponent around and down to the mat. The other has a similar set up, only the opponent is facing away from Lois. Then she jumps, turns around, scissors, and down to the mat. It's kind of like a sunset flip powerbomb, only not. And it's not a sunset flip powerbomb because I say it's not.)
Team Name: The Nightmare Express
Members: Bruce Blank and Marcus “the Mastermind” Ward
Combined Weight: 544 pounds
Hometown: the Twilight Zone
Face/Heel: Heel! (and how)
Weapons: Anything they can get their hands on (if it's not nailed down they'll use it. if it's nailed down they'll break it off and THEN use it)
Looks: When appearing collectivly as the Nightmare Express (or matches connected to a NE feud) they dress more similar than when each of them have done in the past for individual matches. Both have calf length black biker boots with straps (Road Warriors style).
Ward: Steel grey tights, yellow-orangeish Pyramid with eye on the right leg as usual. White spiderweb markings with yellow-orangeish (same as pyramid) spiders covering the left leg. Grey knee pads with spiderweb markings on it. Yellow triangle painted over his right eye. (not above it)
Bruce: Black tights, blue Devil icon (a wicked looking smiley face with horns) on the left leg. White spiderweb markins with blue spiders covering the right leg. Black knee pads with spiderweb markings on it. blue spiderwebbing painted around his left eye. Bruce also has black tape around both wrists, half way up the arms and heavily taped around both hands as well. When appearing as part of the Nightmare Express Bruce is clean shaven and slicks his usually wild hair back into more of a managed pony tale look.
Ring Entrance: Solid blue pyros explode from the ring posts as the Nightmare Express is introduced, then Reign of Terror by Stratovarius kicks in over the PA system as the arena goes dark. The aisle lights turn on but the rest of the arena remains pitch black, A sparkling blue pyro fills the ring entrance as the voice gets up high with a screech
"TERROR TERROR, EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!"
The Arena lights begin to flicker with the beat of the song...until being interrupted by a huge 10-pyro simultaneous multi-colored explosion that alights the arena in perfect time with a guttural screaming voice echoing throughout the venue!
Style: They’re very much a team in the style of the Hartfoundation – a power house and a guy who’s more of a wrestler. A Tank and a sports car so to speak. Bruce does the heavy brawling, Ward does the technical stuff and has the stamina. When in trouble Ward is fine with tagging in Bruce and letting the big man run amok to then take over again when the situation is well under control. Ward is teaching Bruce to think more in the ring and Bruce is teaching Ward to cheat more in the ring – it’ll show up.
Signature moves:
1) Bruce holds up an opponent in a single leg Boston Crab (he’ll pull down the knee pad if the opponent is wearing one) then tag in Marcus who’ll land a running kick to the exposed knee of the opponent.
2) Opponent on the ground, tags in Bruce who’ll Gorilla Press him and then drop Ward in a big splash on opponent.
3) Rocket Launcher Elbow! Ward on the top rope, Bruce helps him leap forward by pushing him giving Ward enough distance to cross 2/3rds of the ring for a Randy Savage style elbow drop.
4) Double press into double backbreaker
5) Pit stop - Bruce raises his arm in the air exposing his smelly pit. Ward shoves opponent's face into armpit to give them a good whiff of it.
7) Nightmare Drop - Demolition Decapitation
8) Slingshot into a clothesline - Ward hooks opponents arms under his legs, falls backwards flipping opponent right into a stiff clothesline from Bruce.
9) Torture Rack / Elbow smash combo: Ward locks on the torture rack, Bruce comes off the second rope with an elbow smash to the ribs of the opponent to weaken him further
10) Gorilla press / Diamondcutter combo: Bruce lifts opponent up for Gorilla press, Ward leaps off second rope and uses Diamondcutter to take opponent down
Common moves:
1) Slam opponent against held up knee (Bruce holds it up, Ward doesn’t have the knees for that)
2) Slam opponent’s head against partner's boot.
3) Choke opponent while partner distracts referee.
4) Bruce drops opponent throat first on the top rope, holds up legs. Ward leap frogs over Bruce and lands a splash on the opponent hung on the ropes.
5) Assisted Abdominal Stretch – Ward locks on the Abdominal stretch, reaches back and grabs Bruce’s outstretched hand for extra leverage.
6) Assisted Stun Gun – Either man lifts a guy up to drop him on the top rope, guy on the outside helps drive opponent down into rope.
7) Double Flapjack (Both guys lift opponent up straight in the air and drops backwards driving his face into the mat)
8) Spinebuster onto Bruce’s knee
9) Double Suplex
10) Opponent whipped into corner, tagged in partner whipped in for a clothesline/big splash/whatever
11) Double battering ram. Each grab an opponent round the head and drive their heads together in a double noggin knocker (Shades of the Bushwackers)
12) Power Slam off the 2nd rope. One guy sits on the 2nd rope, other guy lifts opponent up into position for a power slam off the ropes.
13) A series of double axe handle blows to the back of the opponent grinding him into the ground with it.
14) Running Kick from Bruce / Leg clip from Ward combo.
15) Spike Piledriver
16) Double Power Bomb
17) Break the 3 count (run in, pull partner out of ring, place foot on rope - you name it)
18) General Tag-Team cheating and using the 5 count
19) Hide partner’s weapon from referee
20) Any other double team move you can think off - they're always experimenting with new moves.
Rare moves:
1) Top rope press toss into spinebuster (Bruce does the lifting of opponent off the top rope, Ward the busting) – only on small opponents and since it has a high failure rate they only break it out for big events.
2) the 3D (used rarely as it's a Dudley move but they CAN bust it out if need be)
3) The Doomsday Device (More often used in sneak attacks than in the ring)
4) Power Bomb into clothesline. Bruce lifts opponent into Power Bomb position, Ward comes off the top rope with a clothesline - both guys drive opponent into mat (timing is hard to get right - which is why it's on the rare list right now)
Finishers:
1) The Nightmare Conspiracy: Delayed Suplex into Spinebuster. Bruce holds opponent up in the air for the suplex, Ward tags him on the shoulder and enters the ring. Bruce drops opponent forward over Ward’s shoulder into a spine buster that’ll put anyone down.
2) Hope crusher: Ward backdrops opponent into Bruce's grasp who uses the momentum to drive opponent's head into the ground with an inverted tombstone (Face away from Bruce instead of towards Bruce)
3) Certain Death: A top rope DDT. Bruce has the opponent up on his shoulders, facing the middle of the ring. Ward stands on the top rope, locks in a headlock and then drives opponent off Bruce's shoulders into the canvas. This move is a sure fire match winner - only Superman himself would be able to take the move when successfully executed, do not disrespect it!
Guest Haffy
Smarks Board Name: Haffy
Wrestlers Name: Haffy
Height: 6'4
Weight: 230lbs
Hometown: Sydney, Australia
Age: 24
Face/Heel: Heel
Stable:
Ring Escort:
Weapon(s):
Quote: Whatever the HELL it takes
Looks: Haffy wears jeans (not baggy jeans), a few rips and tears to make him look more "hardcore". Medium length ratty brown hair (good for headbanging). Wrestles shirtless but enters with different heavy metal band's t shirts on.
Ring Entrance: Music is Pantera's Mouth for War. Has a high-energy entrance, and is always running and jumping around and doing the devil horns hand signal (pinky and index) and pumps the crowd up (in a good or bad way, depending if he is face or heel)
Stats:
¯¯¯¯¯
Strength: 5 (He certainly isn't huge, but he can still brawl with anyone)
Speed: 4 (Isn't particularly slow, but doesn't do anything flying through the air. Sticks to elbow drops and leg drops if anything. More just agile around the ring with quite quick reflexes. Speed is the way to beat haffy, keep the fight moving)
Vitality: 4 (Can take a long match and a hard beating, but there are others who can go longer.)
Charisma: 7 (works a mic excellently, and plays both a heel and to a lesser extent a face very well)
Style: Brawler. It's not a good idea to piss this guy off. If you do, he'll assault you and won't stop until you're in hospital. Tries the occasional top turnbuckle move and enjoys the headlock and sleeper hold, but generally sticks to the punch-and-kick style. As already mentioned, a fast match is probably his weakness
Signature moves:
Headlock
Spinebuster
Amazing Impact (Reverse chokeslam, faceslam, a la Takeshi Morishima. this and the haffy Hammer can sometimes finish the match)
Flying body attack from the turnbuckle
Irish Whip Sleeper Hold
Clothesline from Hell
Haffy Hammer (Goldberg's Jackhammer but from the top turnbuckle on to the mat)
Common moves:
Uppercut Forearm
Snap suplex
Missile Dropkick
Chinlock
Body Scissors
Flapjack
Bulldog
Brainbuster
Sidewalk Slam
Back Body Drop
Rare moves: Top Rope Guillotine Leg Drop (A la Psicosis)
Finishers: The Iron Maiden - Stands facing the opponent. Pushes their head down so they are in a bent over position like the pedigree (but not with the head between legs). Then grabs the right arm and locks it into an armbar position. Falls into a sitting position and the guy lands face down.
Notes: Haffy is obsessed with heavy metal music, and lives the lifestyle. He rarely shows any concern for his own safety in matches, and although he isn't a high flier, will often jump off ladders or through tables just to inflict harm upon his opponent. This earns him a lot of bookings in hardcore style matches. The "holy s**t" chant often accompanies his matches. Will also do almost anything to get back at an enemy. Likes blading, and bleeds often.
Preliminary Question: How did you find us/hear about us?
I’m Bill Fillmaff, dammit! I don’t owe you information!
Ring Entrance: You had better believe Bill Fillmaff has his very own music written for him!
Get it here.
Bill Fillmaff just needs to walk down to the ring, with no flash, because everyone knows he is a WORLDWIDE POKER CHAMPION, and that is flash enough.
Guest Rage676
Preliminary Question: Followed loosely when you guys were at the IGN Boards, finally decided to join up.
Name: “The Rage” Jason Von Dierch
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 206 lbs
Hometown: Hamburg, Germany
Age: 22
Affiliation: Tweener
Stable: None
Ring Escort: None
Weapon: 2 Brass Knuckles (one on each hand) with the words “Rage” on each.
Quote: Barely speaks
Looks: He has the build of Matt Hughes of the UFC. In the ring he wears dark green camo cargo shorts that go down to his knees and he wears no shirt. He has neck-length dark brown hair that looks like it hasn’t been washed in years. He wears black medium length socks (halfway up his calf) and a pair of black work boots with red trim. Backstage (and coming to the ring) he wears a German Rugby jersey that looks 2 sizes too big for him.
Ring Entrance: “Wollt Ihr Das Bett In Flammen Sehen? ” by Rammstein is his theme song. After he walks out onto the ramp (no set time, just takes him a few seconds after the song starts up) he glares out at the entire crowd before he walks slowly down to the ring. Once he slides into the ring, Jason once again stares out at the crowd before he finishes his warm ups.
Stats:
Strength: 6
Speed: 4
Vitality: 7
Charisma: 3
Fighting Style: Power and Submissions with good hardcore skills.
Signature Moves:
Regular Matches:
1. 3 running lariats (strong clotheslines) in quick succession
2. Sit-Out powerbomb
3. Reverse DDT
4. Powerbomb into the corner
5. Moonsault (on a standing opponent, inside or out of the ring)
Hardcore Matches:
1. Standing dropkick with an item in the opponent’s face ~ Jason throws the opponent an item right to his face (chair, trash can, lid, stop sign, etc.) and quickly performs a standing dropkick to the opponent’s face, knocking the weapon back into his head.
2. Powerbomb against a table or ladder in the corner
3. Top-Rope Chair drop ~ Jason climbs up to the top rope with a chair in his hands while the opponent is down and performs a leg-drop to the opponent’s head while Jason holds the chair under his legs.
4. Blatant chokes ~ Jason basically hangs an opponent using a power cable, piece of rope, or anything long he can get his hands on.
Common Moves
1. Drop toe hold into an ankle lock
2. Quick DDT
3. Vertical suplex
4. Rear naked choke
5. Triangle suplex
6. Standing military press
7. Full-body avalanche into the corner
8. Full-nelson suplex
9. Guard position punches (Jason is sitting on the opponent’s chest firing punches to his face until the referee breaks it off)
10. Brainbuster
11. Jawbreaker
12. Chicken-wing suplex
Finishers:
1. “Crumbling Wall” ~ Standing sidekick to the jaw – This move can come out of nowhere. Jason puts a LOT of power into this kick and can knock out good sized men with just one full kick If one doesn’t do the job, Jason doesn’t hesitate to do it again and again until the opponent is down for good.
2. “Iron Curtain” ~ Rear naked choke hold – Once Jason has this locked in, He will never let go until the referee pries his hands apart.
Character Notes: Jason is a loner. He has never trusted anyone in his life, and isn’t about to start here. He is very determined to be the best he can possibly be, whether or not he has to end a few careers in the process. Jason even has the tendancies to turn on his own tag-team partners, making him a difficult person to work with. Jason is a very quiet person and almost never gives any interviews. On occasion he will speak up, but don’t hold your breath.
Bio: Jason was born in Hamburg Germany into a wealthy family that was almost never around. He was the youngest of three children but by far he was the most trouble. His parents kept putting him into boarding schools across Europe, but the longest he would last without getting into a fight was about a month. Finally his parents gave up on him getting a good education and just put him in the Public school system, where Jason just barely graduated. Once he was 18, Jason began playing rugby for city leagues, eventually making it up to the professional level, playing for the German team. That only lasted a year before Jason was banned from the league for being too violent. Jason then decided to turn his aggression into a career. He moved to the United States and enrolled in a Wrestling school, quickly becoming the most promising student in the school at a young age. Jason now hopes that he can turn his aggression loose in the SWF and hopefully make a great name for himself in the Big Leagues.
